I was excited when this place opened but after visiting twice, I won't go back. The place has a nice decor but that's about where the positives end. Oh... the beer was tasty and cold. Service was terrible, food order was messed up twice...TWICE!, burger was not good, the fries that came with were greasy and cold. Party of four...two finished their meal before the other two had gotten food. If Burger King served beer and had TVs, it would be a better choice than this place.

Went here with a large group of friends. Everyone ordered something different and no one was really thrilled with their food. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. The menu said it came with bacon...I had a hard time finding any. I pretty much dissected the wrap to find anything good in it. The drinks were cold and the soft pretzel appetizer was solid...that's pretty much all they've got going for them.

Soooo unimpressed. The hostesses looked like they really didn't want to be there and were entirely bored. They asked how many and then proceeded to take the name of the family behind us. After waiting for 15 minutes, we were finally seated and were promptly waited on. Since our waitress had a lot of customers, someone else brought us our food. Or should I say, she (I believe her name was Emily) slammed our food on the table saying, causing my ranch sauce to spill all over my plate with a "here you go" as she was walking away. Tl;dr terrible first impression, followed up by a rude waitress. Food was pretty standard.

1st time here. My Bruscetta burger was very good but it was brought to me with a HAIR in it. Sent it back was brought another but looked like the same one. Server didn't seem to care. Told hostess on way out her response 'oh'. Probably won't be back.

Whenever I arrive at a restaurant my first impression is very important. My impression here was a very clean and nice restaurant and sports bar. I arrived with a larger group and they did a nice job of serving us promptly. The food was very good and at a fair price. I will definitely be coming back here again and recommending this place to my friends.

The waiter was nice. He was new, as is the whole place, but he caught mistakes and corrected them before I said anything. Décor was nice, new, and modern. One margarita was very good, the other, not so much. The food was weird, they are trying to put way too many flavors that don't really go together into the same dish.

Came at dinner time on a Saturday night, got a table pretty quickly. Server Michael was and very personal! Ordered the hickory burger with mashed potatoes. Not a lot of BBQ sauce on it & potatoes had too much sour cream on them, they were inedible. Loved the server & the TV at every station but not that thrilled about the food.

Just left here.. could not be more unimpressed! Burger was horrible.. obviously frozen patty on plain ciabatta, not toasted or grilled. Waitress was nice but missed half our order and took forever to get there. Bar is nice with lots of tv's but with horrible food and service not much better I will be surprised if the make it thru the year.

I realize this place is new but the service was just awful. It took 30 minutes to get a table, after a reservation was made for 5. The drinks from the bar took another 30 minutes, about 40 minuets to get our order in, food came an hour after that. My burger I ordered medium was cold and raw in middle..just gross. Never going back.

Burgers are amazing. The stuffed baked potato are perfect Pepsi would be better than Coke Wednesday is there Long Island special and the Alaskan is the one to try. Very good. Hoping to bring the girls here for a night out.

Food is pretty good here. Staff is very friendly. Server was super nice. She was very kind to my kids even with the huge mess they made. I've had the baja fish tacos that were awesome. I've also tried the BLT burger which I liked very much. My wife absolutely loves the wonton nachos. Will be back often.

Went for lunch with my husband. Not impressed. Won't go back. Burgers were dry and for the money not worth it. Don't waste your money. I'll tell you where to go for good burgers in Onalaska/La Crosse....Piggy's, Grizzly's, BWW, Flip Side or in the mall go to Burger Fusion. Much better then Ground Round. I haven't found one person who was impressed and I've asked quite a few people. They better get their crap together or they won't last.

Wasn't sure what to expect, as I've heard mixed reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the decor, and most importantly the food. Had the Italian nachos and the clubhouse burger along with a red sangria. All were amazing, especially the nachos. I would definitely come back here again for lunch or dinner.
