Ok, I have to give another star to Bedrock! I went today to pick up some treats for a paleoish friend of mine who just had a baby, and I couldn't resist picking up some grain- free granola and chocolate espresso cookies for myself. I think I may have found Bedrock's sweet spot -- coconut oil and flour go over MUCH better in cookies and granola than they do in cake, texturally speaking, and the chocolate flavor in the cookies was rich and dark. At $5 for 4, they aren't cheap, but not much more expensive than other bakeries that don't offer paleo delicacies. The granola tastes very granola-ey, such that you wouldn't really notice that it's grain free. So glad I gave this business another shot -- I'll be a repeat customer for sure, even if I'll never be fully paleo!

Owner/Chef Brandi Marter is a gem. Not only does her warmth and smile make you feel instantly welcome, she knows her food! The menu is paleo friendly and you don't feel awful after indulging! So yummy and I'm so glad this place exists!

Everything Brandi makes is amazing (Paleo and nonpaleo)!! Every food item I've tried was great but if you are eating paleo or just paleoish then do yourself a favor and drop by any of the 'kiosks' and grab either some of her paleo friendly gelato, paleo snickers, or just some simple yummy paleo cookies. I promise you it will feel like you aren't even restricting yourself!! Just remember just because it's paleo doesn't mean the sweets are healthy, but at least you'll know that everything in any of her dishes are whole, real ingredients! (You can also go online to order pre-made meals for the week as well as order paleo cakes for any special occasions!!)

This place is incredible if you are following the paleo diet. I live in midtown, and I either cook or come here for food. I wish they had more side items, but the amount of meat and quality you get for the price is a fantastic deal. The paleo gelato is very addicting. The pesto chicken is by far my favorite item, followed by the pulled pork. Keep it up and add some more veggie sides!

Great food! Love the convenience of picking the meals up at YoLo in midtown. These have been an awesome, affordable, healthy addition for our family. Husband loves the chicken salad but we have tried and enjoyed multiple things including pork chops, chicken enchilada stew (spicy and filling), chicken and sausage hash, and bbq. The whipped sweet potatoes are great and I love the espresso brownies!

What a great option for a healthful diet. Only fresh, local ingredients prepared daily. They offer a wide selection and generous portions at a reasonable price. Great for someone like me on the go to pick up my food at one of their several pick up spots on my way home from the gym. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
