I ate here last night. First thing I noticed when I walked in it smelled like cigarettes bad. There was another man saying he thought he just walked into a casino. The lady (maybe owner) said something about the online gaming room in the business that used to be next to them. The Service was fast and friendly. The customary basket of chips and salsa came. Nothing special just regular chips. The salsa was spiced just right with enough heat but was a little watered down. I ended up choosing the Bronco Special. It sounded good, sadly would not be a choice I would ever recommend to anyone unless you prefer frozen bag vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots) mixed with beef or chicken, I had beef. It totally reminded me of the Viola meals in the freezer section at the grocery store, bag sauce included. It was drenched in a salty half bourbon half teriyaki tasting sauce! If I was not starving I would not have eaten it. I wished I ordered something else. Other people's food looked good. Btw $3.50 for a Michelob Ultra is ridiculous! The menu prices for food seemed reasonable. If I ever give this place a second chance I'd order something else.

Dog shit. This is not Mexican food in any way. I ordered a taco, burrito, enchilada combo with rice and beans. They didn't even bring out the rice and beans. It literally was fatty ground beef rolled in a tortilla for the enchilada and covered in canned tomato ass. The burrito was nothing like a burrito at all. No rice, no guac, no cilantro, onions, no carne asada, just fried retarded canned animal product rolled in a tortilla then smothered in some more of that tomato ass. The taco was the same fatty meat with some lettuce on it put in an old ass shell. I took one bite and told the waitress this wasn't what I was expecting. She said it wasn't their fault that I was expecting something else. I said, it says "Mexican restaurant" outside on the sign, I was expecting Mexican food. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Before ordering, they gave out chips and salsa, MAJOR PLUS. I ordered the Bronco's Special for $8, it consisted of your choice of grilled beef/chicken, guacamole salad, and I believe it came with rice. The beef in my opinion tasted like Chinese food, I don't know why, but it did and it WAS GOOD. The only down side is that service was not good, waited forever to get someone to take our order. Y'all got -1 star for that, but everything else was good.

Great staff, food, and prices!! You need a Mexican fix head to Broncos. Great fajitas, burritos and the chips and salsa are a meal by themselves!!!

Marginal at best on my first visit. The food was ok but lacked neatness. Looked like someone on the kitchen just slopped my food on the plate. The place needs better ventilation, I smelled like onions when I left. Generally, not a clean place.

I like the food a lot, but the past few years they can't get my wife's order correct. Tonight we had a to-go order, and they forgot her drink and her taco was supposed to be beans--they gave her beef. They mess up like this way too often. And when you call them the phone is busy--ALL the time. Probably the last time we eat there. Yup.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
