This chili's is trying but still has kitchen issues. They have great ideas with food and I have enjoyed the steak and Mexican entrees ,but then I would come in and they can't get it together. The staff is nice, restaurant clean, but food is slow to arrive and thrown on the plate or not cooked properly. Their excuse is a "slammed kitchen" but that doesn't fly when the place is comfortably filled but no waiting line. I hope they can get a good kitchen staff together So that they are consistent in quality every time.

I used to love this location, but the last few times I've been it was really poor service. My to-go orders have been wrong twice. The last time they forgot the appetizer and one of the entrees, so I had to drive back and get them. The food was cold and they did not even apologize for the mistake. I do not plan on returning.

Server: was very nice upon entrance of the chili's. Restroom: very nasty, poor ventilation and the whole room smelled of shit. Waitress: was very polite and a good looking woman. She told us about specials and got us some ice water and hard drinks. Draft beer: Win Potato skins: lose Southern burger: fail Sex on the beach: wife said Winning. Bars good grub sucks!

Last time I went I actually had a good server but the table next to me had a miserable one, I actually ended up getting their silverware for them because she was so absent minded. I don't understand why they have such a varied group of talentless, apathetic staff.

My kids and I met a friend for dinner on 03/10/2015. I really don't know what the hostess was doing as she made herself scarce after she got my name. We waited to be seated for a good 20-25 minutes and we ended up being seated at a table by the door. This table had been empty when we came in to begin with and had stayed empty so I don't see why we were made to wait 20-25 minutes for a table that was already empty. The server came around to get our drink order and it was about 10 minutes or so before we got our drinks. We ordered 2 appetizers and a kid's meal. I don't know what is going on in this location; but, it took a little over an hour to get 2 appetizers and a kid's meal! There was no apology or acknowledgement of the time it took. By the time the food finally came my daughter was tired, hungry and cranky so ended up boxing up the food after a few bites and leaving. My friend washed her hands in the bathroom and found that it smelled of shit so either someone had just used it or there is no ventilation/odor control in there. Obviously, it's unappetizing when you are out to dinner. This location used to be a great location. Great food, great staff, timely service........thus has dramatically changed and, now, on top of what I described, they act like they're doing you a favor. I recommend eating somewhere else if your in Clarksville. If you really want Chili's, go to Nashville.

Eaten from here a few times. I've tried ordering online and dropping by to pick up the food. Overall, good experience. I lived very close by and slowly driving over there, it's ready to go within minutes of arrival. Usually get a burger or ribs which are always good. Appetizers are basically all tasty too.

Savannah was a great server on 6/5/15. We ordered the chips, guacamole, and salsa. We didn't sit in the bar but learned from Savannah that if you do during happy hour, the chips and salsa are on the house. Next time we'll go that route. It was buy one/get one happy hour so my boyfriend went w/ beer and I with wine. For our meals, I went w/ their Margarita Chicken Bowl and added corn tortillas. My boyfriend went w/ the Southern Smokehouse Burger and substituted a side salad. Note to self- order the side salad as it is huge and looks/tastes quite good- see my pic. Everything tasted good although the corn tortillas were stale- I feel like this is a common trend when I order them. We like Chili's and will return. I like that beverage straws are wrapped w/ your silverware. The place was packed by the time we left so they are definitely not hurting in an area w/ a lot of dining choices.

This experience was not worthy of one star. The people were friendly, but the service was horrible. Dinner took close to two hours and it took 25 minutes to get drinks. I am not sure if there is a manger at this restaurant. They were not anywhere to be seen. Everyone should be fired and they should start over. I recommend staying away from this restaurant. I say this as I am a fan of Chili's and don't expect it to be fine dining. I will never be back.

Sooo ordered to go, they don't do curbside anymore or if they do the girl working didn't want to. Went in to get our food and drinks, that were not ready (I ordered online with a pick up time only to wait approx 15 min) got 1 drink when I asked about the 2nd drink she looked at her screen went around the corner where I am not sure what she was doing, came back and implied I was a liar but she would get the drink for me anyways. After pulling out my receipt to show 1. I am not a liar and 2. yes I did order and PAY for a second drink. So disappointed in this location. I have no desire to return....

If I could give the Chili's a zero, I would. HORRIBLE service with little to no response from management. Food was cold and wrong. This was not a o e time event either. Last time we went (which will be our last trip to the Chili's), the hostess was have a conversation with some friends of hers when we walked in. She ignored us for at least 5 minutes as a line built up behind us. After she finally decided to do her job, she ignore me and asked the people behind me "how many". I said excuse me but we were her first. Her reply "yea, I got you" and rolled her eyes. I got my family and walked out. There are too many other restaurant with 3 miles of that place with better customer service. Never again!

I have to say that I do like to go here every once in a while. If you get on their mailing list- they send out great freebie coupons. I also love that the give a free meal to veterans each year. I have alway had great service and they put up with my pickiness without complaint. I have also had great luck with their to-go service. They always include all of the necessary items (including utensils). You can also call ahead an pick up, which is nice.
