    This was hands down the most terrible experience I have had at any McDonald's I've been to in my life. I was slightly uneasy about it upon getting there but figured it would be more convenient if I killed 2 birds with one stone. I get there, no hello or any type of hr greeting from the cashier but instead this look of attitude and 'I don't want to freaking be here' was all you got. I order my children's food and this girl notices one of her friends in the checkout lane of Walmart and signals begins talking to him in the middle of my order. Thus ignoring the fact that I was even there let alone speaking directly to her as she began flirting with this dude and making plans for post work activities. She must have realized she was still at work and decided it was time to just total my order without adding the order she missed while rudely disregarding the paying customer in front of her. I get my cups and look for a seat. There was ONE clean-ish looking table in the restaurant and upon choosing that table, it was obvious that it was dirty as well. I just got a wipe from my bag and cleaned up my eating area for my babies. 15 min later, we get our food. Sloppy thrown together burgers and missing items. I go back to the counter, no apology just some girl "fixing" it so she can continue the conversation I must have interrupted a few min ago. The Ketchum dispenser was empty. The drink area was sticky and disgusting. The floor was filthy. Tables and all seating areas A DAMN MESS. To make matters worse, upon eating I look over to the counter where the cashier, who has now been introduced as Keisha by her loud and excessive swearing coworkers, is biting the acrylic off her fingers and spitting it all behind the work counter. I WAS BEYOND DISGUSTED. If it weren't for the fact of knowing I wouldn't have gotten the issue rectified on site, I would have talked to the "manager" but she was on a man bashing rant about her cheating boyfriend. I just pray me and my offspring don't get food poising by the blatant lack of sanitary work conditions. There was no professionalism or customer service anywhere in there. And they want 15/hr? I wouldn't pay the girls working tonight ATTENTION let alone money. I've seen homeless people with better attitudes than what was exhibited. Hope your experience is better than mine but I will certainly be taking this issue to corporate!!!!!!!
