Diner needs updating badly, smell is musty. Service is what you'd expect just ok. Had a Cobb Salad and it was pretty good. If you want basic diner fare this place is just fine for a quick bite.

Recently visited again for breakfast and lunch and everything was Grade A. The breakfast cook knows his way around eggs. The sunny side up that I ordered were perfect and the sides of grits and corned beef hash were hot and flavorful... at least when a little butter was placed on the grits. A recent lunch visit turned up a Grouper sandwich with a lightly battered and fried piece of fish the size of a license plate. Tasty! Tasty! This place, while a bit of a dump, puts out some very good diner food.

They make average food but think large portions make for large prices. I prefer better quality.

Nothing was good about this restaurant. The food was horrible (certainly not homeade) the marinara sauce tasted like it was directly out of a can of tomato paste with some added water....The waitress was even worse. I really thought I was on candid camera or something. The desserts at the door are what sold me on actually eating there. By the time we got to that point, I had taken the keys to the car from my husband and left the building before I made a scene, very disappointed and would certainly not reccomend to anyone!!!! Trust me on this one, PLEASE!!

The epitome of average. Nothing special about the decor (clean but plain), nothing special about the menu (normal stuff, no standouts). Decent service, but not outstanding. The portions here won't leave you hungry and when you're stuck near the airport, it's not a bad choice for a quick & hearty meal. Given the other choices within walking distance, I'd come back on a lazy day but wouldn't make an effort for this to be a first choice. One good thing... my last visit there, FourSquare had a promotion where if you checked in & paid with AmEx, you got a $10 credit, so I did get my dinner for $1 + tip.

I was formerly a fan of this place. No more. After seating myself (the hostess, also the waitress) was hanging back by the kitchen socializing. I waited almost 15 minutes without even a hello. I finally left. No wonder only one person was dining. Whoever owns this, you're going bankrupt, and soon...unless you fire the staff and hire people who understand SERVICE!

I landed at airport at midnight on a Sunday. Landmark is open 24/7. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Place was clean and the food was good!

Clearly the manager today needs a lesson on customer service! We sat for 45 minutes and still didn't get our appetizer! The manager comes over and wants to argue with us! The food was OK the waitress was clearly distracted. Won't be Back!!!

I didn't even finish it. I got the turkey dinner. My stuffing was crispy, beef gravy poured all over everything, too salty, and I think my broccoli had sand in it. From other bad reviews on yelp I didn't expect much, but sweet baby Jesus! Large portion of food, but wouldn't take the leftovers home if you paid me. I had been hiking, so I was very thirsty, my first refill took about 20 minutes. My tea was sugar water, not tea. Regrettably we pre ordered desserts to take worth us, these where obviously not made on site Thank God. Took the waitresses 10 minutes to reappear with our bill. When we were ready to leave, no one at the register for far too long, so I couldn't even leave when ready. I Stress this GO TO THE MCDONALDS ACROSS THE STREET!

Just terrible, barely a step up from cafeteria food. Matzoh ball soup was 30 degrees shy of safe temp and matzo's were store bought. Waitress Andrea was wonderful but the corned beef for the Reuben was store bought, pressed meat that they didn't even unstack before slapping it on the sandwich. The bread was soggy and food was tasteless. They are trying to do soul food, Greek, Italian, diner and southern and manage to spread themselves so thin they don't excel at any of them. What a disappointment.

Great service by our waitress. But that's the only positive thing I can say about this place unfortunately. The food was edible but nothing really good about them. I ordered veal perm and it came with a huge potion of pasta and very thin veal cutlet. I feel like I should have went to quiznos or McDonald's next door.

Pretty quiet here for a reason. Food not that great. Price is average on it bit high for me. Service is good.

There's nothing amazing about the Landmark Diner, but nothing bad about it either. It's almost never crowded, the food is fine, and the service, if not enthusiastic, is efficient. I've been here a few times on a Sunday morning after an action-packed Saturday night, and they've always delivered a solid, low-key dining experience. They have a decent selection of sandwiches and breakfast foods (the only parts of the menu I've tried), and the food is exactly what you expect. On my most recent visit, I got the chicken gyro. There may have been a few too many onions for my taste, but otherwise the sandwich was just what I was hoping for. Do resist the temptation to order one of the many cakes in the front bakery case. I've given in a couple of times, only to be disappointed by a somewhat generic "big slice of cake" that in no way lived up to my expectations.

