I am 1.1 miles from this restaurant, yet despite the advertisement that they "deliver," the first time I called they said that I was too far for delivery,. I decided to call back, at which time another employee (more motivated) said that he would gladly deliver to this address. He was very nice and brought the sandwich right over. It was quite delicious. If you want delivery and are close, then just keep calling until you get past the lazy teenage girl.

The people who work here really don't care about the business which is a shame. Every time I call in an order I get an employee who is half listening half talking to someone else. I have to repeat my order several times and they never get t right. Everytime I go through the drive through I have to repeat my order 4-5 times. The employee ever speaks clearly and I often have to ask them to repeat themselves several times. It's really a shame because this is the only location near me but I'm so tired of their service I won't be going back.

The food is always what you expect it to be and this location was no different. However... I have been to much faster Jimmy John's, especially when we were the only ones there. What was disturbing was that there was an employee up on a ladder in the front of the store dusting the light fixture... she did apologize for being in the way... but i think this is something that should be done when the store is closed... and certainly not when there is food out and open for the dust to settle upon. They were prepping meat right under this exercise. I just wanted something quick... minus the dust.

I am only a mile away from Jimmy John's but they will not deliver to me . The man that answered my call said "its some type of corporate thing." Guess I will call some one else that delivers . It's sad that no one takes ownership of anything any more . If you find a flaw in th system fix it ! I will call Jets Pizza !

The ability to get this much taste and for only 581 calories? Yes you can at Jimmy Johns with the UNWICH #4 Tom Turkey. Two turkey Unwiches and two pickles comes in at a whopping 581 simple calories and leaves your tummy with no rumbling yet super satisfied. See the proof for yourself & come on by for a bite

I work in the mall so I use their delivery very often. At least once or twice a week. In the year I've ordered from them my order was incorrect once. They left off an item and were quick to return the extra $1.50 I paid back to my card so no big deal. On a normal day they will get here in 15 mins or less on a Saturday expect 30mins if not longer. But all and all I can't complain. The sub's are absolutely delicious and low calories. They can be a little tight with the meat sometimes but hey no more than subway.

Love the food here but every single time we have come in through the drive through... Our order is incorrect. Every single time. Getting out if my car to get the order fixed is really getting old. Check your order enforce leaving the parking lot!

Very, very disappointed. They have now started charging for water. Looks like I'm now going to Panera right down the road. It's really the principal. Not only that but it appears the bread is now smaller. Truly a shame.

Great service, great tuna sub. Much better than Subway any day and the bread was fresh and tasty. The Oatmeal Raisin Cookie was to die for!!! No more subway for me.

This place has great food that never gets old. The employees and managers are always nice which is rare for someone to wish someone a nice day. You order your food and less in the time you get your change your food is ready. This place is the best bang for the buck period!

I get this delivered to work at least once a week. And half of one of their clubs is more than enough for me. The bread may be one of my favorite parts...not to mention a few offerings of freebie condiments.

I am a bit of a food snob, so when I see the word "gourmet" in the title of any kind of restaurant, my interest is piqued. Driving through Cordova not long ago, I saw Jimmy John's and had to try it. I found them to have a really nice menu of sandwiches to choose from, all of which sounded tempting. I ultimately settled on the The Beach Club which was turkey breast, provolone cheese, avocado, sliced cucumber, sprouts, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Very "California". And also very good. They also had a low carb lettuce wrap called the "Unwich" which I thought was a nice touch. I might have to try that next time. The folks working there were all nice and friendly, and the place was bright and clean. I definitely recommend it when you're in the area and want a better than average sandwich.

Freaky fast service. The folks here are always energetic and friendly. Everything on the menu is a winner. My fav is the italian night clean (easy on the onions)! If you're wanting to go healthy and quick, JJ's is the place to go. Very conveniently located in the heart of Germantown. I mean, Drew Brees owns a Jimmy John's. Enough said. They will deliver "just one sub".

Jimmy Johns is a big favorite of folks in my hometown. Like HUGE favorite. I've never particularly cared for it, that was until I moved to Memphis and met Lenny's. Therein lies the reasoning behind my giving Jimmy's 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. I've tried Lenny's on numerous occasions simply because of the hype the Memphis natives have given them. I don't get it at all. I came to the conclusion that I dislike it so much, I would rather eat Jimmy Johns any day instead of Lenny's. That's saying a lot folks. My husband used to beg and plead on his hands and knees to get me inside Jimmy John's back home. I never caved. I don't know what it is exactly about Jimmy's that I don't care for, but if I had to pick something I'd have to go with the bread. I feel like the bread to meat and condiment ratio is way off for me. There's far too much of that tasteless, hunky bread for my liking. They do have good meats and I love that they offer the guacamole spread- its heavenly. I just haven't ever cared for any of their sandwich creations. Heaven forbid you go on an off day and get either the end of the loaf or just a stale one. Its like chewing cardboard and it always tears the roof of my mouth up. I will say that every Jimmy's I've entered has always had no less than wonderful employees. They are friendly, funny (who doesn't want their sandwich maker to crack a few jokes? Major points there cuz the Subway gals never crack jokes) and hella speedy with your food. This particular location does not disappoint in that area at all. I've been here twice, and both times the service was excellent. I wish I liked their food, I really do. Sadly, it just comes down to a personal taste issue I guess.

I got my first dose of JJ's visitng my brother at U of Illinois, over 5 years ago. Back then I got the #5 Vito and today my wife brought me home the #5, with hot peppers. The good thing about this sandwich is that the bread is fresh and light, they fill it with enough good stuff on the inside, and the portion is big enough to satisfy. Lastly, the folks on the other side of the counter are always friendly; always a pleasant experience dining in or picking up.
