Here is another review of "fast food" that was eaten on a giftcard, because we are broke and it was our only option. Luckily we were both in the mood for a vegetarian option, otherwise $10 would not have gotten us very far. We both got Penne Rosa, and it was okay. It could have used more of the spinach and mushrooms that the description boasts about. The food is always hot, which is important to me. The portions seem out of touch with the price, considering it falls in the line of fast food. They have one of those robot soda machines.

HORRIBLE visit!! My co-worker and I visited for lunch today, when I received my bowl, my order hadn't been taken correctly in which they said they would fix it & I'll receive the difference, then I asked could I have some extra sauce since it was kind of dry, the cashier said I would have to pay for it, resulting in a 43¢ refund. However my co-worker asked for extra sauce & was not charged extra. To make matters worse when we made it back to work my order plus the extra sauce I had PAID for wasn't even what I had ordered!! Didn't get to enjoy my lunch at all; what a WASTE of money today.

Waited a half hour for for a spaghetti take out order. When I got home, found out they used penne pasta. How can a noodle company not know their noodles? If they were out, I should have been notified and asked if I wanted a substitute. 0 stars if possible for this location

Food was ok, salad a bit old and croutons were very old texture. The service was horrible. weird lady staring while taking the order in a very rude way. Offer a salad for an extra price when the dish came already with one. she then forgot my chicken. I was half way done and yet she didn't notice. Soda machine DISGUSTING sugary spill all over out of lemon wedges and to-go boxes. Awful experience to be located in Tosa Village. would I come back NO! I visit 7/5/14 4pm

This place has really gone downhill. When it first opened it was really clean and pleasant. Tonight my family went there and the first thing I noticed when we walked in was the telltale stink of a dirty carpet. I looked down and saw food all over the entire restaurant floor. Then I watched a small child spill a large soda, and an employee cleaned it off the carpet by just sweeping up the ice cubes with a broom. She left a squishy puddle in the carpet. No wonder it stinks. The soda machine area was sticky, covered with spilled soda, and my feet stuck to the floor in front of it. Never mind the stupid 500-option soda machine that causes a line to form while people make their way through the decision tree. Then our dinners were delivered cold. I ordered a Pesto Cavatappi and 1/2 of the noodles were bare with no sauce. I give up on this place. It had the cleanliness level of a frat house.

Ordered take out for six, for a business lunch. They left off one order. Pot stickers tasted old and the handle on my plastic fork had more girth. Bangkok curry. Had no hint of curry, much less any trait of Bangkok. It was noodles with oversteamed veggies. The slurry at the bottom was slightly shrimp flavored, so that provided some sauce. How did it score one star? Thai curry soup was tasty. Pad Thai and every other dish are misnamed unseasoned microwaved pasta dishes.

I was skeptical - sandwiches at Noodles and Co.? A staff recommended "The Med" and did right by me - it was simply great. Great combo of flavors and textures. Noodles and Co. ranks high by me in all categories. I just didn't do five stars because I haven't had a meal there who's flavors made me fall off my chair in ecstasy. Though I've never had a meal there that has disappointed me in the slightest. Its a place you can go with a small or big crowd and everyone will find something to eat that will make them happy. The deco is sunny and spacious. There is free underground parking right around the corner. They really have a great system for getting everyone ordered, seated, fed and cleaned up expediently.

Love the staff and the gluten free food options. The staff is always friendly. The food is always good quality. I arrived here one night five minutes after closing, but the doors were still unlocked. I went in and they offered me a free soda for my trouble. I politely declined, but I really did appreciate their gesture. The place is always clean, which is a plus. Actually have been dining here a couple of times a month now. The food has always been hot, fresh and delicious. Once they made a mistake with my entree. I contacted the manager and she apologized and I got two free entrees the next time I visited. What a super nice gesture. Definitely a great place for a quick lunch or dinner. The outside seating and gluten free menu are realy awesome!

I'm not sure how I feel about rating a chain like this, where they are all so incredible similar. The food is just like every other Noodles and Co, so I can't really eval on the food. Why 3 starts then? Well, we got a sandwich to go. Boyfriend went to the bathroom and I waited. During my wait, two of the three employees began to have a loud yelling fight. I thought I saw employee #3 (who took our order and was pleasant) roll his eyes and he found an excuse to go over to tables in the back, I got the distinct sense that it was to avoid the fight. The two girls continued to yell, one in the food area and the other one at the ordering counter. Boyfriend returned and I covertly pointed his attention to the verbal match going on. He commented, "how long does it take to make a sandwich" after we had been standing there quite a while given the fact that there were no active orders before or behind us. Finally, one of the fighting employees left, and the other then made his sandwich and brought it over. Ah, so it only took a few seconds to make the sandwich, but a good 5 minutes to fight with a fellow employee in front of the customers. We agreed that "employee #3's life must be hell"

It's a chain, what can I say? The food is ok but inconsistent, and there are so many better places to try in the area.

THIS NOODLES: I think the location of this Noodles offers a quick and affordable option to Tosa Village. It's a place where families or school kids can hang out. There's a large outdoor seating area. Parking can be challenging to find. ORDERED: Pad Thai bowl - $5.50 (Rice noodle stir-fry with scrambled egg, carrots, cabbage, sweet chile, citrus, peanuts, Asian sprouts and cilantro) and a tossed green side salad - $2.25. TASTE: The Noodles' Pad Thai is generic but is a good substitute for the real thing in a pinch. To any Thai cuisine fan it's not spicy at all but there's a simple solution to that: SRIRACHA hot sauce at every table. BACKGROUND: I became an even bigger fan of Noodles & Company in March of 2011 when the company invited Yelpers to an exclusive Mac & Cheese tasting. yelp.com/biz/noodles-and…

Noodles and Co. tends to be a good place for random food involving pasta. I usually get the Pad Thai (with shrimp added) and it always tastes pretty good. It's not the best Pad Thai I've ever had, but it usually hits the spot. On a funny note, though, I once walked in there with my iPod Touch and tried to access their WiFi network, which was (inappropriately) named "WeSpitInYourFood". I hope that was meant to be humorous! :)

Today for lunch I had the Japanese steak buff bowl and it was delicious. We also had the potstickers and they were very tasty. The food was good, however, the ambience of the place left much to be desired. I believe it was the last day of school, because the restaurant was filled with many teenagers, so it was loud. I'm glad I took my order to go, because it would not have been a pleasant atmosphere in which to eat. I'll go back again, though.

Wowza this place was horrid tonight. When we went up to order three very confused workers all hovered by the front registers but no one took our order for several minutes. After we ordered we could not find one table for the three of us to fit that wasn't dirty. And I mean not one table! When we finally got a table it was so wobbly I thought I had vertigo. Our food arrived really fast but our garlic bread was served at the same time as all of our other food---which by the way was cold. I ordered pad Thai with shrimp that was dry with no flavor. The noodles and the shrimp were burnt. How does a meal be so dry and burnt when I get it after three minutes after sitting down? Oh wait I forgot we had to wait for a table to be cleaned first... The final nail in the coffin was when I took my daughter into the bathroom and the floor was so sticky our flip-flops stuck to floor. To the floor! Ugh. This place used to be my favorite go to place to hang out with my kids on a sunny evening after school. $39 later.....I'll have to remember to update our tetanus shots first if we ever go there again.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
