There really is no excuse for the poor execution from start to finish of my meal. We waited for 2 hours for a table in a lobby crowded with about 40 other people. Table turnover is a joke. The servers walk without any urgency, like it's a slow Tuesday night on Saturday. When we did finally get seated, after we had to tell the greeter not to give our table to another group also complaining about waiting, the menus had different selections in them. I could go on forever, but it's a chain Restaraunt. Just stay away unless you want to be disappointed.

Again, chain restaurant, chain restaurant, chain restaurant! Mind you I am a patient person but I hate hate hate having to wait in a cramped location! Plus the place is really uncomfortable to eat, with the ghetto fabulous clientel, might as well stay at home and cook something better with a Pinterest recipe! But hey, the biscuits are good! Owned by Olive Garden, which is notorious for sloppy renditions of "italian" food. What more can I say? Seriously, someone teach professionalism!

It's Red Lobster...you know what you're getting. Nice seafood menu but the food is over-buttered and the atmosphere is the same as you'll find at their other locations. This location specifically tends to be very busy. If you're going for dinner expect to spend some time hanging out at the bar waiting for a table. My wait tonight (a Tuesday night) was 40 minutes which is typical. Staff are reasonably friendly. They got rid of the large draft beers at the bar so there's no more budget drinking--your $5 gets you a skinny bar glass of draft beer now. If you like your drinks, hanging out at the bar while waiting for your table may cost more than your dinner. This location is your average Red Lobster--no better, no worse.

I am not a big fan of chain places but for a chain place, Red Lobster is great. The food is very tasty . I would go back but I would prefer to try some private owned seafood restaurants first

went here to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, it was monday so it was not crowded and we easily get to sit. our server is nice but their food, i did not really like it, too salty and the presentation is not really appetizing..for their price, i can still definitely find a better seafood...i was really dissapointed so it will be our first and last unless someone treat us for free..

This is a pretty decent seafood place that is almost identical in quality compared to the Red Lobster on 76th street. I had the lobster rolls which are worth a trip in themselves. They are bad ass. The lobster and shrimp pasta was really good and the biscuits are delicious too. My waiter was mediocre but I couldn't really complain about anything else otherwise.

Had Easter brunch here, and even though the place was absolutely packed, we were seated right away because we had called ahead and made a reservation. Despite being a chain, the service was extremely friendly and the food was great. Red Lobster is one of the few places in Milwaukee where I trust the seafood to be at least somewhat fresh, because of the high turnover rates.

We waited for over an hour which wasn't necessarily the problem after all its a Saturday. However, my problem is with the way the restaurant handled my mom. She is handicapped and walks with a cane. And what happens when they go to seat us? Furthest seat from the door. They certainly are not friendly towards or think about people with disabilities

What can I say it is not amazing but I can never eat enough of those chedder bay biscuts

We called ahead to put our name on the waiting list. When we arrived we were seated at a booth but we had requested a table. There were so many people at the hostess station that it was chaotic. They put our name back in under a different name and said it would be a couple minutes. 20 minutes later we asked how much longer and we were told there were 11 people ahead of us. WHAT?? We complained. They looked for a table and there weren't any. Needless to say we left!! Get organized!!

For a chain seafood restaurant, I'd say not too shabby at all! I likened it to the Olive Garden of seafood, only to find out later that they are in fact owned by the same group. We ordered the calamari which was not only a huge portion, but delicious, complete with a sides of ranch and marinara for dipping. That combined with the incredibly addicting biscuits they bring to your table made me almost not hungry by the time my main course arrived. Note: Pace Yourself. For an affordable and healthy option (although you could definitely taste all the butter in everything) I ordered the wood-grilled shrimp skewers while my friend ordered the sailor's platter. Both we're perfect portion sizes and very tasty. I'd recommend the wild rice as a side. We were too full to order dessert, but the warm chocolate lava cookie is on my list for another time.

It has been seven months I haven't gone to Red Lobster because of the bad service. Today I happened to be around the area so I decided to stop by and ordered a dozen of cheese biscuits. I was impressed with the customer service it has improved significantly. Now I plan to go there more often.

Seriously the most frustrating experience I've ever had. There were barely any tables taken and we still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, another 15 to have our order taken and an additional 15 to get a glass of water. If the place was busy and understaffed i would totally understand, but most of them looked like they were talking to their co workers off in a corner and standing around. We had 2 tables come after us and they had received their food before we even received our salad. Seriously disappointed with the experience and lack of professionalism in this place.

