Lenny's is always a solid choice for a good sandwich for lunch. The sandwiches and all of the toppings/fixings are always super fresh and very good. The staff at this location is always very cordial and more than helpful with your order. For under $10 you can get a regular sandwich, which is 7 inches, plus chips and a drink. However, don't let the size of these sandwiches fool you. These are not the puny sandwiches with no meat and no substantive toppings, like you get at Subway. Instead, you will always be full after you have a sandwich from Lenny's. I traditionally go for the turkey sandwich on almost every occasion. However, Lenny's makes an outstanding Philly cheesesteak or Philly chicken, which is somewhat what they are known for. They have also recently added some more "eclectic" selections, such as a buffalo chicken Philly and a French dip. Both of these are definitely good options and well executed. Bottom line, Lenny's is always a good choice when you are in search of a good sandwich for lunch, or any other time.

Terrible service. Dirty environment. Sketchy employees. The owner/operator is rude. The restrooms are dirty, the food is subpar, and the sandwiches are poorly made. This is a prime example of a bad franchise owner.

Went here today, waited over 20 minutes for a cold sub- rushed back to work to discover half of the wrap had no meat in it ( I mean zero meat literally ), and was also missing bacon, cheese, and veggies. Very disappointed, and unfortunately not my first poor experience

Chicken salad is so good!! The restaurant isn't normally open on The weekend. The two women working on Saturday were thrilled to be here. Good customer service makes all the difference, whether at a sandwich shop or a 5-star restaurant.

SO glad there is a Lenny's down the street from my office and home! I first fell in love with this sub shop in Overton Square and it became my new favorite sandwich shop! Unlike Subway, they give you a TON of meat and cheese and don't charge extra for any toppings or extras. The bread and ingredients all taste so fresh and crisp. It might be a little pricier, but you get what you pay for and these awesome subs are worth every penny.

I used to work in downtown Memphis and my company would cover our lunch costs at certain establishments... Lenny's in the Falls was one of those places... A Subway/Quizno's alternative, Lenny's is a decent chain/bang for you buck - 7$ will get you a sizable sandwich, chips and a beverage... the servers are extremely polite and will make every effort to get you precisely what you're after... the quality of their food is exactly 3.0 OK - it'll fill you up and you'll enjoy eating it, but, though reliable, it's nothing to write home about... they cater if you're after that sort of thing... lines move pretty quickly and there's some nice outdoor seating in the parks nearby... be sure to feed the squirrels - they'll put on a show for you... 3 stars if you're paying for Lenny's yourself, 4 if it's comp...
