Cute place! The two guys working tonight were really helpful in helping us decide. The Mr. Browns smoothie was so delicious and my friends had the Cafe Captiva, which they loved. We then tried the Pumpkin Cronut tasted like eating a small little pumpkin pie!! We really enjoyed it!

We rode our bicycles up to this cute little bakery one morning and the mile long bike ride was totally worth it!! The pastries are delicious. The croissant doughnut holes are awesome!! They are called Cronuts!! Sweet and savory. Both were delicious! We also had these pull apart croissant blossom things! DELICIOUS!!! Chocolate, berry, and cinnamon. I could eat them forever. One thing to improve on...the coffee. I mean, it was hot which was great :-) but the flavor was very bitter. Not feeling that too much. Overall!!! Delicious!!!

OK. Literally been going to their Pinnochio's ice cream for years so gave the new bakery a try. WOW! It even beats their awesome ice cream for snack food. Best bakery on the island and rivals anyplace I've been to in Florida or California. There are these doughnut hole - like things with a cute name I can't remember but they come in sweet and savory varieties.... A Shrimp and Vidalia onion and a Cuban sandwich that had all the flavors (mustard, pork, ham, pickle) in a couple bites. Then the coconut key lime for dessert. All so great! Can't believe I'm the first yelper to rave. My girlfriend also had a black and white cookie she loved for the more traditional.

Literally the worst Latte I've ever had. Beans were old and bitter. Barista had zero idea what she was doing. Poured it out after two sips and the coffee stunk like garbage. Sad.

We order a Rustica pizza and were told they were out of most veggies and sausage. They told us we would get portobello mushrooms and prosciutto which we said was okay. Well they added olives and the brioche bread was so soggy that when we cut it into quarters it all just fell out. Oh well we rode bikes the next morning to the store to share our disappoint and were made to feel like we were wrong and tough luck. Just be careful ordering over phone would be my words of advice and do not order this item. Their pastries are by good just don't do this. Was kind of put off as to how I was treated the next morning...they don't get it!

Read reviews and saw postings everywhere in Sanibel for this place. First of all, it's a corner hole in the wall. Maybe has a total of 15 different pastries crammed into a tiny display, with no labeling on what is what except for a small sign. What if you had food allergies, how would you know? I heard they have Cronuts but was hesitant to try them, since the girl at the counter started mentioning goat cheese and cherries.. I mean, wtf? Anyway. I ate one and it was good, but nothing worth waiting in line at 4 am like in NYC for. The girl also forgot one piece of my order which left me starving for my two hr car ride back home. Pros: is indeed a bakery, food isn't terrible Cons: bad layout, no labeling, environment could be improved along with selection.
