All guests have said...."BEST FOOD EVER!" And it really was. You never walk away from a wedding remembering the food, but it has been 5 months and our guests are still talking about the delicious hor d'oeurves, amazing small plate dinners, and unique presentations with all of the food. Working with Vesna and her exceptional staff made planning for my wedding simple. They assist in any way they can (flowers, linens, decor) all within your budget. As the day came and went, I realized how perfect everything was and how happy our guests were made to feel because of Gracious Catering. I want to have multiple weddings just so I can work with them again!

What is seriously not to love about frozen yogurt?!! YoMamas is the best! As a nanny having a key spot for the kids to enjoy going too that is not only delicious but fun and somewhat heathy. Free coloring sheets with a rainbow box of crayons! Serve your own soft serve frozen yogurts with weekly changes to the menu! They also provide DAIRY FREE products! Which is huge for I care for a child who is allergic to dairy! And we cannot forget to mention the toppings!! From my favorite cheesecake bites, cookie dough chunks, gummy bears, animal crackers, an adornment of cereals and you cannot go without hot fudge and caramel! This place hits all the sweet spots! YoMamas also has a small cafe with drinks and small tapestry items. Speaking of hitting the spot! Right now at YoMamas if your bowl of froyo weighs to the "perfect weight" you will get your bowl for FREE!!! We have won twice now!
Our local little frozen yogurt shop right in the heart of Tosa. The decor is cute and the place is always clean. They have plenty of seating and add some tables outside in the warmer weather. The frozen yogurt and toppings are all self serve and priced by the ounce. They allow samples from the machines before you start to concoct your own individual sundae masterpiece. The frozen yogurt is delicious and the flavor variety is usually wide enough that I can find something to spark my interest. The best part about coming here is toppings bar. Candy pieces, cereal flakes, chocolate peanut butter cups, sprinkles, strawberries...you name it they have it. Just don't forget to top it off with a cherry. My biggest complaint is that it can get expensive. Our sundaes tend to run $5-$6 a piece. It's not so bad right now, as we can share, but as my child becomes older, this is going to turn into a $20 treat stop real soon. Ahhh, the price we pay for customizing the perfect sundae.
$3 any size on Weds night!!!! My sister's friend told us so we decided to drop in on our way to Ruby Tap - healthy dinner options. Good life choices. Bottom line, they had Island Banana and Dutch Chocolate - grabbed some raspberries and kiwi and I was in heaven. The fro-yo is really good here and that banana was killer. They had a few other flavors that sounded really good too. Tons of fruit toppings, cereals, candies - even Valentines hearts! Absolutely worth it for $3 and Ruby Tap even allowed us to bring it in and have it with our wine. There's actually a door connecting the two from inside, someone is very clever!

If you're a local, you already know about this place. If you're visiting MKE and staying downtown without a car, you're out of luck. If, however, you have afternoon business in NW MKE or Wauwatosa, and have a car ...go try this place out. It's awesome. I had the gyro platter, a monster pile of meat on a great pita with onions/lettuce/tomato, etc and rice and a squirt bottle of tzatziki sauce under $9. The meat had a great flavor, maybe a bit salty but gyro meat is salty.. waddyagonna do? S.U. had a cup of their soup and a spanakopita. Perfect! Next time, I'll try the jerk chicken that everyone is raving about but, I was very happy with my choice. The place is small but on this frozen winter Sunday at lunchtime, we were seated when we arrived.Great stuff! Thanks Cosmos for a great lunch1
Great food, can't go wrong the standard gyro but my go to is the chicken gyro. Quick, friendly service.
I've eaten here about five or six times in a three year span. I really enjoyed the beet and feta cheese salad I had today. (See the picture). A pal had a hamburger on a potato bun. (See the picture). The burger was huge and was obviously homemade and at least a half pound. He said it was outstanding. This is a walkup counter configuration where you first order and pay for your food. You then take a seat and they serve you. Its a small establishment, but there's patio sitting outside during the summer. In past visits, I've had several Greek items including but not limited to falafel, hummus and spanakopita. Its the real deal. The owner is always behind the counter cooking/preparing meals and the servers are usually family members.

