I have been coming here for 21 years. The food is always amazing. The rice is hit and miss once in a while, but this is definitely the place to go if you are hungry for middle eastern cuisine :)

Came in here for takeout last Saturday. With the reviews below I was expecting a bustling Restaurant (I now realize these reviews are quite a few years old). Zero people in the dining room. I ordered one of their shawarma combos, and opted for the salad instead of rice, and some crushed lentil soup. I was a little turned off as I was waiting for my food the chef smiled and said 'hi' then heard him revving up the microwave. Did you just microwave my shawarma? You know when you are in a pinch and microwave leftovers sometimes the meat sticks together? That's how my shawarma was. I will say that the flavor was there, I just could NOT get past the fact that instead of putting it on the flat top it was thrown in 'Chef Mike'. The side salad was fresh, flavorful, and was a HUGE portion. The crushed lentil soup was also good (no match for Mr. Kabob though). I think I would return as it's a family ran restaurant, and all of the other items were really fresh. I'd just order something other than the shawarma. Till next time Pine Land...

This is now a new favorite lunchtime spot, or at least it's in the rotation. A colleague and I went here for lunch and started with the hummus. Ok so hummus is hummus right, just a bunch of mashed up chickpeas right...wrong, I have had it many times and this place is close to being one of my favs, the only thing that I felt that held the taste back a little (really little) was that they should have used a little tiny bit less lemon juice and touch more garlic (they made up for that later). The flat bread was absolutely fresh and tasty. I had the Chicken Shish Tawook sandwich. Wow this thing was good, its called a sandwich, but it reminds me more of a taquito they way it was wrapped in a crispy shell/flat bread. The flavors were outstanding with the combination of grilled chicken chopped pickles and creamy garlic sauce. And let me tell you this, you might want to bring some breath mints because they are not shy on the garlic. This was a really good, flavorful, low calorie and inexpensive lunch, I mean the sandwich would have been good enough and it was under 4 bucks! All tolled... 2 lunches of the Chicken Shish Tawook sandwich, one hummus shared by two people with some to spare, and one drink was just under $14! MAN I love a good deal. I will be back!

Yum! As previously stated, the atmosphere is a little bright and bold (kind of a diner feel, if that makes sense), but the food is great. I love, love the lamb and rice, as well as the hummus. The service is also friendly and efficient. This is one of our carry-out favorites. We'll frequently get a few different dishes for a group of people, set them out with spoons and open our own little buffet in our kitchen. Everyone loves it!

One of our local favorites. It's not IndoPak food but Lebanese. I've tried just about everything on the menu and I've not been disappointed yet. The staff there are always friendly. The salads are very fresh and tasty, the lamb is always good and the shish tawook - mmmmm. Try a falafel sandwich, those are good as well. If you've never eaten turnip pickles, when they bring them out, try them. They aren't to sour, not to sweet.

I took my sister-in-law and her two little one's. Although the kids menu in a Mid-easter menu isn't very kid friendly, The chef was and tried to be as accomadating as he could and even visited the table. We ordered Shwarma's, grape leaves and hummus. The flavors were right on, but the texture of the hummus was a little too soft for my liking, tasted great though. The chicken and lamb Shwarma's were right on, grapes leaves came with rice and was exceptional too. For what I ordered, I was happy. The waitress was slow especially seeing how we were the only ones in the restaurants, it took ten minutes to get a box for carryout once two other parties arrived. I will go back, the prices are beyond reasonable and I even ordered some stuff to go. I would recommend this place for more of a carry-out place or bring your patience if you are going to eat-in. The menu is huge, so I look forward to going back and trying some of the other items on the menu. Bathrooms I give a 5 out of ten, Need some attention to stocking and detail. Very important to have overly-clean restrooms...

Only giving the two star rating this time because the last time I went, a salad for one and one entree did not run me damn near $20. The prices have gone up, waaaay up.

I've been here for lunch numerous times, you can't go wrong ordering one of the lunch specials for $7.95. First off the giant fattoush salad they bring out is great, nice dressing. The last two times I went they did not bring out the turnip pickles, which I kinda liked (missing them). I typically order the Chicken Schawarma plate or Hommous topped with Chicken, each comes with either soup, rice or fries (I get the rice). I almost always end up bringing half of the meal home. Hommous has seemed a bit salty lately, not sure if I just didn't notice in the past or I got a bad batch. Even salty, it is still great. If you want to breath and smell like garlic the rest of the day, this is the place for you. Both the chicken and lamb is good. The garlic sauce is delicioso!

I was practically impressed. Pineland had excellent food and very friendly service. I've never eaten Lebanese food before, but I'm a big fan of Greek foods. This was my first experience with this type of food and it was all very good. I split a combination meal called the Pineland with my wife and there was plenty enough to have for left-overs the next day. There were beef and chicken dishes, and they all tasted great. The hummus was also excellent. Good enough that we would consider just getting the hummus to go. The atmosphere was all right. There was some mediterranean music on in the background. The walls have murals and pictures from Lebanon. It most reminded me of a Chinese restaurant. Just somewhat tacky. The food is definitely worth the short-comings of the atmosphere, especially since they offer take out. I'm sure we'll be back.

I stopped by Pine Land one day, because I was in the neighborhood. When I'm starving, I'm not really in the mood to experiment with the menu, so I just order my favorite dish. Shish Tawook w/ rice and Hummus, and a Greek Salad or Lentil Soup. The meal met my expectations, and the service was fast and friendly. I'll have to go back to sample more things off the menu, this place looks like it definitely has 4-5 star potential!

I used to get carry out from here quite often but the last couple times have been disappointing. I decided to give it another try and it was a big mistake. I will never, ever do it again. I placed my order(2 sandwiches and a maza tray with some garlic sauce on the side) I arrived home and it was all wrong. The tray was missing 2 items, one of the sandwiches was wrong and no garlic sauce. I thought I would try the wrong sandwich anyway and it was awful. It was like a dried up log of poop in a pita. I called them back and started telling someone about the issue, he just handed the phone over to someone else. I told the next person the problem and when I was done he just kept saying"hello, hello" like he couldn't hear me or something. I told him I was never going back and hung up. So in conclusion the place is not what it used to be, no wonder I never see cars there anymore. Eat at Pineland with caution..
