Stopped in tonight for a quick bite. Wings were really good. Our kids ordered wings from the kids menu. And my wife and I ordered 24 wings to split. We ordered the pickle chips...wait...the soggy pickle chips as an appetizer. The pickle chips; don't order 'em. This is the second time we ordered them, and again, the were soggy. Our server was great. Friendly and intuitive. The kids wing order comes with NO dipping sauce. Yet the order my wife and I split came with 4 ranches. So I had to PAY for ranch so my kids could have something to dip their wings in as well. It may not seem like a lot of money, but I counted 12 families of 4 in there while we were there. That little fee can generate quite a bit of money. Felt like a scam to me. Considering we ate for $60 (with tip) you'd think .35 worth of ranch dressing wouldn't exactly break their bank. Thinking I'm gonna stick to making my own wings from now on.

Pretty standard as BWs go but the server we had was really nice, attentive and quick with service. I tried the Naked Tenders for the first time...they 86ed the skewers...BOOOO. They were a little chewy but OK enough. I'd hit this place up again.

This is the closest BWWs in my area and they recently had a grand reopening and my Grandson and I stood in line and got "Free Wings for a Year". Which amounted to a coupon for 6 wings every week for 1 year. Needles to say we made almost every week and tried all the different wing variations they offered. It was a pretty good year of "free wings", but it cost me at least $20 a week for many weeks as we used our coupons. The service was always pretty good and the wings are now my standard to which I compare to other locations and restaurants. I have to go 3 stars for this and all BWWs that I have enjoyed over that years and I'll be back...

As far as bdubs go it's the same menu everywhere. I've been here quite a few times and have gotten take out as well. Never have any complaints so far, so consider this a high 3 star rating.

Usually has plenty of sauce on the wings, one of the best BWW in the area I think. Not always amazing, but always had nice waitstaff and food comes up quick.

i don't know why but i prefer to skip this location and take the long drive to the livonia BWW location instead. i've never had a problem here, but their late night deals aren't as good as some of the other locations i've been to. great service though! i don't think i've ever had a bad server at BWW.

I already feel bad giving BWW one star, but here's the thing, it's not ALL Buffalo Wild Wings, it was THIS particular one. Called two days in advance to reserve some tables for a birthday party, was told by the hurried employee to call back the next day. Called the next day and was told to call the day of, a few hours before. Called the day of and was told that they would have the tables ready and set up for us before the party and have more than one server for our tables- I then asked if we could have rectangular tables so there were not a bunch of round ones shoved together and was told that would be just fine. Arrived at the time of the party and the tables were not set up and they were all round. We had to push the tables together ourselves and the waitress seemed PISSED at the size of our party even though there were supposed to be two servers, but alas, it was just her. With the round tables conversation was nearly impossible. Some of the people there could not stay long so they asked to be put on separate bills. The waitress seemed annoyed and didn't try to hide it. After our first round of drinks the waitress vanished and the runners who brought out the food told us that they didn't know where she was. More than half the party had to get up and walk to the bar to get their own drinks. When the waitress decided to come back to our table almost 45 minutes later, she seemed pissed off that people wanted to order more drinks and the ones that needed to leave early wanted their checks. My friend made a birthday cake and we got dirty looks from the staff when we asked for plates and a knife. Hey, at least we didn't ask for a free birthday dessert and make you sing and clap like a bunch of jackass's! Bar service was slow as hell unless you went up to get your drinks yourself. At the end of the night when most of the party had left, we looked at our bills and they had tacked on a gratuity fee, AKA making sure the waitress got a tip even though she only came out to do anything twice. I will not ever plan a party involving this place again. Unorganized and inattentive. When I complained to the manager they basically shrugged and told me they weren't prepared for us. Didn't offer us a damn thing or take anything off the bill. I'm not one of those people who complains just to get free shit, but I expected an apology at the very least and didn't get one. I have not and will not eat here again.

I'd give this place no stars, but that doesn't seem to be an option. The staff is rude, the food poorly prepared and when one complains to the GM, he attacks the customer with rants. A call to corporate explains it all--it's a franchise. No matter, I'll never walk into a BWW as long as I live.

Had a bad experience here, once, where the wings hardly had any sauce on them. Overall, they've been pretty good, though.

Last night I had a pretty awesome server named Andrea. I promise that there are some crap servers there, and I am a pretty easy customer. All I ask for is my soda to be filled and for the server to come back and make sure the food was right, good, etc. Normally I like to sick in Richard section, but he seems to get cut early. My last review only had one star because I was pretty upset that Bobby just walked by our table like, and did NOT even check on us. I really wanted to leave him the shitty menu-over-the-change-dick-move-tip. I am sure I will update this again. And DEFINITELY TRY THE BUTTERY MAPLE! IT IS MY NEW FAVE SAUCE!!!!!!

Never a bad experience when we come here. The staff have a good mix of being attentive but not overbearing. We were able to enjoy our dinner & drinks without someone asking us if we were okay every 5 seconds. Sit in the bar! You can see every TV!

Great bar to go to even if u want just to drink. Bartender is awsome, name is Clarissa, she is prob the best reason to come in to this joint. Also the regular sports on tvs and the wings. Thank you Clarissa for a great conversation while waiting for my food. :-)

This place is always packed.. Monday morning or Friday afternoon. If you're impatient like me and don't have the time. Don't bother. Food always takes about an hour to arrive..always.. Sorry I'm not hungry anymore.. The tables always seem to be dirty as well. Don't u ppl have jobs? How hard is it to wipe a table down? Would YOU wanna be sat at a dirty table from the people before u who crumbed everywhere including the seats. Probably not. My wings here are sometimes really good/ really bad. Their appetizer (pretzels with chocolate) isn't worth the 6$. I get better pretzels @ the stand in the mall. I've also ordered takeout from here a couple of times- they never give me silverware. Idk if it's because you have to ask or what- but every other place provides you with that.

Worst Buffalo Willd Wings in the area. My family will never go back here. We complained on Feb 10th 2015. I basically has to complain over and I over again to finally get a response from what I guess is the owner or manager. He said he was sorry but never did anything to make it up to my family. What a joke. We will go back to the Canton,Mi location where we were treated great! I am just sad that we were there for my sons 13 th birthday and we were treated like garbage. I wish I could give a negative 2 stars but oh well. Don't go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure why BWW is so hype'd up - honestly I don't see it (maybe back when but now come on) I had a ok server but she was trying to move too fast and was forgetting thing - reason I knocked off a star on the review because I originally was gonna give a 3 star. Ok the appearance of the chicken didn't really look good - I mean fresh or maybe the sauce was too thick (not really sure). I had the honey BBQ salad which was ok and simple - chicken a little dry but lucky it had sauce on it and my dressing. **Tuesday wing special doesn't seem like a good deal but people like it.

We had a take-order for an NFL Sunday at home. Wings, a Chili Con Queso Dip, and to make it a bit healthier, we added the Garden Crasher. The wings were as expected, and the Queso dip was as good as ever (though I miss the blue corn chips it used to come with years ago). The biggest disappointment was the Garden Crasher. The thing was nine dollars so I expected the equivolent to a large salad worth of stuff. It was more like a Slight Garden Altercation. Really, five cucumber slices, six celery quarter sticks, six carrot slices, a single tough pita cut into a dozen small pieces, a dozen or so tiny olives, and a few inch long strips of red pepper along with a tiny cup of hummus and some cucumber sauce. That's it. That thing should have been five dollars at the very most, and that is if it would have have decent sized pieces of pita and pepper. I had to take two stars for that major rip-off.