We tried the ribs and pulled pork sandwich for our main course. As sides we chose the beans cornbread. My wife and I are very critical because it takes a knowledge of smoking and mopping the meat to accomplish tenderness, great flavor, and keeping the meat attached to the bone. We were impressed. We understand it takes a lot of work but this is the way ribs must be done. Pulled pork was great. No need to elaborate. A crunchy, tangy coleslaw on top made it different. Meat was lean as it should be with great tenderness. Don't be afraid to ask for sauce if you love it like we do. Beans and cornbread were terrific compliments. Everyone from Texas to Memphis, Kansas City to Milwaukee has their version of what they feel barbeque should be. Don't be afraid to ask for sauce. I loved the sauce and I should have asked for more, especially if you re-heat your meat:) My hope is that brisket comes sooner than later and according to one of the owners, it is right around the corner. Its now my #1 stop each week. Will and April
DELICIOUS!!! I've have been dying for some great ribs here in the Milwaukee area. This place is it!!! Very simple menu not complex, so you know that they perfect the dishes that they are selling. Let me tell you that this food is EXCELLENT. The ribs are tender and soooo flavorful with the smoky flavor but not overwhelming. I'm not a sausage person but this sausage was very good with a hint of spice. The sauce is FANTASTIC!!! Its sweet and spicy and they give you just enough so you can appreciate the taste of the meat not drowned in sauce. Milwaukee with have a hit on our hands!!! You absolutely have to visit this place. AWESOME!!!!
Great to meet Randy and Molly today and to see/smell their passion for BBQ. Went for the pulled pork and ended up with an amazing smoked sausage with spicy corn slaw (heaven)!!! I see many more stops in the future...must sample the menu top to bottom.

Ahhhh I'm going to keep this short since I thought long and hard about this review. The staff = the best part of the experience. Our server was hilarious and we really enjoyed him. The dipping oil comes with a dollop of roasted garlic and the lasagna has braised short rib in it. So good. But let's be honest, I wasn't as impressed as I wanted to be. I think if you want mid-range Italian food, but don't want to go to a chain like Maggiano's then this place is good. The little touches really help elevate their dishes, but after I ate, I felt like Jim Carey in Liar Liar: "I've had better"
The salmon was divine! Cucumber martini was delish. Definitely be back!
Being new in town we figured we would just walk in and grab dinner on a Sat night...we were wrong booked solid had to wait for a seat at the bar and we were glad we did... exceptional food, good wine and a lovely atmosphere...we will be back after we make a reservation.... delish!

Baskin-Robbins

Reviews:
Baskin Robbins is fantastic for many reasons - but for our family - their meticulous handling of food allergies makes it our go-to stop for ice cream. They always do a good job, but our last visit was especially fantastic. We were helped by Julia and Champarelle, and when we explained that a member of our party had a severe peanut allergy, they took every precaution to ensure their safety. We ordered just a simple scoop of vanilla in a cup. First, they washed the scraper and the scoop, then, they used a scraper to remove the top layer of ice cream - which may have come into contact with nuts. They took the scoop from underneath that top layer, which was pretty much guaranteed to be contamination free. There are clear signs everywhere asking you to alert the staff of allergies, and letting you know which allergens are present in which ice creams and products. The ice-cream scraping procedure may be company policy, but it is the first time that I've actually seen an employee do it. Being able to have a worry free trip to the ice cream shop on a sunny day is something that we definitely don't take for granted. Will definitely be back!
We came in for National Ice Cream Day yesterday, July 19th. We were very surprised that there was no special, not even a mention of this sacred holiday! They of course had 31 flavors, and I chose Bananas Foster. It was heavenly. Banana flavored ice cream with caramel swirl and pecan pralines throughout. SO GOOD! Joe always sticks to his go-to, Chocolate Chip. I wanted a bottle of pop, but the cooler that the 4-5 bottles were sitting in wasn't plugged in, and what I assume used to be ice was just a pool of warm water. Not that hard to keep up... Also the teenage girl working was just a bump on a log. She seriously couldn't have made us feel more like we were putting her out. She literally said "what do you want" to Joe as he made his way to the counter, not a thank you or anything. Don't work in customer service if you hate people... simple. Awesome hard ice cream in a land of froyo - we'll be back!
Color me surprised when I realized they removed the 31 flavors from their name. Color me more surprised when I discovered they not only still have 31 flavors but also a monthly special so make that 32. Unfortunately, my nostalgic pining for it's lost name did not make up for the absolutely generic ice cream this brand puts out. Sure, back when trapper keepers and pinned jeans were all the rage, BR was the only place in town. Now in the land of super premium ice cream, craft ice cream, fro yo, and so on, BR simply doesn't stand out. Basically like ice cream I can buy at any generic grocery store minus the hyper kids with their sticky hands.

