Don't waste your time trust me!! This place used to be the gem of Springfield now it's anything to save a dollar and cheat donut lovers!! The chocolate bars use to be rich and chocolatey now there's barely enough chocolate on there to even call it a chocolate bar plus the drive-through is rude and they always try to rip you off they've ripped me off to many times!! If you need the dollar so bad just raise your prices again!! Don't give people back the wrong change and hope they don't notice and then when they do you roll your eyes I'm done with once use to be my favorite place I will never go there again!!!

listen to all these reviews there so true!!!!! the most rudest emoloyees ever and yes they do try to rob u every chance they get... i live in fall creek drove 18.2 miles to get my family breakfast,,,one way, ,,,,first thing was whrn i put a zero on the tip line she rolled her eyes went ppshh,,and was rude on good bye then,,, after getting home opening the box and seeing i recieved 12 of the 13 dounuts i ordered and then 4 dounuts i didn't even or want or like drove back 18.2 miles.. after getting there again she said werwnt you in awhile ago,,, as i told her ya i was and now am on a 72 + mile trip to get what i paid for and ordered she proceded to yell and be rude about me being irritated cause of my time i had to waste to come back due to their errors, ,,then proceded to talk major trash to me and my fiancé as we were walking out the door ,,,,, the other post are so true use to be the gem of springfield,,but now is nothing more then the slums like springfield reputation, , might as well get food from tweekers on the street i'm sure the customer service would be far more quality than that of master dounughts, ,,i strongly encourge every one to ban and boycott this place as they do not deserve anyone's hard working money,,,,,,,repeat ban this place and let's get them to close there doors,,so someone else can take up that amazimg piece of real estate and turn it into a place we can all enjoy........

Such a disappointment! Donuts were very dry and bland. And the employee working the drive-thru is extremely rude! Don't waste your time or money...

Check this place out for your morning sugar rush! Delicious donuts and decent prices. Friendly staff, too; we bought four maple bars and they threw in another one for free!