If your a fat kid that loves cake, this is your place! The food was decent, I got the chicken caprise panini. It was more like a soggy pita swimming in oil but honestly still tasted pretty good. The basil pesto was on time! Dinner ended with Key lime pie that was stab yo momma worthy.

When you live in a city where you have a fairly decent selection of late-night options, you tend to get a little spoiled. So you can understand my hesitation when I drove into Atlanta at 11pm on a Sunday night and my friend suggested we go out for food. Surprisingly, as you can tell from the 4-star rating, Landmark Diner pulled through! It wasn't packed, which is always a plus, but more than that the staff was pleasant and accommodating, I think people call this "Southern hospitality." We were seating promptly, drink orders were taken before we could get comfy in our booth, and when we needed help with what menu items were going to be the best impression of the restaurant at this hour our server AND the manager were more than happy to oblige. A little witty banter, a lot of good food, and late hours are enough to make me glad to revisit Landmark Diner the next time I find myself on the other side of the Mississippi...in Atlanta.

This place builds itself on being a local diner but it had not so local prices to me, but the food was decent. I had the fish sandwich, that piece of fish was massive like it could fit in two sandwiches, it had a good coating of cornmeal on it and it was juicy to boot but at last that was the only good parts of my visit, the fries were mediocre, and it did not have feel of a old-fashion diner. If you are hungry late at night maybe this place is for you but I m sure for the $$ there are better places nearby for lunch

The service was excellent. That was honestly the highlight of my visit to Landmark. I came for some late evening cheesecake, and while it wasn't horrible, I've had better. It wasn't what I was accustomed to, due to the fact that it was lighter than any other cheesecake I've ever had. If we're talking about any other cake, light's good...but cheesecake IMO is supposed to be rich & thick...unimpressive. Side note, the offerings are more expensive than they should be...noticeably more expensive.

Went with some colleagues. We all had food poisoning that evening. Coincidence...I think not. we were with a group of 80 and the only ones to get ill.

Excellent staff and great food. 24-hour breakfast, large menu for all meals. Pancakes were delicious, French toast was huge and delicious and the grits were great! I cannot tell you how picky I am about grits! A little rundown, but clean and bright. Large portions! Come hungry our prepare to take a box with you. Our waitress was Alisha on both days that we went; seek her out. She was cheerful, attentive and sets a to relaxed atmosphere with her demeanor. She made us feel like were at home rather than a restaurant. You never felt like you had to deal with something to get what you wanted our that she was hovering. Her balance of service was perfect. A great find! BTW, Guillermo L. is a great busby busboy !

The cakes looked VERY pretty, but had all this fake JUNKY nasty tasting frosting...Really! The service was VERY friendly, however.

It seemed as though everyone there was ready to leave. Which I could understand if it was not at 7 in the evening. My friends and I decided to eat here because it is close to a music venue. But sadly, I would not go back. The food was just cooked frozen dinners style. And when I asked for white russian I received a blank stare in return.

came here for breakfast this am with the family. picked pops up at the airport, i was headed back to macon....so it didn't make sense to drag everyone to my fave breakfast spot. either way....this breakfast was a hit...with all involved. service was fantabulous, and we held up a table for like 20 min waiting on my sis. no problem. no pressure to order, and our coffee and water stayed full. the menu is sorta ginormous, but we all focused on breakfast. parents and sis had very traditional 2 eggs, meat, grits and toast. everyones eggs came out properly, from over easy to soft scrambled and my parents loved that they had a patty sausage choice...AND they got 2 giant patties. sis had homefries...super crusty outside and lots of em. they lacked the onion and peppers that would make me wanna holler, but gold star. i had a peasant omelet (swiss, tomato and avocado)...yum yum yum and sooooo much avocado tucked inside. this makes me very happy. lil niece had a belgian waffle...and for a picky little eater, only 1/4 of it remained. the grits were standard fare, not the creamy stone ground kind that i die for....but thick and hot, so, that was fine. if, for some random reason, i was stranded by the airport...i would head here. solid food and service. prices were a little meh.....i mean really? why is breakfast like 8.00 these days? seems to be the case everywhere.

