Was in the area visiting family and friends and since nearby shit-ona doesn't have a decent wing place my younger brother suggested we come here. So we did , and I'm really glad we did, our server was amazing. We ordered the nachos as an app, which was really good!! I had the 15 piece , 10 Caribbean jerk and 5 spicy garlic. The jerk was mediocre, I've had way much and better and in the Midwest too. The spicy garlic was good, I tried a regular buffalo wing and that was good too. I tried their coleslaw and it was really good, some of the best I ever had. All in all, it was a pretty good experience and would come again.

I ordered the chicken wrap. The chicken was way overcooked and hard like it sat out for hours. It was so sharp, I have scratches in my mouth. Someone at our table's mozz sticks weren't done. All the appetizers were REALLY greasy! My husband liked the wings. Waited forever for everything and anything. Felt like for as many people that were working, things should've been faster. It was neat the way the TVs were set up though...

I gotta say. The place was packed. But our service was amazing. Erika was spot on and so very friendly. She had a lot of customers but always checked on us to see if we needed something. The food came out fresh and made right our order. It didn't take as long as I had thought it would. V I would suggest this place for a great selection of wings made fresh. The beers and drinks looked really fresh as well.

Like BWW and stopped here for lunch with the wife. Greeted quickly when I walked in the door, and once seated it took a bit for the waitress to show up. Nearby tables had a pile of dishes waiting for the staff to clean up which sat for a good fifteen minutes while we ordered. Ordered the normal wings and things and they were on par with what you would expect.

The service here is pathetic. They "lost" my to-go order and made me wait a total of 45 minutes, for 20 damn wings. They walked around blaming each other, instead of actually acting like they gave a crap about my wait. Pathetic.

This BWWs is CLOSED!!!! Do not go here. Went to watch the NHL game on 10 June and everything was ripped out of it like they had a fire or something. Some creepy bearded guy was sitting in the parking lot on a chair with security on his back eye screwing me as I drove and saw it was closed. Does not look like it will reopen. Stopped in while staying in this place called Onalaska, WI. Don't waste your time. They need to take the signs down!!!

Called ahead for take out and was told it would take about 8 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I said I wanted my food or a refund. They proceded to give me an incomplete order. Thew were swamped with many orders that were put in to the kitchen in a short time. It could have been handled better but I was not insulted.

This is the greatest chain out there. A large variety of wings to choose from. If you feel lucky, try to beat two minutes for the real HOT Spicey wings. The food was really good, customer services was excellent and there are lots of TV's to see your favorite teams.

Very good service. I like the wings. They are much better than the wings served by the restaurant that caters to perverts. Lots of TVs if you are into the game. Unfortunately, the acoustics in this place are terrible. It is very loud and almost a tinny, uncomfortable, industrial sort of noise . Maybe next time I will carryout.

The wings are great but everyone pretty much knows that. This location has a nice outdoor patio and typically a lively atmosphere. The service is...Bleh. Non-chalant is a good word to sum it up. The patio unfortunately doubles as their smoking area. The best meal we've had here is the curbside to-go. We requested the patio and all was good until midway through our meal, two guys (appeared to be kitchen staff and/or a manager) came out to use the patio for a smoke and to call their friend on their cell phone. Ever tried to eat a meal with someone smoking and loud-talking 15 feet away? not cool.

Really wonderful experience here today. We are on a cross country drive via i90 and stopped in for football and wings. Great service and a really kind gesture from the GM Andrew on our way out!

Excellent bathrooms...not a fan of the old lame sports clips playing on the tvs. Also...our server Ed was a bit TOO cheerful if ya catch my drift. He was having a bit too much fun with the group. At one point he tried to join our table, which turned out to be slightly awkward. Way to go Ed... The ambiance is sub-par, I mean we can barely see our food. Where are my wings? I don't know... This food is taking FOREVER! And why is there a broom and dustpan next to our table? If you think we're messy eaters, just tell us straight up! You don't have to drop such obvious hints.

Really love the BWW franchise--twin cities love--but this particular restaurant struggles w basic service. Twice in a row we sat for 10 minutes before being served at our table. The second time, it wasn't even busy and we just left. The mgmt team was all sitting at a table having a meeting and they silently watched us go. I guess they didn't care....

Sports + Beer + Wings = Man's Best Friend However, I am not a man and I can only say below average things about this place. I've eaten here a handful of times and the consistency of the food is never the same. Mostly, the fries are terrible. The veggie bean burger is sometimes good, sometimes burned black and dry as a rock. Sometimes the food is hot, sometimes its cold. The waitstaff is usually friendly, but I'm there for the goods! The best items to order are the wings and the burgers. Take out is always a regret because it's either cold or bland or just meh. I wish I had better things to say, because the atmosphere is "cool and hip" but unfortunately I will probably not return again unless really desperate.

I usually don't like chains, but I love BW3, They have good food, wonderful trivia and a very nice staff. The music is loud and terrible, but that is easy to overlook.

First time at BWW and I am a fan. The large bar and grill format is great. Our server was laid back and chatted with us for a while since it was a slow time. The wings and strips were all very good. I personally liked the Asia Zing sauce even though it is not a traditional Buffalo wing sauce. Definitely a cool place to hang out.

Great place for wings!! Just be prepared to wait if you come for dinner and on a wing night!! Tuesdays are bone in wings and Thursdays are boneless wings!!

Wings were good, though some had chewy bits of fat camouflaged by the sauces. Beer is always cold from the tap. No complaints on beer. Wasn't too sure why the staff members, males in particular had long facial hair and yet one continually played with his beard as if it was needing attention to be pulled on like a light string. Hopefully he washed his hands.

Typical BWW establishment. Wait staff was courteous, beer was cold and wings were tasty.
