Just went to newly renovated post fire restaurant ...had the #7 double paddy burger to go. When got home was not disappointed. Burger was great... no grease! Char broiled just right . Looking forward to next visit!!!!

One of our favorites! I love the blackened chicken sandwich, it is delicious. The prices are a bit higher then other comparable places but you get what you pay for in that respect. Everytime we are down towards Back Yard Burgers and we are hungry we always eat there!

Backyard Burgers is a great place to eat unhealthy. Our kids love it. It would be good if they added healthy food to their menu. Service is always great.

I have eaten at this particular Backyard Burger before, but I really don't recall the burger being such a grease bomb. From the first bite, it was dripping. Also, if a burger place intends to annoy me, an excellent way is to slap a cold, completely unmelted piece of cheese on my burger. I mean, really, does it take that much effort to put the cheese on a few seconds before it leaves the grill?!? On the upside, the burger was served warm and the fries were fresh and delicious.

Back home there was a backyard burgers years ago but we've never ate there. The menu was pricey. I'm a fan of Baby Ray's BBQ so I order the Chipotle burger which comes with bacon and fried onions(?). It was delicious! The garlic parmesan fries were tasty but I was hoping for that version I had in San Francisco. I like the Sobe 0 calorie drink. We ordered three combos and it was $30! I would order my burger again for sure.

Stopped by with my wife to grab a quick sandwich and within a reasonable time and $16+ received a grilled blackjack chicken club and classic cheeseburger. The chicken was very small and lukewarm at best. A cold piece of cheese, let alone melted. The cheeseburger had a cold piece of cheese which they charge 75 cents for and burger tasted ok but nothing special. Almost left when we entered the restaurant because the boy at the register was really acting weird and picking at sores on his face. If he had been anywhere but the register we would have been gone. Oh well if they don't change some things they will have trouble staying in business if they depend any at all on repeat customers.

I've eaten there on many occasions over several years and while their food is acceptable, they have a serious issue with slick floors. They mop the floors often, which should be good, but for some reason their floors are far more slick than they need to be, dangerously slick even. I don't know if they use too much cleaning solution or if there is grease from the kitchen on the mop, but it's like walking on ice every time they clean the floor.

At first we thought it was because we hadn't had breakfast. But as we ate INSIDE and the drive thru continued to be PACKED- I realized yep, it is a pretty good burger!! Worth a YELP!!! Try it!

I have been waiting for the remodel to open so my son and I were totally disappointed when we went in for dinner at 5:30 ready to enjoy a burger! The dining room was empty and no customers were in line at the counter. Three women and one man who appeared to be the cook just stood and talked for 10 minutes never making eye contact or noticing that there were customers to order!! I remarked that we were waiting to order and got a blank stare!!!!!!! We have lots of really good places to get hamburgers in Franklin.....won't waste my time in Back Yard Burgers again!!