This cafe has been something that I've visited both times while in Atlanta. Both times I wasn't overly impressed but it was horrible either. It's in an interesting area... The service both times was really slow, so don't expect to be out of here quickly (even if you tell them that you are in a rush). They are really nice and will split the checks for you though, which is great in larger groups (and people who like to only pay with cards).

If I could give this restaurant less than a 1star I would. The service was pathetic and I would talk about the food if one of the three servers had ever come by to take our orders. One waitress I knew from another restaurant said hi and kept it moving, another one smiled at us and kept it moving and the last one walked past our table as if we were invisible. After about 15 minutes of looking at a menu being teased by the pictures we got up and began walking to the door when we see the person who seated us walking towards us. He just walked passed went to our table and picked up our menus I guess not caring that he just lost two customers. What more is there to add? If you like poor service and being treated like the Invisible man then The Landmark Diner on Virginia Ave is the place for you.

So...it's been almost an hour and we are finally receiving our food. This would not be much of a complaining issue if the place was close to being half full. Completely disappointed in landmark diner. Haven't tasted the food yet, and to be completely honest I don't even know if I care anymore...*sigh* I just want my hour and a half back. Won't be back here. Unfortunate because I had high hopes for it considering the menu.

Went to dinner with a friend on my first night in Atlanta. I had the fried chicken which was delicious. It was cooked to perfection. My friend had the chicken Philly sandwich which was really good also. The decor in the place is a little dated and the service somewhat slow but overall wasn't to bad. Probably will go back.

Frequent here a lot for breakfast. The food is great and they give you a plate full. (it takes at least two plates for one meal!). Had lunch here one day and could not finish two super huge hot dogs! ($7) Sevice is great, as we always get our same waitress and she always serves with a smile. (go Mary!) If you can find room for dessert, try them. The cakes are really good. This is a place that I enjoy going to eat over and over. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the prices. (see above $7 for two hot dogs) The portions do help to make up for the prices.

Boo. I am very disappointed with this new diner in the Atlanta Airport area. I usually try to give a place the benefit of the doubt, so I have been there 3 times and it has just gotten worse. The food is overpriced. Wait staff is weird and forgetful. My husband and I went on a Sunday morning for breakfast, which was our 3rd and last visit. I played it safe and got the overly-priced pancakes with fruit (banana). He ordered a typical breakfast platter with an assortment of things like eggs, sausage, toast, etc. He got shafted 4 times in 20 minutes by our unexcusably forgetful waiter: 1) he ordered O.J. and the waiter never brought it out, 2) he ordered an english muffin instead of toast but got toast, 3) he ordered home fries and got hash browns (to northerners like my husband, there is a big difference and the line should not be crossed), and 4) when the waiter brought his plate back to replace the toast with english muffin, HE STILL FORGOT TO REPLACE THE HASH BROWNS WITH HOME FRIES! LOL. This place really needs to get their act together. The food is nothing to write home about, so that plus HORRIBLE service = 1 star (just because I had to put at least one star).

I went to this restaurant after a night of drinking at a bar next door. The great thing about this place is that it is open 24 hours. It was probably around 2 AM when a friend and I went. There were not many people there. Our waitress seemed like she hated her job. But, there was a waiter who was quite personable. The other workers seemed to be doing their jobs up to par. The place was clean and our water glasses were never empty and tables were bussed quickly. The food was good. It is the type and quality of food that one might expect to find at a 24 hour diner. There is a lot of variety. I ordered cheese sticks, which were ok. I ordered a turkey club sandwich with fries, that is pretty difficult to mess up. It was decent. My friend got eggs and some type of meat with it. She loves breakfast food. Just from watching her eat, I would guess that she would rate the place quite high. But, I've known her for a while and I also know that her taste buds do not discriminate. Add that to the fact that she was drunk, and I'm not sure how much confidence I have in her opinion about this place. It's good. Especailly late at night after the club/bar.

