    Looks can be deceiving. We went in not knowing what to expect. Staff seemed a little unprofessional. My husband ordered the catfish fillet and shrimp combo, and I ordered the catfish fillet dinner. We both took one bite of the catfish and could not stomach it. The fish tasted old and slightly rotten. It even smelled bad. We finished the shrimp, which was good, and ate some fries. We threw everything else away and quickly left. Would not come here again. Whatever you do don't order the fish. Money wasted here for sure.

    Be aware of hidden charges.... Their menus say grill and a certain price below it and when you asked for it they charge a dollar 50 extra which is not written anywhere in their menu for grilled be careful they may do this for other items as well and quality has gone down drastically

    I hope everything else on the menu is better than the catfish po-boy! The bread was stiff but not toasted and lettuce had strong taste of preservative with only fair tarter sauce. Fish had been frozen for extended time because it had pulled away from heavy and hard breading. Fries were just ok. Also not the place to go if you're in a hurry. I give most places a second shot, not this one.

    First time to eat there - very bad!!!! Fries were greasy and limp, fish had no taste and the hush puppies were not cooked all the way. This is the LAST time I eat there as well.

    The girls that work there are dumb and don't listen you have to repeat yourself three to four times and they still got my order wrong..... Failed

    I had the worst customer service that I've seen in all of my 47 yrs. I called in my order ahead of time because I have eaten there before and they have a track record of being slow. When speaking to the young lady on the phone she stated my order would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrive I go through drive through to ask if I could pick my order up at the window she said drive through. The young lady ask me what was my order I stated 6 wings, ticket #19. She gave me the total & I paid with my card I also so wanted something to drink & she ran my card through twice. (Really-blank stare) Well 15 min roll by no food 20 min roll by still no food. I park; go into the place to ask what is taking so long. She stated that they got the order mixed up, there were 3 young ladies and all talking at the same time.... Still no food... We thought you order the fish & chicken but you took my money. After that I'm asking where is the manager, there still talking. I want my money back. The manager comes out to find out what's going on. Tony is the manager, he says what was your order and I told him, then say your order is ready, in which it was not. I'm saying give me my money. Upon him returning the money, he proceeded to give me less than what I paid. I had to go out and get receipt, for him to get it right. I expressed to the young lady who didn't take my order but had all the mouth and very very disrespectful. That she needed to change her attitude when working in customer service. She stated my attitude is beautiful & stated she didn't give a %%+_ . Poor service; will never go there again, unprofessional at its best.

    Love their jumbo shrimp and wings they are a staple order for me. The Italian beef and gyro threw me a curve ball the new owners are from Chicago and use the same beef and lamb suppliers they had from up north and it shows . Never had any order issues their food is cooked fresh to order so it takes a little longer but I have never found myself toe tapping or staring at my watch frequently. Just finished lunch here with my two boys and the staff was very attentive to bring my orders out to the table and even changed the TV's over to kids programming to keep them tame. Will keep coming back for sure.

    Had my usual catfish fillets dinner with fries and coleslaw. Fish was good. Fries were soggy but have to say they were OK because of the seasoning. All of this was a warm up to the fried okra. Best I've had since I left Louisiana. The service was a little slow but this is expected if you want hot food.

    DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE. Service is bad enough for the food not to make up for it. People who work there swear a ton shouting out f word even when they can see young children. Long long long wait time. X what they say by 4 so 15 minutes is about an hour for food.

    Ordered the 6 piece chicken dinner for 6.99. Great price. Chicken crunchy, cooked just right. Cole slaw and chips. The seasoning they sprinkle on before they serve, I did not care for. 3 star because I had to wait almost 50 minutes. They forgot my order.
