Stop here on a Hot day in July.Not too busy plenty of parking and nice trees to sit under .The shake i got was thick and cold a nice treat for after work , The place was clean and the service was great.Only a mile off RT.83s easy to find.

Cute little place. I would have liked to take a tour, but time did not permit. The ice cream, however, was yummy. Sweet Willows has quite a list of flavors. I decided on the Mississippi Moon pie in the unique Snyder's pretzel cone. Having never seen this before, I had to give it a try. I do enjoy the juxtaposition of sweet to salty. This experience was okay, but as my friend said, "It's not a repeat experience." I would return for more ice cream for sure. I would just stick with the classic sugar cone.

Awesome creative and traditional flavors of ice cream and sundaes! Ice cream made on site daily. Friendly staff even when we showed up 10 minutes before closing to order from a menu we had never seen before.

I went to Sweet Willows as a graduation celebration thinking that it was a great choice. The line was not very long but the service was so slow. After waiting about 20 minutes in line we got our ice cream and sat down. After noticing a problem with our order I got back in line just to wait another 15 to get helped. After being helped I informed the teenage worker about the problem and said that, he "wasn't paying attention" and refused to fix the problem I had with my order. The trip had ruined my night and I will not be revisiting. I would rather go elsewhere.

The ice cream was very tasty (I had New York Cheesecake & Salted Caramel Praline) & the girls that waited on us were friendly & efficient. However, the inside of the restaurant/shop had a horrendous odor. We had been there before, but had ordered from the outside window. I smelled something bad then -but, there was a full garbage can right under the window & I attributed the smell to the garbage. Now, I know it's coming from inside.

I love this place because it is different from the gazillion pizza shops in York county. The sandwiches are good and there is a good selection of ice cream, sundaes and shakes.

Great sandwiches and amazing, unique flavors! The staff is friendly too. They have outdoor seating as well. We loved going here and we're planning on coming here a lot during the summer with our dogs!

The Ice Cream here is AWESOME. Fun and unique flavors made fresh daily, and a very friendly atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful, sitting out on a bench on a beautiful fall or summer day with my family eating Sweet Willow Ice Cream, it doesnt get much better than that! I highly recommend the Nutella Ice Cream Milk Shake, or the cake batter ice cream on a Pretzel cone!