So you are near the airport late at night and got the munchies? Where are you going to go? No...you are tired of the Waffle House that is on every 3rd corner. No...you don't want to drive through the 24 hour McDonalds, because you want something that might be fresh or have lettuce on it. No...there is a train parked dividing the north and south side of Hapeville, so you can't go to the Dwarf House without considerable effort. Whatcha gonna do? The Landmark Diner Virginia Avenue is a welcome addition to options on the south side, near the airport. It is open 24 hours and carries the standard diner fare. It is located in a new strip mall off Virginia Avenue. The food is ok. Service was good when I went there at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Not many people know that it's open yet. I'd give it a little time to get on their feet before expecting much from them. But don't wait too long. Once the stains start to set in, it might get better or worse. :)

I went today and got the "Stuffed Avocado" which is on a bed of lettuce with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, onions, a hard boiled egg with your choice of dressing (I got the Greek, which was a pinkish vinaigrette and OK). It is supposed to come with bread (which I just now realized that I never got). I paid 2.95 for an OJ and 9.95 for the stuffed avocado salad. The reason that I didn't really like it was because I was intrigued by the whole idea of a "stuffed avocado" because I had never had one. Well when I got it, it was just sliced avocado on top of a salad. I kind of made a face like "Wait a minute" and she asked if everything was okay and I said "I thought it was a stuffed avocado" She said "Oh it just says that on the menu, but its not." Honestly I was going between that and french toast but chose it because it was stuffed and it'd be new to try. The waitress was okay, but my plate was gone before I even got my ticket so she was a little slow.

We read the review on here before we went to eat at the Landmark last night - is this the same restaurant? From the time we entered until the time we left, we had excellent service. The food looked like a picture - wish I had taken some! Wife and daughter got he Spondikopita, or whatever - the Spinach Pie - wow. It's not the first time we have had this dish either, It's was a huge serving and a reasonable price. Beautiful dinner salad came with it. Wish I could tell you how many times my tea glass (unsweetened, never got it wrong) was refilled. Actually the wife and daughter could have split the Spinach pie because they got such a good helping, they have enough for today for lunch. This is great as a leftover, by the way. I got the Pastrami Reuben - Excellent! Like the City Cafe that used to be on Old National, the Pastrami they serve is some of the best this side of Pataks or on of Atrlanta's better deli's. My son got the Chcken Fingers - actually an appetizer, but he got four huge pieces of chicken breast. And he is picky. He ate it all. Plus as a side, a huge plate of fries that everyone shared. My daughter's boyfriend got he Chili burger - typical huge bar-food style burger accompanied by a bowl of chili. No way he could eat it all. Keep in mind this restaurant has the same type of Menu and Dessert offerings as the other Landmark Diner's around Atlanta - same family. An eclectic menu with Greek and tasty American choices, accompanied by a fabulous dessert menu, and supported by a very capable bar. My wife had a Dirty Martini - and she loves this style - excellent!! If one has to grouse it would be about the prices. While not exceptionally high, they are Airport area prices. But these folks try to make up for that with excellent quality and a more than abundant serving. Give it a shot! It is in a recent addition to Virginia Avenue that also houses Irish Bred Pub (just OK) and Michon's Upstairs (also Excellent!). It is adjacent to the block with McDonald's and Spondivit's, and within walking distance of the Hilton and the cluster of hotels around the Holiday Inn. So if you have some time before you send your sweetie off at the airport, or if you have some hungry travelers arriving some night, give them a try. One of the best things is that they are a 24 hour establishment. Having worked many all-nighters at the airport over the years that is very welcome. Most of the time your choices after 1am at the airport are Chic-Fil-A, McD's, and Waffle House - and Sundays no Chic-Fil-A. So it gives the airport guys and gals something nutritious to have for those mid-night dinners once in a while.

The southside FINALLY has an awesome restaurant. I went a couple of weeks ago and was blown away. A restaurant that serves good wine and serves awesome food on the southside?????? Unheard of, until now. I had the pastrami sandwich with a side of potato salad. It was incredible. The potato salad was definitely homemade and the pastrami sandwich was freash and flavorful. They have a huge selection on their menu which is nice. I'm talking about a menu three or four pages long with nothing but different dishes to try. Its about time folks living near the airport have a decent restaurant to go to now. Definitely take time out of your day to go eat here.

Not the fanciest place, don't let the facade scare you. Great food, but more important, real southern hospitality! Our server waa amazingly friendly, service was great and the food was really good. If you're staying at the airpott Hilton, bypass the places that are familar and try this gem!

