The owner was the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. The pizza was like tomato soup on cardboard. A frozen Tony's pizza would be better. Worse pizza ever!

Great pizza especially if your not looking to spend a lot of money. Conveniently located in the mall area. Everyone seemed very friendly.

Absolutely wonderful thin crust pizza. It's really thin, but somehow they don't overcook the crust. They have regular types of pizzas; nothing fancy. The people who run it are really nice too! Only drawback is that they don't have free refills on the drinks :(

Based on the calzone review, we picked up a few (see pictures). Based on review was expecting larger thicker more delicious calzones! What we got was two of these calzones (smallish/thinner side) for $30. Perhaps everything in this area is just overpriced... just not what we were expecting :(

It was the only pizza we had in Gatlinburg, but I imagine you would be hard pressed to find any better. Authentic NY style just like I remember growing up. We had quite a long wait for our slices, but so worth it. My only regret is that we didn't go back during our time in TN. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Decent pizza; thin crispy, crust with a nice chew and good taste. The ingredients seem to be of good quality. Little stretch to the cheese though but overall the pie had a nice flavor and I enjoyed it. While I am use to eating awesome pizza in many holes in the wall in Western New York the ambience of a mall food court setting was not worthy of the pie. I have had better pies elsewhere in the state and country (nothing beats a wood fired Margarita pizza in Naples) but so far this pie dominates Gionanni's another pizza place in town.

It's OK for tourist trap pizza. Nothing great. Very greasy. We bought by slice. Maybe we ordered bad.

Never been to NY but I am from St. Louis and we take pride in our pizza! I must say this place was great and if it's anything like NY Pizza I need to visit New York!

Perhaps the best NY pizza I ever had! Very hard to find, the address is actually 611 not 634. Simply amazing!!!

Absolutely the BEST CHEESE CALZONE EVER. Stuffed with fresh ricotta, fresh mozzarella, thin excellent crust. I will dream about this the rest of my life!

The best pizza in the area comes from this place! I love NY Style pizza and this place does a stand up job. I ordered a 26" inch pizza for our group but you can also purchase pizza by the slice. We parked off of River which was convenient to the back entrance.

The only thing "new York" about this pizza is that it is thin. And super large slices. Rubbery. Cheap and tasteless sauce. Manufactured cheese. For the love of God toss some oregano or basil on it for flavor, people! Yes you can order a pizza 2 feet wide that serves a big crowd but it is all about quantity and not quality, sad to say. Mellow Mushroom is a better choice.

My family and I ate here on our visit to Gatlinburg. It's inside of the shopping mall that's in the middle of town. The pizza is thin crust New York style and is so delicious. They also have excellent cheesy bread. The dining portion of the restaurant is small, but clean. The only thing I didn't really like about the place was that you had to pay for refills. However, the small drinks are around 16 oz so I didn't need a refill anyway. All in all, I would definitely recommend eating here because it's so much better than eating at a chain pizza restaurant.

VERY TASTY!!! When I went here, I saw the size of the slice and I instantly wanted one. Decent price and good quality leads this place for a great New Year's Eve dinner!

This place has some really scrumptious pizza. It's thin and definitely New York style. Their menu has a wide range of food items in it such as pasta, call ones, subs, and wings. Overall, pretty pleasing food. Small area to open a restaurant, but they make it work with their food and service.

First off... I believe this location is inside a mini mall. It's right next door to Wendy's on the Parkway. The best Stromboli for REAL! OMG!!! Awesome tasting marina sauce for dipping! Might get another helping before leaving Gatlinburg!