My wife and I ate here yesterday night based on fellow yelpers reviews. Needless to say we enjoyed our meal. We ordered the bread knots, which were pretty tasty; and a margarita pizza. The pizza was okay. I was thinking when you order a margarita pizza, you would get the thick slices of tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. Instead we got pizza sauce with a couple melted spots of mozzarella and slivers of basil. The crust was nice and crispy, maybe a little to crispy on a few of the burnt edges. Overall we were satisifed with our meal, just disappointed with orderding a classic and it not being delivered.
I was disappointed. Our pizza was not very good, just kind of meh. We sat outside and there were so many bugs, it was disgusting. It was like something was dirty; we couldn't understand why there was such a high volume of bugs! It looks like such a cool place with a great atmosphere, but we were not impressed and won't be returning.
They never followed through.

The seasoning might not have Crack in it, but I'll be surprised if it's totally legal. The flavor is unreal for a sub. The bread is amazing. But wait! If you are slow carb or low-carb hunting, this is the place! Have any sub on lettuce instead. Yup, ANY sub can be delivered through the magical-mystery-sub-chute for $4.50 I think it was? As a slow-carb fan so I am so there. Can we get one on the south side please? Or do I have to open one myself? I'll work on that. Update: I had my sandwich as a salad. That slowed delivery a bit, but I was thrilled with the results. My carb-diet is to avoid carbs at breakfast when possible. My wife has lost about 20 lbs and me about 15. Oh, and avoid carbs after dinner as well.
My dad dragged me here after picking me up from the airport and I will admit I scoffed and gave a dramatic eye roll at the thought of going to a sub place that he enjoyed in the 70s. Turned out pretty damn tasty. I had The White House which is enormous with ham and turkey. They refused to give us the sauce on the side which I'm not sure why but am assuming it is a secret recipe. Whatever, that sauce is amazing. I would bathe in it if I had the option. It's thick, salty and delicious. And I just realized how incredibly dirty that sounded. Please don't flag my review. In all seriousness a great sub for less than five bucks, as yelp says I'm a fan.
When they handed me my sandwich, I was warned not to eat it outside of the plastic bag it was served in. I knew it was going to be good. I ordered the roast beef (Cattle Baron $5.59) with no onions. I just got off a plane from SF and had not eaten anything all day so I was really hungry. The sub was only 6 inches, but it was a fililng, greasy, delicious mess. The meat was falling out the back with each bite that i took. and I managed to NOT get any food on my lap! Success! They were out of the soup of the day so I was disappointed by that. 1 sandwich, 1 bag of chips, a diet coke and a brownie for under $10 ($9.30). That's a good deal. I was stuffed and couldn't finish the brownie. I'm hoping to come back later this week if i get a chance! note to the newbies, take the advice. DONT EAT THE SUB OUT OF THE BAG. or you will need new pants. =)

I have been here three times so far. It is packed during lunch hour so prepare to make your order to go if need be but its worth it.
Stopped in tonight for dinner after my fiance kept bringing it up since before they opened, Upon walking in it felt a lot like your local Panera bread.... Take that how you will. It's not a bad thing but it seemed familiar which isn't bad, Then 2 steps later i didn't understand where i was supposed to go also alot like Panera. then i realized the to order line is on the left side (Free tip). I looked at the paper menu and got confused, much like Panera yet again. I saw they offer a "combo" of a half sandwich and half pasta. So i decided to have the Mac & Cheese, the sandwich i wasn't sure at first i was set on some sort of turkey, by the time i got to order i froze and looked at the menu and said the first thing that looked good, "Spicy Asian Pulled PorK" Sounds good lets do that and Mac n Cheese. My Fiance got some Panini with turkey and Tomatoes, Those two and 2 drinks were $22 Whjich was a bit of a surprise... since they didn't list the prices anywhere. We went and sat down, Few minutes later food showed up. It was a bit undersized to be completely truthful. The Mac n Cheese was decent, but not the best i've had, actually i think i might skip the mac n cheese on my next visit. The Spicy Asian pulled pork was actually pretty good, Especially since i don't typically like jalapeno's, or coleslaw, or cucumbers, but somehow it all worked together very well. It reminded me alot like "Aporkalypse" at the Picnic Basket (which is much better btw) but it was not to bad. Overall, if i'm going to a place to spend $20-$25 on two people this won't be near the top of my list. Though if you like to spend a little more on a sandwich/soup/pasta, Or you like to be seen at the new hip place, or a place that makes you feel important i'm sure you'll like this place.
I drop my daughter off at school and head to Corner Bakery. I was beyond excited when I learned they were opening one here since I had to travel to Chicago to get my fix. The breakfast panini is fantastic and if you're in the mood for something heavier, I recommend the pancakes. I was one of the first people to visit on opening day and was lucky enough to win free coffee for a year. Great staff but you can tell they are new so sometimes they are a little slow.