It's a diner. And that's okay. I don't know why anyone would go to a diner of any sort expecting a creative, gastronomic experience. Maybe people really are swayed by the allure of a large dessert cabinet. Anyway, this place did exactly what I wanted them to do. They gave me some good soft-scrambled eggs and some grilled chicken. It hit the spot. I found it a good place to catch up with my friend. Staff was unobtrusive. It wasn't crowded. And it didn't take long for our food to reach us.

After a flight, this place was great for some comfort food and service. The waitress was super sweet and even told me an estimated time for my to go order to be ready. She said 8 minutes, but it turned out to be around 4-5 minutes... Awesome. I got the gyro..and it came with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Highly recommend.

I should have trusted my gut. So many health code violations!!!! This place seemed dated with their decor and furniture but I came for the food so I didn't let it discourage me. Came in after the "church rush". Our server seemed new to her job but she was pleasant. We asked to be sat at a specific table and we were told "Oh, that's where the boss is sitting". Really? The table was cleaned and we were sat. Appetizer took about 15 minutes to come out. It was only cheese sticks but whatever. All but one of us were drinking water but only the sweet tea was ever refilled. The experience was terrible after placing our order. We waited for about 20 minutes for a sandwich and two eggs Benedict. The English muffin seemed microwaved, the poached egg was nothing more than a yolk, and the hollandaise sauce tasted like flour and water. I sent my order back and ordered simple scrabbled eggs and a pancake. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs. I can't tell you what the pancakes tasted like. I sent them back as soon as I saw the washed out ketchup bottle filled with syrup with a sticker "regular syrup". Are you serious?!?! MULTIPLE health code violations!!!! Mayonnaise: placed in an empty ketchup bottle with NO label whatsoever. Hot sauce: no top on the dirty bottle sitting on our table. Syrup: in a ketchup bottle with a sticker labeled "regular syrup". We were charged for the side of hash browns on our plate because "we ate them". My small orange juice was $3.00, which tasted like canned concentrated orange juice. The server OR the manager never came to check on us even after our complaints. The server dropped our check without a word and never returned. I had to pay at the hostess stand with the manager. I explained that I felt it was unfair to charge such high prices for food that was disgusting and the manager simply said "you ate it". I commented on the number of health code violations for which he had absolutely no response. I paid the tab and left. It was then that we finally received attention; by way of the manager walking behind us all the way to the door and standing at the door until we got into our vehicles. I should have trusted my gut. I've never been at this Landmark Diner before because the prime three parking spots in front of the door are labeled "Reserved for manager/owner". That in itself says a lot about a hospitality establishment.

I visited this restaurant for lunch with some coworkers on a business trip and we were seated right away. The place was not exceptionally busy, however, it took a few moments for our waitress to return. In any event, I ordered the Grouper Fish Sandwich...the portions were big to keep me full throughout the day, however, it was nothing to write home about. One of my pet peeves when visiting a restaurant is if I order water and I am finishing it before eating the rest of my food, the waitress should be keen enough to refill my water. Ironically she filled up my coworkers' glasses that had previously ordered sweet tea with their meal. Figured the waitress would have been considerate in refilling my water glass at that same time, yet this is the type of thing that happens when you encounter a lazy server. Since people have to make a living I tipped 15%, but I won't be back. This place made me feel as though water was a commodity. Again, we are talking water here. I had to ask for more water...then it was time to leave. Saw the desserts as I was walking out...I wanted to leave this establishment at once...they were not getting anymore of my money.

First off, I've been here a few times for breakfast and it was pretty decent, standard diner fare. That's why it got 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered a chicken gyro tonight, knowing this was a Greek style restaurant, figured that would be a decent choice. I had a hard time finding the chicken when the sandwich came out. It was stuffed to the gills with lettuce and tomatoes though. Their version of "chicken" was a couple of 1/16 inch thin slices of compacted, unseasoned mystery meat. When I say thin, I mean THIN! There might have been 2 or 3 ounces of meat and the rest was lettuce. If Oscar Meyer made chicken gyro meat, this is what the stuff would look like. It was as bland as cardboard too. Additionally, the tzatziki sauce was just as tasty as the meat. No flavor whatsoever! I commented to the manager when I was checking out that the chicken left a little to be desired, and he told me, No No that's chicken souvlaki! That's how it's supposed to be! Yeah whatever, I've eaten these things in Greece, Turkey, Romania, Germany, Israel, NYC, and Detroit and Landmark Diner ain't cutting it! Honorable mention on the chili, pita bread, and potato salad though. The place kind of smelled funny too.

