Had an amazing experience at this Cracker Barrel. Service was fast and friendly, along with constant check in's for drinks. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the catfish dinner along with the Double Chocolate Coca-Cola Cake. Would recommend to anyone at anytime.

Good food and service despite being busy many times. Probably one of few, if there are any other, of Cracker Barrel restaurants that give a twenty percent discount to military.

Busy place, of course, but great southern food. The Cracker Barrel chain is always good, but this one is really great. Clean, delicious breakfast and a great place for a delicious meal after church. We got the breakfast with eggs, toast and bacon. The kitchen cooked my scrambled eggs with cheese to perfection. Will definitely return.

This Store: Was packed but I still got in and had my meal paid for because I was in uniform. A+ service. All Stores: The food is okay and the service is the same. When I need a good home cooked (ish) meal and I am on the road this is my old stand by. It is nothing fancy but it fits the bill.

We ordered some biscuits to eat before our meal and there was no silverware. My husband got up to ask for some and they said they would give it yo's as soon as some is available. Huh?!?!

Good food. Good service. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our chicken and dumplings. Fun gift shop as well. Lemonaide was yummy and free refills.

We used to come here often. The staff is courteous, the food is usually what you expect. We usually leave pretty happy. Our last visit changed that. I decided on breakfast for dinner. I got the mamas pancake breakfast with the blueberry pancakes, my daughter got lemon pepper rainbow trout. Her abs fav. The rest of our fan got their usual. My pancakes tasted a little under cooked. Unfortunately, that wasn't the worst part. When I got to the middle of my pancake it tasted gross, just bad. I skipped to my next pancake. When I got to the middle of the pancake I got the same gross flavor only stronger. I had to spit it out it was so bad. The only way I could explain the taste was that it tasted like the cook grabbed some rancid food cooked it on the griddle, scraped it off and then poured my pancake batter on that exact spot. It was just bad. The server felt bad and removed the pancakes from our tab. Which ended up being $2 removed from our tab. The worst part was my daughter got horribly ill after we got home. I gave them two stars bc I can't be sure where she got the food poisoning. This was the second place we ate at that day. Needless to say I've never been back and don't ever plan to.

COLD SOUP. SERIOUSLY. COLD SOUP. UNBELIEVABLE. We ate here on Sunday 6/7. The chef should be embarrassed to send out cold soup. I sent the soup back & it was still luke warm the 2nd time. The waitress was wonderful. I know she felt bad. Who hired this chef????????? Cracker Barrel needs to reevaluate their standards at this location.

We like this Cracker Barrel when traveling to Illinois. It's almost at the beginning of our trip, but out of Nashville's traffic. Like all Cracker Barrels, this one is clean, the service is friendly, and the food is always good. My favorite breakfast is the Smokehouse breakfast with bacon, eggs, grits, as well as the Biscuits and Gravy. I love those biscuits and gravy with almost any breakfast I order. The service was friendly, but this time, it was a lot slower than I'm used to. We had a difficult time getting coffee refills, and it took a very long time to get our meals. There weren't that many customers there, but the waitresses seemed to spend more time chatting with each other than checking on patrons. I'm sure that we'll be stopping here again, and I assume that the service will be back to Cracker Barrel standards when we do.

[] Recommend it? Yes, hands down one of the best managed Cracker Barrel's I've eaten at. [] Military Discount: Yes! Bring your ticket with your ID card even dependent ID cards get a discount. Applies to the food and the gift shop ladies. [] February 2013 for breakfast with a party of 19 folks at 0630am. [] Customer Service: was excellent, our waitress handled all 19 of us and she was just so friendly and made sure everything was just right for us the entire time! [] Food quality: If you've never been to a Cracker Barrel then you just need to sit on down and experience the best chain breakfast restaurant known to man. Lunch and dinner aren't that bad either ;) [] The quality and quantity of the food sure does not disappoint! The pancakes, the bacon, the sausage, are the best ever. I recommend any of the "Traditional Favorites" on the menu they're all delicious.

Great food and great service every single time we come here. We love to stuff our faces and then sit in the rocking chairs afterward. My husband and always get the chicken and dumplings and they are to die for. The service is pretty good, we usually get a pretty good server. My only complaint is the sweet tea tastes horrid

Went here for Breakfast. I got the Country fried steak breakfast. It was really good. The service was outstanding. My coffee cup stayed full and my food was prepared well. The Military Discount at this location is 20%. My daughter had some issues with her meal. They forgot her Oranges, hair in the sausage and she was served spoiled milk. The management seemed caring and the service was very good.

Country fried steak was tough and had a couple of bites of gristle but otherwise was OK. Coffee was decent. Tea is excellent. Biscuits and greens are a bit off at this one. Baked potato tasted reheated. Service is very good at this CB.

Great food. The staff is very friendly and I waited virtually no time to get a single table. I ordered the old timers breakfast at about 9 am and got the food within about 10 minutes. Grits were great. Eggs were great. The whole meal very good and the server kept my drink filled. I stop here while I'm around town from time to time and do not ever regret it.

The manager came around and asked if our waitress was friendly and if our food was hot when it came out. I think that sets the standard for this particular Crackle Barrel. I love the chain when I'm travelling. Dependable food, reasonable price. This store was not the best for food, the meat was all very dry in my Sunrise Sampler, but the staff was friendly and the store was clean. That is really what I need after an all night haul in the car.

