Oh, Deli D, how I miss you. I ate here more times than I can count during my YCP years - the roasted veggie and goat cheese sandwich and a freshly-made mango tea was my go-to lunch/dinner. Deli Delicious has lots of tasty sandwiches and veggie, pasta, and bean salads, including vegetarian or vegan choices, or things that can be customized to be veg-friendly. Don't see it in the case? Don't despair. They'll be more than happy to whip it up for you. Hot items like soups and homemade mac and cheese are also available in ready-to-go containers, and coffee, tea, and smoothies are some options for those who thirst. Oh, and they sell some pretty yummy gelato, too. To my knowledge, it's one of the only places in the area with gelato on the menu. As the name suggests, Deli Delicious also sells lots of freshly-sliced deli meats, imported food products, and fancy cheeses. Bummer that the fancy cheeses are a bit out of my budget. Maybe when I'm making piles of cash with my liberal arts degree, I'll stop back in and try a few out ;) A bit of a hidden gem, you've probably driven past here and not taken notice of it. Stop in next time and treat yourself to some wonderfully yummy, freshly-prepared food from this fantastic, family-run business.

This deli is worth all five stars. Possibly more. Everything was so fresh -- even the bread! Turkey with brie and apple slices is actually one of my favorite sandwich combos, but it's hard to come by. Happily, that was one of three turkey sandwich choices, and you can also get it panini-press grilled for a few cents extra. Absolutely fantastic! I so wish there was a deli like this near my house, it would be a lunch/dinner staple for me.

Stopped here based on Yelp reviews, glad we did. Roasted Mediterranean sandwich on ciabatta was delicious! Veggie soup was good. Barley Bean salad was ok. Would definitely stop again when in the area.

Deli Delicious where have you been all my life? You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. My go to is the Turkey, Apple and Brie sandwich (toasted, of course)! Their bread is super fresh and everything tastes great! Aside from the sandwiches, soups and salads--they also operate as a deli! They have a HUGE selection of cheeses and meats from around the world! Did I mention they have Gelato? If I'm in the mood for something sweet I usually pick up a teeny tiny cup of Gelato to satisfy my sweet tooth! They have everything from coconut, pumpkin spice, peanut butter, cookies and cream, lemon and everything in between! The staff are super friendly and are more than willing to help you out if you have questions! I try to get in there before the lunch rush because they get swamped (11:30 a.m. is the perfect time, no lines)! They do have outdoor seating when the weather is nice! There are a few tables inside too! Usually, I just pick up a sandwich and head back to the office to eat!

We used deli delicious for a small family get together. We ordered sandwiches and a cheese tray. They food was great! Everyone loved the sandwiches. The cheese tray was very good as well. They provided great service and had everything ready for me when I arrived and also carried everything to the car for me. I would definitely use them again!

Pulled off the highway to have lunch here after so many five-star reviews, but we thought it was just okay. Basically, an average deli with a few extra options. We ordered a turkey-havarti toasted and a roast beef untoasted, but they both came toasted. So make sure to be very clear when ordering. The selection of cheeses, pastries, etc. was impressive, but their displays are a little too cafeteria for me (huge tureens of soup, lighted glass cases.) Based on the reviews, I was expecting more charm and sophistication. Instead there were two little old ladies talking loudly about upcoming surgery and a flat-screen TV with an elaborate slide show of their menu. I learned during lunch about all the options I could have chosen, but didn't because they weren't on the handwritten boards. Perfectly fine for lunch, but don't expect too much!

Yes yes yes! Went for a long run on the Rail Trail and was starving afterwards. Searched handy Yelp for a nearby veggie sandwich shop and was SO EXCITED to find this place. The food is for sure delic! Had the goat cheese sandwich, pop chips, sparkling lemonade, and a brownie. The service is super friendly and fast. I will *definitely* be back the next time I'm in town.

Found this wonderful little deli here at Yelp and after a lunchtime visit I am SOLD! Wonderful sandwich, great cheeses and the prices were fabulous. I will be back even though I live 25 minutes away. Well worth the trip.

nice place for lunch or a quick dinner to eat there or to go. they have an assortment of ready made lunches and ones that you can order to your specification including salads, sandwiches, and paninis. they also have soup and the absolute largest selection of cheese from around the world that i have ever seen in york county. they also have a fairly large dessert case and cookies/crackers from the UK, france, etc. as well as gelato! today i had a turkey and cheddar cheese sandwich on a croissant for about $5.50. the sandwich large and filling and the croissant was flaky and delicious. the cheddar cheese was freshly sliced gourmet sharp (not your typical yellow). the gentleman who took my order and made my sandwich was very courteous and friendly. will definitely be back here!

Very good selection of Italian foods such as antipasto and dessert selection. The name implies a deli but it is more like an Italian speciality store. My wife and have eaten here several times and this is always a good choice for sandwiches. They do make sandwiches to order as well as premade ones. Selection is very good considering there are limited places like this in the area. I recommend the this sandwich which is quite delicious.

I can't believe I lived in York for 4 years and never knew about this place! The place is spacious and modern. It looks like a deli you would find in a larger city. The menu consists of typical deli offerings such as soup, various sandwiches, cake/dessert items, gelato, cheeses, ready made salads, and some snack items. What is not typical is the quality. In this area, I find that so many people go to convenience stores and chains like Subway and Rutters and what they are missing out on is the same level of quality. All the items here are unique and out of the ordinary. This is good for your taste buds, York! The sandwich I ordered was the Turkey and Apples with soft Brie on freshly made bread. It was $5.50- fair price...It was a good balance between salty and sweet and was low in fat as well. It wasn't quite as large a portion as a subway sub but thats the sacrifice you make when you put quality over quantity. It was so good! I also ordered the wedding soup which was great. Some of the best I've ever had and the bakery products were amazing too. Family owned and operated. It's worth stopping in!

This is where I go at least a few times every week for to-go dinner and lunch. Great soups, very tasty to go salads (its hard to find a really fresh and tasty grab-n-go salad, and this is the place) and sandwiches (love the turkey and apple sandwich ) . They have the best selection of cheeses around - not the most, but the best. Seating is available inside and out. Closes around 6 each day. I think they have locations in Eastern Market and elsewhere, but this is the only location I go to. Family owned - they always make you feel welcome. You can sample the deli items before you buy.
