Very good! This was my first Chipotle experience and now that I have tried other locations, I know how great this specific Chipotle is. Great menu options for kids and I love the burrito bowls!! A Very refreshing lunch

The best Chipotle in the area! Really friendly staff members and delicious food. The venue was also really clean, which was impressive. What else could you ask for?

I'm sure I should be ashamed of saying this but, "Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants". It's consistently good and I can get down with their approach to quality food. Also, they have two vegetarian options including Sofritas which is a mix of peppers and tofu and also a vegetable mix of grilled peppers and onions. The best part? They have margaritas! Now the margaritas are the only thing I've ever ordered from Chipotle that lack consistency but I suspect that is because they are a new menu item. The first time I ordered a margarita is was fresh, the second time tasted more like a mix. Regardless, you just can't beat ethically produced food that taste good...and margaritas.

I tried going about a year ago and have never been back. I'd never been. I was alone the place was empty and the lady behind the counter gave me an irritated look like I was bothering her. She asked what I wanted I told her I was unsure because I knew nothing about the place. I asked if she could describe what the items were and she basically told me I wouldn't want anything they had. So I left. I went to their competition and decided if they didn't want to be bothered with customers then I'd never go back.

Only get steak when they are busy and it's fresh. Even then you can end up with doggie treats.

I like this location, good vibes and always super busy. The 1 major draw back is at the heart of lunch rush hour traffic in this area can be brutal and so can parking. When I arrived to this store it was around 1pm, I literally was out the door about 25 deep from placing my order, but they move the line very efficiently and the food is always worth the wait! :)

solid vegan goodness. i was thrilled this opened so close to home. The only time I've ever had to wait long in line was when they had some coupon deal going; otherwise it's super speedy at this location.

I've recently moved from South Florida to Tennessee. The Chipotle's in South Florida had me hooked with the flavorful food, latin music, and huge portions. It was well worth paying $8 for a burrito. I must say however, the Chipotle in Franklin TN skimped on the portions. My burrito and my family's bowls were 1/2 the size of those in Florida. The employees are really nice, but portions that are 1/2 the size, left me feeling cheated.

Ate lunch at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The food is great and the service is fast and friendly. I will be back again. You pick your own toppings and make your own Tacos and Burritos. The portions are big and you can also have a burrito bowl instead of a regular burrito wrap

Chipolte is far and away my favorite fast food. The burritos are as big as your head and delicious to boot. The menu is limited but the food can't be beat. Try the chips(they have a hint of lime flavor) or the barbacoa.

I must have come here on a bad day. So far, of all the burrito restaurants like this, Chipotle has impressed me least. They seemed to have less choices. I got the burrito bowl with steak. The steak was flavorful but very tough and chewy. And I don't think I got a big enough scoop of guacamole for $1.50 extra. I also got chips and salsa, I hated the salsa and the chips were extremely salty. But based on all the good reviews here, I might give it another shot sometime.

I like Chipotle because 1) I love mexican, 2) most of it is gluten free, and 3) you can eat relatively healthy if you try. Everything on their menu is gluten free except for the flour tortillas. And I can eat there for 440 calories with the following order: Veggie bol, rice, black beans, mild salsa and guacamole. Awesome!

Fresh, delicious, eco-concious ingredients. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Do not skip out on the guacamole. Best I've ever had!

My first time there. I must say it was very good. Not a lot of options but maybe that is a good thing. Simple. I got the burrito bowl with steak. It was a nice portion and very good. Will need to come back to this place.

It's not a disgusting debacle that gets one star, but there is NOTHING about this chain that impresses me. I'm wondering if there's even anything Mexican about it at this point.

Chipotle, the Taco Bell for the upper middle class. I have been eating at Chipotle since 2005 and I love it! I was very happy when they opened one up in the Franklin area. Before I had to deal with Chipotle wannabes like Moe's which were never as good. My Wife and I eat Chipotle around 2-3 times a month. We usually get burritos or burrito bowls and they are fantastic. My only gripe about Chipotle is that I wish they had some sort of amazing queso. They only offer salsas and guacamole for your chips. Just a side note, since 2005, I have never been to a Chipotle without at least one semi-luxury vehicle being parked outside. As in a Lexus, BMW, etc. It's just a fun little streak I have going.

I hear the usual chorus of snobs bemoaning Chipotle with their usual drivel: "ugh, it's not legit Mexican!" "Oh, it's gauche chain" "ew, it's got a narrow menu and doesn't have vegan options." Please. This isn't, and never has intended to be authentic Mexican, or a place for locivores. Chipotle is designed as a very tasty and inexpensive place for large Mission-style burrito. In the middle of the uber-expensive Cool Springs area, I know that when I need a relatively cheap and filling, tasty meal, Chipotle is a can't miss option. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fast food that is fresh, wholesome, delicious and you can feel good about? check! Delicious food that you can personalize by choosing how you want to mix it up to please your taste buds? check! This is YUMMY food that addictive. Not a week has gone by where I have not had a craving for it, and their online ordering process makes it so much easier to get Chipotle on the go for a busy person like me. Oh and they serve beer too if you feel like grabbing a wholesome meal after a hard day at work!

I've heard the loud din of the Chipotle culture and finally rang the bell by walking in and ordering a carnitas burrito. For what it is, it is good. I enjoyed my burrito well-enough. I think I'll go with a bowl next time though. The meal was savory, which is what I dig.

Wow! The new Franklin Chipotle location is amazing!!! I am so happy to have one this close to my house now! The food is fabulous! The new, modern design of the store is great! Really trendy place to grab some good food!

Went there for lunch, they were super busy. It was my first time there and you must know what you want ahead of time. They will make your meal for you on a fly, because they are so busy the staff tend to rush you of what you want on your meal. Food was a okay, not worth my time waiting.

Love this place!! Go here if you want super fast and accurate service during lunchtime. I am addicted to the Chicken Bowl. Medium salsa is hotter than the Hot. Flavorful and filling. Sweet tea is delicious also.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
