Pretty much the McDonalds of BBQ, but it'll keep me quiet until my next visit to Memphis

Great barbeque and great fried pickles. I can't ask for anything more.

I've been here a few times and have always been pleased. The only thing I haven't liked have been the white beans. But the barbecue is always good, love the sauces. Plenty of good ol southern sides. Lots of choices that I want to try. They have great sweet tea, and fruit tea which is the king of all beverages. Then I went here today and got the kindest service I've experienced in fast food. Due to one very slow and picky customer the line at the drive thru took several minutes, but really no longer than I have waited in line at crappy fast food places. When I got to the window, the manager greeted me and profusely apologized for the wait and gave me my meal for free. I was really grateful and thought that was such a nice gesture. They've earned my return business!

Great BBQ! Love everything this place has to offer. We have used them for catering also and it just doesn't get any better. First Class!

Mediocre BBQ, but I am adding a star because of the staff, which is top notch. The pulled pork was rather bland and they have no idea what "hot" bbq sauce actually is.

In order to truly celebrate the 4th of July i feel like Bar-b-que is a must. Since i don't want to spend hours or days myself i went to Bar B Cutie. While not the best QUE i've ever had it was most certainly awesome. I too love that they serve it dry and let you sauce it yourself. The amount of food for the price is excellent. I'm such a fan of pulled pork that i prefer it over ribs when its done right but i may have to try those next time. Bottom line is if you are in this area and have a hankering for some good QUE then go here. The food and service are excellent.

Visiting a different location after trying it for the first time in Nashville. This time I tried the sampler and it's very good!!! Came with pork, 3pc ribs and chicken tender. Again enough food and great services!! Very clean. Must try if haven't or must try again if it's around. !!!!

What do you call a group of men waiting for a haircut? A barbercue. OK OK, calm down. I remember eating at Bar B Cutie when I was a kid, way back then it was outstanding, not so anymore. Now that they've gone all corporate, the quality has suffered while the menu has expanded beyond the normal bounds of your typical BBQ joint. They literally have something here for everybody, and that is the problem. The clear focus is not on the Cue, they're all over the map with this stuff. Roast beef and wings? Gheez. This place has become nothing but a convenience for me. The BBQ is not that bad, its just not very good, and with so many other good options for barbecue in Nashville this place is missing out on a lot of traffic. The pulled pork is passable, I like the smoked turkey better. The $6.95 daily specials are a pretty good deal with 2 sides and cornbread, and thats really what keeps me coming back cause I can get in and out of here in under 20 minutes. They really need to shorten up on the menu and focus more on the quality. And learning how to actually smoke a pork butt along the way would be nice too.

BBQ? Me thinks not!!! Before stepping into Bar-B-Cutie, I thought I led a pretty good life. I have a job, an apartment, family, friends, and taking an awesome vacation outside of New York City. And then I ordered food from this franchise ran establishment. Since that first bite of this microwave-heated frozen TV-Dinner style food, I have been forced to watch my life shatter at the seams. Everything I once held dear has been ripped from my trembling fingertips, torn away and defiled, reduced to ash before my eyes. All because of an order of the most heart-achingingly disgusting "BBQ" I've ever had the misfortune of encountering! Entering this pathetic excuse of a so-called historic BBQ eatery, you can immediately sense that was no evidence of barbecue taking place here. No odor of wood fire or stacks of wood for cooking. No odor of charcoal fire. No odor of gas fire. With a bunch of teenaged part-time employees, I doubt there was fire even allowed in the kitchen! I decided to order family style and got a rack of ribs wet, mystique chicken, brisket, mac+cheese, stuffed baked potato, and fried okra, and fried corn bread. Each morsel of overcooked, dry hardened meat seemed to be a mocking insult--an attack on my very humanity. No matter how much I smothered it with their factory-tasting "homemade sauce," it still felt like sandpaper and rusty nails going down the throat. This was just an embarrassment to the word barbecue! I'm so upset that I can not even bare to relive writing about the disgusting sides... Fried corn bread?? More like fried cardboard pancakes! Just stay away!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! I had a couple people tell me that it was not good so I did not go for a while, but when we got a Bogo coupon in our city saver book we tried it out and REALLY liked it. LOVE the sauce collection on the table and really enjoyed the pork and potato salad. The Carolina sauce is my favorite. Also thought the place was very clean, and the service was great. We'll be back!

I go here somewhat frequently. One thing I learned not to order is the "mesquite chicken." It's like frozen chicken breast with sauce. And if you go through the drive-thru be sure and check your drink. You're likely to get 13 oz of ice and 3 oz of soda. The place is convenient but a far cry from other local BBQ places.

The lunch specials make this quick, easy, and tasty. Great iced tea options, too. Low-cal sides help me make good choices, and the turkey is extremely good. The new breakfast is REALLY GOOD!

Great place for lunch or dinner. Very reasonable pricing ( esp during lunch) and extremely generous portions. Great place to get some BBQ or just good ole "soul food".

Had lunch with leftovers and a side of wings. Was decent quality though a little own the lite side for the price. Wings were good but sort of expensive for them. Would have liked more wings than be forced to have a side I didn't need. Had the brisket dinner and it was very good, though again not a lot of meat. Would give it 5 stars but value plus quantity = 5

My 2nd experience at Bar B Cutie... Just as good as the first. My good friend and I finished a nasty round of golf full of rain, wind, slow golfers, beer and some good (and bad shots). We needed some food to fuel the rest of the evening... We decided on Bar B Cutie and were able to quickly order and have food in front of us. We both got a pulled pork sandwich, side and drink... Got out of the place for a whopping $12, heck of a deal. The sandwich was very good and I enjoy the pork. It comes dry, pulled right off the thigh. I enjoy being able to sauce it up myself. The mac and cheese was acceptable, nothing to write home about, it sufficed. This hit the spot on a water soaked day, next time I'm in the area we will swing by.

The barbecue is fair to middling here, but as other reviewers have noted, the service is top notch. I've been in three to four times when I've been in Franklin and wanting barbecue for lunch. I love their fruit tea, and while their pulled pork isn't the best I've had, the "Cutie" sandwiches, mini barbecue sandwiches served on cornbread with coleslaw and mild sauce (I ask for hot) are a very tasty way to deliver pork to one's belly.

Oh please. I remember before this place went all chain cheesy and was a decent piece of pig. Now it's way over priced and tasteless. Anyone gives this place a good rating doesn't know squat about the most edible animal on the planet. I have a t-shirt from this place. The armpits at the end of the day taste better than this food.

Not good at all. Tasteless ribs, brisket. Sauces aren't good enough to rescue the meat. Sweet tea was awesome.
