This is probably the only korean restaurant i go to in the area. i love their yookgaejang. the broth is so good and spicy. it's like i'm back in LA. we tried the tang soo yook (sweet and sour pork) and jja jang myun (black bean noodles) and it was decent. you're better off not getting items from the lunch menu because they hardly give you any servings. it's better to pay the extra bucks and get a decent size serving. bulgogi was pretty good. it seems they use the same sauce for the mongolian beef except the mongolian is a bit more salty. personally, i stay away from the buffets because it doesn't seem as fresh but lot of people seem to enjoy it. i would stay away from the menu with the intestines. it tastes awful as if it's been refergerated for years... other than that, i don't have too many negative things to say about this place except that the sides are kind of warm.. and to avoid going during peak hours because they are short on staff.

BEST KBBQ IN TOWN!!!! Love love love their chap chae noodles and ribs via all you can eat buffet. My husband and I love the endless crablegs the most!! Amazing and delicious every time!! They used to give out a bomb lemon meringue pie but lately they haven't and wish they would again. The bill for dinner for the two of us breaks about $30 but still worth it for the crablegs!

We've been here for years and always drove by half the restaurants on 41A, lastnight though my husband and I decided to randomly stop in New Korea based on the reviews. We walked in and the staff was super friendly, helped us through the menu, talked with my three year old just made us really comfortable! We ordered the BBQ for two as well as dumplings for our son to munch on. They brought everything for the BBQ out, explained it to us then Cooked the meat in front of us, the charcoals smelled so good and the meat came out fantastic. We didn't leave much of anything on our table and they came back multiple times to ask if we wanted more rice, more meat, refilled our waters timely. All and all it was great food and we will for sure be going here on the regular trying new foods especially given the staff takes the time to help and explain to you what exactly you are ordering. I should of taken pictures! Not really a phone at the table kinda girl though, sorry!

The food was great and the service was wonderful. There were so many questions my husband had, and they were happy to answer them all. It was a very welcoming experience.

I got the lunch buffet. The buffet itself was pretty small, but the food that I did have was quite good. I didn't see the menu, but the buffet was a bit over $7 with tax. Everything was clean, and I had a good time here. I'd eat here again, but I don't think that this is one of my top favorite restaurants. If I'm ever in the mood for Korean, though, this would be my first stop.

Only thing I ever get here is the lunch buffet during the week. Lunch buffet is $7 after tax and is Monday through Friday from 11am-2pm, but go by 1pm to get the freshest food. Small selection, but to me worth it for the price. Must try the sweet and sour pork, spicy pork bulgogi, and of course kim bob. The chap chae is decent and so is the bulgogi, but definitely not as good as the other food I mentioned. As other reviewer pointed out service is not great , but I care more about food then service so to me it's not a big deal.

I'm glad that I decided to come back for their Korean food. Definitely a good buy and the service is really, really just kind of exceptional. My mom and sis came to visit me and arrived late at night. After deciding what to eat we decided to go eat Korean since...well look at my pictures and you'll see. The lights were on and we could see people still inside but the open light was off, but figured it was just an oversight and we walked in. We were greeted by the owner/waitress/server by saying it was closed, and the open light was off. We were kind of put off by that but she said we could sit down and we were given menus. I told my fam to stay away from the Korean/Chinese food but wasn't sure about the Korean food. I got the soon tofu-the silk tofu soup, my sis got the kabi tang which is a short rib soup and my mom got the stir fried squid. The lady went back twice to before we confirmed our order to make sure that 1) the squid was available and 2)to see if the broth for the kalbi tang was good. I thought it was good of her to check on the quality of the food served. My soon tofu was delicious and the banchan they served were really quite good and the owner came by to check on us and talk to us, asking us where we're from and she was really funny to boot! My mom and sis both really liked the food here, and my mom said how glad she was that there was a good Korean restaurant for me to eat at. Stick to the Korean food and you'll be good.

Last time we came for dinner and were not happy about it but we blamed ourselves for ordering the wrong dishes. This time, we came in for lunch buffet which is $6.99 from 1100-1400 Mon-Fri. The food was actually better than when we came last time. There were about 20 dishes including rice and fried rice, pork with hot pepper (my wife's favorite), hot chicken wings, beef bulgogi, chap chae (silver noodles made from sweet potato), kim chi, kim bob(rice roll), desserts, and fruits. This time, we really enjoyed it a lot. The food tasted fresher and better. Service is always nice here. Our waitress was friendly and kind to us. She always smiled. Before we left, she talked to us about her 2 soldier sons; one is at Pentagon and one at Ft. Campbell.

I love the bulgogi and Korean style Ribs. They give you plenty of side items with your take out to include kimchi, bean sprouts, and various marinated veggies. I order at least 2-3 times a month. The service is fast and the employees are nice.

The place is a little old and gives off the impression of being dirty, but the food tastes great. We used to go for buffet a few times a month. Wish they had more accompaniments. Kimchi is spot on.

The bulgogi and ribs are really good. They also carry a black bean paste noodle dish that is really really good. . 931-249-6598 .