Never heard of this place until I moved here! But I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Came on a Sunday morning after a night of imbibing with friends. A party of 12, we only waited 30 minutes (very impressive considering how busy it was) and I passed my time playing checkers and looking at all the country clutter. Breakfast was yummy and perfect for curbing a hangover. Loved the atmosphere. Our waitresses were excellent, the manager checked in with us and the food came out quickly! Tasty lemonade and the huge sampler. And crispy pancakes, we've never had anything like 'em before! will definitely have them again! Add another star for the prices, a Breakfast meal for two here equals a breakfast for one at many other places I've eaten at!!! Yay for cracker barrel breakfast, though I won't be back for a couple weeks, gotta work off all that food I just put away.

Some people love CB and others hate CB. I am one who enjoys going to CB while on vacation. Decent food for a reasonable price. You can get that down-home style cooking. Some dishes are a bit bland...but nothing a little bit of salt and pepper can not fix. I prefer their salads as they are fresh year round. The service at this particular location was alright considering we had four adults and two children under the age of four. Our server was a bit slow but we didn't mind as it gave us a little bit more time to visit with family. I would go back to this location the next time I am down near Fort Campbell, KY.

Ran out of mashed potatoes and then charged $1.39 extra for a baked potatoe. Hostess was not polite. Not the most cleanly of places.

I love this place! Great atmosphere and great breakfast food! I haven't been there for lunch or dinner, but I'm sure they are good for that too. I love perusing the cute shop and they give an awesome military discount!

They don't have the cracker barrel in CA, the service here was excellent ...very very friendly, food was fresh and hot, they showed me the true meaning of southern hospitality and comfort, we ddnt have to wait to be seated. I was all around satisfied w/ service and food.

Basically, the only place to find these super duper, rocking chair in the front, old style, traditional finger lickin' good fooding is eastward, more southern. I've been to multiple Cracker Barrels around those areas, but this is the only one that I could find since I'm not sure which one I ate at. So, this is a general review overall review for all the sites. I did go to this particular one. Seriously, you need to have a big appetite (ape tit) to eat here. They give you huge proportions for such a small affordable (wow 4 syllables) price. What did I order. I remember getting the Chicken Fried Steak with sides of 'bomb' mac'cheese and scallopey 'tay toes. YUM times 3... I did come here for breakfast and ordered my usual, french toast, bacon, and hashbrowns with a glass of OJ. The ladies that have always served us are so nice and friendly, even when it is really busy, and 'believe you me', it gets helka busy. But fortunately, out of the 2 or 3 times that I've been here, there is never a long wait. So, if you're in the middle of no where driving somewhere eastward, try it, but make sure you got designated drivers because of the food coma. Why not 5-stars? It's good, but I don't always go there. You can't eat forever, I don't want a dicka-do. LOL. If you really wanna know, ask.

Craker Barrel sucks! The food is bland at best. The wait is stupid, and the I too don't understand why it is always crowded and why the people on here like it. If you want to go to a tourist trap with a gift shop you should go to Patty's 1800 in Grand Rapids KY. At least the food there is good and it's not a freakin chain.

The portions are ginormous. The first time I went here, I just wanted pancakes. I had to argue with the waitress who was acting like I was trying to get her in trouble by not wanting any sides, and was kind of insistant that I would go home starving if I didn't get a slab of meat or whatever with my 'cakes. Finally I got my way, and the plate comes out. Of course it's enough for three people, and I couldn't finish it. I've been here a few times since, basically just ordering barely edible side items, like slimy apples. I'm well aware I'm picky and make eating out difficult for other people, so it does occur to me that my displeasure with this place may be more me than It. I'm also fairly sure that my being a born and bred Angeleno affects my view of Cracker Barrel. It just doesn't make any sense to dump sugar in tea and gravy over fried anything. But every Southerner and Midwesterner I know has a comfort food attachment to this place. I dunno. The food just seems kind of gross, the dining room over crowded.

I love Cracker Barrel. It is always packed, due to it being right off of the interstate. My husband thinks their portions are too small, but I like them anyway. Love the fried apples too!

I love this place soooo much!! It reminds me of the food my grandmama and mom use to make all the time!! Ohh the chicken and dumplins are to die for and breakfast couldn't be made any better unless grandmama makes it!!!!

I went here for the first time today. Not as pleased as I hoped to be. The store is super cute with all kinds of souvenirs and gifts and good old fashioned candy items. The place was pretty packed, but the 6 of us were seated in less than 10 minutes. The selection of food is good, and I like that they serve breakfast all day. But I will say that the portion sizes are kinda small in my opinion. I got the chicken 'n dumplin's which was nothing compared to my mom's, and my husbands burger was just ok. The sweet tea was some of the better sweet tea I've had though, and the biscuits were to die for (more like mom used to make). Our server was kinda rude too... she had 3 stars (which I guess means she's supposed to be pretty good), but I was displeased with her attitude. Maybe it was just a bad day. Maybe I'll give it another chance next time I'm around, but I won't go out of my way.

My love of Cracker Barrel is at odds with my Southern California upbringing, but those biscuits will convert even the most loyal Yankee. It's a chain, so this one doesn't offer anything unexpected, but I do like to stop here every time I'm in Clarksville. Great candy and toy selection and delicious comfort food. What more can you ask for? One word of advice- if you go on a Friday, beware that if you sit by the door you will hear the hostess say "Would you like to try our Friday Fish Fry?" in a thick southern accent a thousand times. And that, gentle reader, is something my California ears just couldn't take.

wow this was my frist time coming to eat here, we dont have these back home. the price was so low. the food was large portions and really really good. I love it. everyone is so nice.

I always have their breakfast. Never tried anything off of their lunch or dinner menu. Their breakfast is above average. I have tried better pancakes and hashbrowns from other places. But, something about their food always hits the spot. I'm sure some of the people reading this understand what I mean by that statement. Their service is phenomenal. They are always friendly and ensure great customer service. I will continue to come here and will not hesitate to recommend this place to others. Sometimes, it's not always about the food.