Ordered Grouper sandwich. Fish was good. Fries were nothing special. Service (our waitress) was slow. Not bad, but probably won't return. There are MANY restaurants in the area and the city, and neither the food nor the service were enough to get me back through the doors.

On our way back from a night out, wife suggested we go to Waffle House, but I was craving for blueberry pie and hoped to find it here. In lack of better words, I'd describe this place as a typical diner: minimally decorated, menu with countless items from around the world, and desserts in display case. I just wanted a piece of pie but they only had cakes and baklava, all of which could probably make me hyperactive. So, I settled for a cup of French onion soup and wife ordered a spanakopita (Greek lasagna). The soup tasted like it came straight from a can of beef broth with extra salt and a few stings of onion....disgusting! (0 star). The spanakopita fared slightly better (it's at least edible). Again, the meat sauce was way too salty and the meat had a stink (as if it's made from the cheapest can tomato sauce and ground meat) - 1 star. The only saving grace was the decent service. In hindsight, I wish we had gone to the Waffle House across the street. Wife would be laughing and saying "I told you so" when she reads this.

We had lots of laughs. This place is so so bad that it was actually pretty funny. Our server had a really funny way of kind of shuffle walking really slowly with her nose held high. Kudos for her confidence, though I'm not sure what she's confident about. Certainly not her expertise as a server. Eventually she took our drink order, which she brought half of. Other half never came. Coffee was weak diner coffee and Luke warm. Whatever- diner coffee. Then then food! Ordered eggs benedict. I can say this- the eggs were well poached. The "hash browns" were essentially a skinned potato that someone had mashed down onto the grill. No seasoning, at all, just mush. English muffins felt stale. Do you remember what play doh smelled like? That's what the hollandaise sauce tasted like. I'm not a food snob but this wasn't edible. At this point I didn't trust the place enough to eat the ham. If the rest of the place is this bad, how professional can the kitchen be? If you assembled a team of 4th graders and told them to start a restaurant, I bet you'd have similar results. If the prices were cheaper I would go back just for fun.

I have visited this diner a few times this week and a few times in 2009 for diecast conventions at the Hilton hotel around the corner. The first day we tried there regular two egg breakfast. It was good but for a little less money, you could have received the special that came with pancakes but without hash browns and toast. I would suggest getting the big 8 special for breakfast. Tonight we tried the fried chicken, 2 breast, a thigh and leg. We got mash potatoes and veggies. Big portions with moist and tender chicken. Now that I know what to order, I will make a point to return to Atlanta for business or another diecast convention.

Clearly the 2.5 star average rating for The Landmark Diner is simply wrong. It is easily 3.5-4.0 stars. Service was quick and efficient. My meal, the meatloaf w/ mashed potato and vegetables came with choice of soup/salad for $9.95. Everything was exactly what I was looking for in a Diner style meal. The salad, albeit, maybe a little sparse on 'fixins', was cold, crisp and fresh. The meatloaf was moist and hot, the mashed potatoes made from REAL potatoes! If you're looking for a home style-comfort food meal, this place will easily fill the order! The waiter even offered me an Iced Tea to-go as I headed back into the 89 degree May afternoon! Although I didn't have room for dessert this time, I will definitely plan ahead next time as they all look worthy.

Prices are good and they have a few specials. Servers seemed worn out. Food came out in a timely manner. I had the cheesesteak, it tasted great actually but fries were cold. Overall decent experience.

Here for a late night Sunday takeout. Naturally for this time of night on a Sunday that it was mostly empty. But to their credit, the Landmark offered the choice of a full menu late night. Service was very friendly and prompt. French onion soup was okay. Tasty broth with swiss cheese, but as it was 'to-go', is not browned like what is typically served dining in. Also ordered was a Turkey wrap 'ala Greco' which was a variation of the typical wrap with sautéed spinach and roasted red pepper layered in. It is served with a pickle and a good sized side of fries. Thw wrap was great. I was disciplined enough to skip the fries, but I did sample one and it was pretty good. While I am here in the area for an extended time, I'll be back to try some other items and check out the breakfasts.

1 star because the staff was nice but the food was not good at all. The French toast was just toast tasted nothing like french toast. I'm not going back.