Food was good, but service was very slow and 2 out 5 meal orders were wrong. They did apologize and adjusted our bill, but we were there for 2 hours. Appetizer was forgotten until our meal came. We came before 3, but by the time we were seated and our waitress actually arrived at our table, we couldn't order off the lunch menu any more.

Usually good food & service, but tonight new waitress, Mychaela couldn't get any portion of our order right -- including glass of water with lime & steamed main lobster (it's name sake.)

We had a gift card, so decided to hit up Red Lobster for a quick weeknight dinner. We were seated quickly, and attended to right away. We declined appetizers, and ordered our meals. I had steak and shrimp. Sandy had a trio of shrimp. Our server was pretty slow at times. But the food itself was actually much better than the last time. My steak was cooked perfectly medium. And my potatoes were hot! Sandy's shrimp were all tasty, but weren't coated in too many heavy sauces. Also, this place could use a renovation. It felt old and tired on the inside.

I already had reservations about going to this location based on the reviews. I generally like Red Lobster and some of there menu items are pretty good if you are in the mood for seafood. I went here tonight around 8PM and it appeared as if the restaurant was pretty empty. Well my wife and I were told it would be a 15 minute wait. I wanted seafood so I agreed to wait even though it seemed as if there were tables open. Now I understand if there are not enough servers it wont matter if there are open tables if they cant serve you. However at 8:30pm I asked what the status was and the hostess told us it was going to be about half an hour and that there were two parties ahead of us? Well I had enough of that as I was hungry. In this scenario if I ran the restaurant I would tell the server to at least tell the waiting parties it would be a little longer and perhaps offer them a complimentary soda or something. We received no information and the hostess just proceeded to conversate with fellow employees. Needless to say I see why this location receives poor reviews. We ended up going to Cheesecake Factory instead which is not really my favorite place. The food is always consistent at Cheesecake Factory however the ambiance is definitely a major minus. Living in Milwaukee definitely has it flaws and this is a fine example. Back when I lived on the East side of Madison the chain restaurants are all ran decently and you do not run into situations like this too often. The Olive Garden on Brown Deer Rd also suffers from the same issues. You would think these chains would send in someone from corporate to clean up and fix the issues at these problem locations.

Usually a 10-15 minute wait for drinks, the Lobsterita is my favorite drink. Food is always good. Service can really suck sometimes but as long as the food and drinks continue to be good I will come back.

3 1/2 stars .. Service was lovely, food was just so so. I guess I felt it was even mediocre for chain food. But in all seriousness, service was great (greg).. And the rest of the staff as well!

Lobsterfest? MORE LIKE BLAH-STER FEST. We had a few gift cards so we dined here on Sunday at 3:30PM. Super busy with a 30 minute wait. Standing in the entry way waiting we noticed there was caked on dirt and hair blowing from the heat vent. Gross. We were seated and our waiter was not so good. Granted he was busy but our appetizer, salad, entrees came out of order. He promptly blamed the kitchen. My entree of Lobster Lover's Dream (or BLAH-STER Lover's Dream) had something wrong with one of the lobster tails. It tasted sour and really bitter. You know how nature uses bitter to tell you something is poisonous? It was that kind of "stop eating this now" taste. I asked the manager why it would be like that and he had no clue. He did comp my entire entree though, which was generous. I've dined here three times in two years and not once have I not had something comped. Dirty restaurant, crappy service, gross food. Never again. Related Video: "Rock BLAH-STER" by the B-52's youtube.com/watch?v=szhJ…

Red Lobster is always pretty "status quo". The biscuits are always delicious, and the entrees "ok". Not great, not bad. This seems to be pretty consistent across Red Lobsters nationwide. What is not consistent is the atmosphere and service This location needs to focus a little more on cleaning and customer service. Our waitress was great, but the host staff was having their own little personal meeting when we arrived and wanted to be seated. Far be it that we interrupt their personal conversation to pay to eat at the restaurant. Once they took a break from their conversation, the hostess seemed out out that we wanted to actually sit down and eat. (God forbid!). A little disappointing, but I'm coming to think that this may be a systemic issues with chains, based on my experiences as of late.

