We spent two nights at the Wander Inn when we were visiting the Black Hills area. We were referred by a friend in the Chicago area and we were very glad we found the Inn. Ginger was a great host, the yard was immaculate and comfortable. There is a gazebo by the creek with a stove for a nice fire on cool evenings. Our room (the Red Room) was very comfortable and had its own bath area separate from other rooms. Breakfast was very nice. The Inn is about an hour from Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore and about another 30-40 minutes to Custer State Park and Wind Cave. About 30 minutes to Sturgis and an hour east to the Badlands. We would definitely stay at the Wander Inn again when back in the area.