Great Chicken Noodle Soup possibly The Best I have ever had in my Life. I had a side salad also delicious. Reminded me of my days in New York. Excellent Service Too.

I think this place gets a bad rap because people's expectations are too high. Lol. It's a diner with like 500 things on the menu, so if they are really good at one thing it's going to take a lot of trial and error to find it. After several visits over the years, I think I have: The chicken parmesan panini. It tastes very unhealthy, but oh so very tasty. Don't expect 5 star service or gourmet food, and you won't be so disappointed. Or, better idea: Only go when you are drunk. It's open 24/7... Oh, and their pie selection sucks every time I've been.

Food ok, waitress staff are very non attentive. Don't ever expect to get your coffee refilled. Just left after second visit in two weeks for breakfast. Never will return. First time waitress offered more coffee, shift change, never saw her again. Today asked two waitresses for coffee refill, never got it, so I left and no tip.

I've been here twice since I moved to Atlanta. I live about a mile away, so it's close distance for me. I've gotten the pancakes, rib eye, and now pork chops. All very good, well seasoned, and tasty. No complaints, coffee is better than most other places, and I enjoy the walk over here. I will be coming back for those cakes I keep on seeing but never get.

Clearly the manager today needs a lesson on customer service! We sat for 45 minutes and still didn't get our appetizer! The manager comes over and wants to argue with us! The food was OK the waitress was clearly distracted. Won't be Back!!!

Let me start off by saying that I was craving hot wings - and by craving, I mean that I would not be complete without some hot wings in my life today. So... the food runner at work tells me that Landmark serves hot wings at a reasonable price. I look at the online menu "1 dozen buffalo wings -hot or mild- for 7.95 +tax" Perfect! I call the restaurant, place my order, am ecstatic that they have a medium sauce option, give my money to said food runner, and wait. Tick tock, tick tock. Food arrives, and I am famished! But wait, the receipt says 8.95 for wings. I am less excited now, but I figure with inflation, old menus, so on and so forth, I get it. Moving on. I prepare myself for buffalo flavored euphoria... the box is opened.... and.... WAIT! WHERE IS THE SAUCE?????? The wings look sauce-less! Hmm, maybe the sauce is so wonderful that more than a light dusting ruins it?? Nope. They misted - let me say again MISTED the wings with sauce. Or maybe vaporized it... either way, there was a mere memory of sauce on my wings. Alright. I am now sad, but there is still a LARGE container of blue cheese to ease my woes. So there I am, munching discontentedly on my next-to-sauce-less wings and blue cheese, and then I take a head (wing?) count. THERE ARE ONLY TEN WINGS. I count again. And again, ten wings. IS THERE NO END TO THIS MISERY?!?! I have essentially paid $10 for 10 wings. NOT the deal I had imagined. Don't let it happen to you!! Make sure you (or your food runner) always count your wings and check your sauce levels!! Also, on a positive note, the carrots and celery were very crisp! Lovely!

This is the worst place I have ever been to! I have never been treated so disrespectfully and unappreciated as a paying customer. We waited for over an hour and finally tried to ask how much longer we would be waiting. The waitress ended up scolding us for not realizing how busy they were and never even stopped by to check in with us after that. After an hour, tables who had arrived well after us had been served so we called the manager over. He gave us a dirty look and never even tried to apologize. Finally we decided we had had enough of their rude behavior and eye rolling and tried to pay for our coffees. We were instead shooed out of the restaurant with a large eye roll by the manager, still without any hint of an apology. If they had even said sorry just once we may have stayed. Awful experience.

Tammy was my waitress today and she was phenomenal. The food is always good and the desserts are to live for. Today I had the blackened catfish.

I had the fried grouper. It came with fries, coleslaw, and a bun. It was a generous portion & only $9.50. With iced tea & tax, my bill was about $12. The fish was excellent. Fries were average, crinkle cut (probably pre-frozen). Service was very very friendly. They seemed happy to have you. This place isn't upscale & isn't a big chain. It's not fancy and is just what it says - a diner. There's no alcohol. If you are hungry and don't want to overspend - you will get full. Lots of choices on the menu. Prices are good. So, for what the place advertises itself that it is - they deserve at least four stars. If you want better than McDonalds - but less than a nearby fancy place, go here. Don't rate them poorly for what you think they should be. I didn't smell any smoke at all while here.