Don't waste your time and do yourself a favor and go the Greenfield location if you're looking to dine at Red Lobster. Their emplyees are down-right rude and GHETTO!!! I'm truly sorry I had to interrupt your conversation about your baby daddy to get a soda. Their food tastes so much better at their Greenfield location too. The other thing I don't understand, is how I have to wait 30 minutes for a table when I see open tables everywhere throughout the restaurant. This establishment is managed very poorly and I would be so disappointed if I were the owner of this restraurant.

Chain Seafood. It's pretty good i came the last weekend of Lobster Fest as i couldn't remember the last time i had lobster and went for it. The food was good, the service was good. It's pretty much what you would expect from your typical sit down chain resturants.

If I could I would give them -4 stars. They get one star because they have great biscuits! Other than that, I will never go their again. My family and I went there a few days ago. We were seated fast, got drinks fast, got the awesome biscuits fast, even ordered fast. So far so good right? Wrong! After sitting there for over an hour waiting on our food that never came we just had to walk out. Ghetto atmosphere aside, once we ordered the server just never came back. It was crazy. But stay clear of this location.

Meh. My husband loves this restaurant. I don't understand. Seafood is generally overcooked, sauces are gloopy, sides are salty, salads overdressed.

U can always tell a true red lobster goer by the reverence they give to the phrase "cheese biscuits". They are delicious...and to second another yelper - salty. Way salty. Everything is pretty salty. Even my Caesars salad. I don't know - maybe they want you to imagine you're eating freshly caught seafood on some carribean island after a day of accidently swallowing too much salt water swimming in the gulf of Mexico. Not sure. But I'm sure its ALL red lobsters. It's a chain of course - sort of as Italy is to Olive garden, new England is to red lobster. But salt aside, I sorta always like it. The flatbread pizzas are good, the shrimp skewers on brown rice are ok, the Caesar salad is swimming in the dressing but I kinda like that kind of decadence at a seafood place. We always sit at the bar. It's in the middle of the place, and for whatever reason, I'm always very entertained here. If cheese biscuits sound like something you'd like, you'll like it here

I hadn't seen my dad in eons and decided to take him to his favorite restaurant. ever since i was a teenager he'd loved this chain. We arrived and were suprised at how different it was from the greenfield location. The hostess told us their was a wait and would have been pleasant despite the obvious smug looks she and the other lady were giving each other. Now my father and I are professionals and coming from work we were quite dressed up. My dad is also quite older than I am and in this ghetto environment the hostess thought it necessary to mutter "gold-digger" under her breath. Despite being offended we decided to stay since we are generally forgiving people. Upon being seated our waiter Bennie promptly put both hands on our table leaned over and said "He's got the old school look huh ?" "You like that ?" while smirking and winking. My dad then said "Excuse me sir, she's my daughter". all the glee went out of his face and he began to apologize profusely. it was all downhill from there. We ordered drinks first and ten miutes later appetizers. Our drinks did not come until 10 minutes AFTER the appetizers arrived. You can imagine how long that is. Our silverware was dirty and our glassware misty. The Peach Lemonade was amazig once I got it and the Chilli Shrimp quite good though our Nachos were ice cold. We did not complain for fear of retribution in our food from the highly unprofessional staff. I usually tip people 25-30% but for the first time in my life left only a dollar to send a message to this classless staff. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! The staff is slovenly and has no notion of how to properly serve their customers. and to top it all off making rude insinuating jokes based on how well a young woman and older man are dressed is absolutely ridiculous.

It's Red Lobster, what else can you expect. Food is good, service is good, and however the dinner wait can be crazy. One night my wife and I stopped for dinner, it was an hour and forty-five minute wait. Needless to say we ended up going somewhere else.

We went for dinner on a Wednesday night thinking it wouldn't be busy and we had gift cards. Boy were we wrong, the wait was a half hour. When we were seated it took at least ten minutes for our waiter to take our drink order. We ordered our whole meal then since we didn't want to wait another ten mintues. Our waiter was very pleasant, but so soft-spoken we could barely hear him over the loudness of the restaurant. I ended up ordering double rice with my entree since I couldn't hear him describe it to me. We hadn't been to a Red Lobster in awhile and now I remember why. Long wait, ok food.

Horrible service! Took 30 mins to get water! We had to seek a manager twice during our meal and we were ignored for the most part by the severs (we had 5 different ones)! The meal ended up being on the house, but seriously, happy birthday to me...
