This is my favorite place to get a burrito. Their prices aren fair for the amount of food. I like the variety of choices different types of meant, beans, and what you'd like in your burrito. It is clean, the staff is nice and friendly, it doesn't take long to get you food, all around a pretty good place. I like it a lot, and eat there often.

This is a local place, not a chain. If you are a person that wants your food to look neat and just the same every time, then this is not the place for you. They cook everything fresh and it is messy good! This is the mexican equivalent of what we call in the south, comfort food. It is messy and gooey with cheese and real good. Some times the service is a little slow, and the decor is not something out of a magazine, but as I have said already, the food is real good. They have a great extras bar.. It includes several different kinds of salsa including a delicious sweet/spicy pineapple salsa. It also has the usual fair, lemon, limes, jalapeños, cilantro, etc. I have traveled quite a bit and tried these kinds of places all over the US. I would classify this place as a mexican greasy spoon. It is not fine mexican dining or a build-your-own-random-burrito place. They don't have a large menu, and most if it is similar, but what they do have is good food for a good price.

This restaurant was excellent in 2006 thru 2007. Not sure what happened exactly but it has gone from tasty and well prepared to bins of meat of different types. Gone are succulent carnitas and well seasoned veggies and house made sauces. These have been replaced with soupy concoctions of things that contain what is labeled. The staff is rude and dismissive and it is difficult to communicate orddrs well.

i FINALLY figured out why my yelp app wouldn't let me check in at burritos, despite MULTIPLE attempts! i was trying to check in to the wrong one. hence, this new location of burritos. maybe you are not as silly as i am and knew that the burritos already on yelp was the one on 41A by baskin robins (i had assumed that and written my previous review accordingly). THIS location is the one right next to ft campbell. now, onto the burritos. i like this location SO MUCH MORE than the other for one reason i can attest to. they have breakfast burritos. all year long. and they are AMAZING! since my discovery of their chorizo, potato and egg burrito, i have been here at least ten times. i feel *almost* like i'm back in arizona when i slather on some super tasty salsa verde and chow down on the hot, breakfasty goodness that is a chorizo burrito. i came with the hubby awhile back and he LOVED his tacos, so there are things to eat if you aren't a breakfast burrito addict like me. if you despaired over finding a good burrito, fear not. you no longer have to go to nashville for one, even tho this place is not chipotle (give me lime and cilantro rice, or give me death!). stop in for breakfast...or lunch...or dinner. they serve the chorizo burrito all day long :)

Getting better. Keep it up burritos. For a while their portion sizes were getting a little skimpy with the nachos but they have changed that. This is one of my favorite lunch spots during work. On that note if you like nachos try the mucho nachos they are delicioso!!!

I love this place! The burritos are huge and they cook everything fresh, unlike Taco Del Mar/Chipolte. I have even seen the cook trimming fresh beef in the kitchen. The salsa has a great kick to it and my picky kids love it. The restaurant itself is a bit bland but it is always clean. I wish I would have discovered this place sooner!

Went here on the request of some friends. I don't have a big appetite so I wasn't ready for a jumbo burrito. Had a steak taco salad and it was yummy. I think it was a little expensive but worth the amount of food. The food had some good flavors and it was a pleasant surprise. Would come here again.

Not impressed. I'm from california, so finding a good burrito place was important when we first got here. Considering there is no chipotle, we decided to try this place. Food is mediocre and service is pretty bad. I would prefer to make my own burrito over coming back to this place.

Went here during lunch with some colleagues. The service was fast, the food was good, and the price was right. Go hungry cause you get a lot of food. Skip the dessert though.

Omfg, that was the worst carne asada I've ever had here. $7 burrito filled with what tasted like old veggies and day old meat. I suggest La Morenita near gate 3. Way better asada.

The beef for the burrito I ordered was extremely salty and when I told the man who took my order he said it was fine. I guess his taste buds speak for me.

If Chipotle or Baja Fresh or any of those burrito places suffered a head injury and could only remember bits and pieces of its true glory that's what Burritos Fresh Mexican Grill would be. The broad strokes are remembered well (the cheery outlook, the tortilla press, variety of different salsas) adds a few things (cheese sauces, olives, pineapple salsa) but forget details of stuff, the meat is there and it's cooked all right and the grilled onions and veggies and sour cream but it's all just kind of bleh. I added jalapenos and put in extra salsa verde which that had in their salsa bar but it was all just kind of lacking. I didn't get the big flavors that I'm used to maybe the meat wasn't marinated in adobo or spices like the other places but it seemed rather bland and even with all the veggies (fresh and grilled) it just didn't seem a great burrito. I did like the Jarritos (Mexican soda) that was available as a beverage but as far as the actual food itself, well it'll do for the area.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
