So I'm about a month behind on posting this. I visited when I was in the area on July 23rd. Stopped in, was looking at the menu, went to order and was told kitchen was closed but were still serving drinks. Good thing there are plenty of other options in the area.

Extremely high priced for what you are getting. DO NOT GET THE HAMBURGER. It's like Walmart meat that a soup kitchen cooked for you! $3 for a 16 oz soda that you have to pay a $ for a refill! Price gouging at its finest. Go to the sausage place across the street!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For as long as I can remember in the decades I've been coming to Gatlinburg, this was a nice, homey hole-in-the-wall place with good local food. It was awesome and had great food. It is no longer that, it seems to have changed owners. They completely remodeled and lost the charm and the food isn't as good. Food is ok but nothing special.

This is a great little place, just off the beaten path. Simple, but decent menu of food and bottled beers. They also have some unique specialty items that are out of this world. GREAT deep fried Oreos and the BEST fried pickles I've ever had. We also tried the fried chicken. It came with hand cut fries that were awesome. All items are made to order, so it's not "fast" - but they make you aware of that when ordering. We'll be back.
