Let me just start off by saying who in the hell puts egg on a Caesar salad...and if you do why do you put that much?! I had a chicken Caesar salad wrap and let me just say, it's pretty bad when the best part of your meal is the chips... The chicken is nasty, the lettuce wasn't spectacular, and even the croutons were pretty bad. I would never come here again, I would go to Panera who knows how to make good food.

I tried it once and I am a fan. It takes a long time to get a panini though. They give you a lot of salad, and I don't think this is for someone that is trying to lose weight if you end up eating everything. You can't save it because salad doesn't keep well. It is just tasty salads.

I work just down the street from this place and have been several times now. What keeps me coming back? It's the best salad place in the area. They offer tons of options and you can even build your own salad kind of like a "Subway" of salads. Quality of ingredients is generally good and portion size is perfect for lunch. Prices are on par with equivalent places in the area (i.e. Newk's, Panera, etc) My only complaint is that they don't seem to have the assembly line concept down yet. Every time I'm in here I think to myself that they should have some LEAN/Six Sigma consultant come in and analyze how they operate the ordering process to make it more efficient. If you come in at noon, often times you are waiting 15 minutes in a 6 or 8 person line just to get to get to the counter where you can order. Seems like there could be a quicker way to fulfill orders. Outside of the efficiency issue, everything else is good and I will continue to put this place into my lunch time destination rotation.

They remodeled the old Calypso and the place looks great. Soups, salads, paninis, and wraps. Free soup on Saturday. And Tofu too!

Good place for soup and salad. Counter service. I ate the pick two: Steakhouse salad and potato soup were both tasty. The salad was large, the steak was tender, and the soup was great. Came with a large roll (wheat or white).

Although I appreciate a good salad, I found this was just OK. It was essentially a fast-food salad. Although not terrible and good for a quick fix. I would much rather drive one more mile down the road to Wholefoods salad bar for the same price.

A little expensive for what you get... but they do have great tasting fresh salads and nice, friendly service. Expect to pay between just under $9 and $12 for the salad depending on your options. They have a carvers and soup options as well. I'll try this place again.

I have to say I really like this place. The ingredients are nice and fresh and there is a vast selection of ingredients. However, I do feel like it's a little expensive. But no more expensive than other places in the neighbor.

Fresh ingredients your own way...not typical salad bar ingredients...like nice restaurant salad in fast food environment

One of my favorite places to go! Create your own salad or order of their menu. A kids salad size is plenty for an adult. Spring for the grilled lemon chicken. It's extra but so good! Turkey panini is great. Lots of food for the price and quick friendly service!

Great salad. Pretty decent prices. Great service. I found it interesting to discover a restaurant based around salads and honestly was a bit skeptical of what they would offer. Trying this restaurant was a pleasant experience. On the base of lettuce, the choices to additional meats and vegetables was quite impressive. Everything looked great and it took a few minutes to choose the steak salad. The size of the salad I received was abundant and the steak included was just enough - just the right balance. I'll be coming back here for a healthier alternate to normal dining fare.
