I have been here several times and the wings, chicken on a stick, and their dipping sauce is amazing. My only issue/complaint is that every time I call I always get the busy single. Sometimes I have to call 10-15 times before I can get through. There are those times where I can never get through.

The Grille has the very best seasoned smoked wings anywhere. They are perfectly seasoned and are cooked to perfection! They aren't the small wings you often get at wing shops either, these are the jumbo size. It's worth the drive if you are looking for the best wings ever!!

We have tasted a lot of chicken wings & nothing had ever come close to this! I think we have just eaten one of the best in the country! Amazing flavor, very juicy & just the right amount of serving! Definitely a must IF you're within the area! P.S. Either come early or very late during lunch as you might find yourself waiting in a long line!

Great wings, they are grilled not fried. A healthier choice and still pack with favor. The location looks small but the food is the reason why I keep going back.

Unbelievable flavor. The aroma... I've certainly reached the mecca of smoke flavor in this city. Got 10 whole grilled wings, 1/2 seasoned, 1/2 hot, and a side of BBQ spaghetti. The spaghetti was pretty good, as good if not better than most BBQ places. But the wings... If you like flavor, if you like wings, you need to go by this place. Yeah, hole in the wall maybe, nobody eats there, most call ahead, I believe they do have a website, call ahead, try the wings - get them regular/seasoned. They come with a side of a bbq type sauce to dip in (similar to Elwood's jerk sauce), PLUS, they gave me 12 vs. 10 for the same price because they were small. Small, but d*mn good.

The venue is setup for take-out only, and the prices are a bit on the high side. The ladies behind the window don't come across nice anymore, but more rather like they don't want to be there. All that said, the taste if the food is awesome. I combat the high prices and and not so nice attitudes with not contributing to the tip bucket anymore. 30 cents up charge for using credit cards. Try it, and let me know what you think.

I started eating here about a year ago after a coworker raved about how good the chicken on a stick was. We went one day for lunch and have been hooked since. During lunch you can get the special- which is a chicken on a stick, 2 whole wings, and fries for $5. That's a pretty solid deal these days. The place itself is a little shack in front of a trailer park. The parking sucks for the amount of people who are coming in. However, I was there last week and it looks like they have hired someone to "direct" parking lol. The wait/dining area is just a little bit bigger than my bathroom, and it is always super packed. There is a counter area where I suppose you can dine at, but I have never seen anyone do so. The chicken on a stick is fantastic... but if you ask me their fries are the bomb-dot-com! The fries are nothing more than cheap crinkle fries, but its the way they season them and they are always fried perfectly. And if you are a fan of fried okra, definitely try theirs. The batter on the okra is slightly spicy and a lot of delicious. I had to take away a star because of the barbecue sauce they give you n the side with the chicken on a stick. It's just bottled sauce that they have watered down. They also have steak on the stick which I have yet to try. And of course with any place like this you have cakes and pies and such. The last time I was there, I ordered a slice of strawberry cake. when she cut my slice, I swear it was almost a fourth of that cake. All of the grilled food is prepared out in the back on huge "seasoned" smokers. You can also purchase a can of their special seasoning, we are on our second one now ;-)

This is my favorite restaurant. I really hate to tell anyone about them because they already have a lot of customers and a short wait. The chicken on a stick is what I'm in love with. I haven't tried anything else, but I heard everything is great!

Passing through on a road-trip, we were looking for a place that was fast, inexpensive, local, and most importantly delicious. The Grille nailed it. We were thrown off by the empty parking lot, but quickly realized that most customers drop by to grab their food and go. We ended up ordering the #4, which includes 5 chicken-on-a-sticks, veggies, a side, and sauces. I think we must have gotten the last sticks of the day, arriving an hour before close, because after leaving, I found they had included an extra half chicken-on-a-stick. The chicken was delicious, and the dry rub needed no additional flavoring, despite the yummy BBQ sauce (which provided a sweet alternative). We got the okra as our side, and it had a slight spicy, salty breading that crunched delightfully with each bite. If we pass through Memphis in the future, we'll be sure to keep The Grille in mind...

First time here -my mom is a regular and said the kids and I had to try it. It's a small place with a bit of counter space for eating inside so it's really an order 'n pick up (OnP) kinda place. The staff is friendly and took my phone order with no error (they even spelled and pronounced my name correctly-lol). They're known for their grilled chicken but they do have fried chicken wings, fried fish and burgers on their menu. The grilled chicken on a stick was great and their BBQ sauce is delicious. We also thought the French fries and fried okra we fantastic-very fresh and crispy. The prices are extremely reasonable for the portion size. You can also order large quantities of certain items if you're having a party. The only reason I didn't give them 5 rating is because the wings, while very flavorful, we're very dry AND it was our first visit so we're gonna give em another try while we're in town and see how it goes. A definite must try though. Check it out!

Their grilled wings are impeccable! The parking lot is small and could stand to be paved. This place sits oddly at the entrance of a trailer park but I can't tell if the trailer park is occupied by any residents as it seems that it is not....which is in a sense even more creepy. Call ahead and give them and extra 5/10 minutes. Due to demand there always seems to be a wait for me.
