New owner Danielle did an amazing job on our chocolate/lemon ice cream cake for our daughter and was very friendly for my wife. We've coming here for years and this was the best service and cake we have received yet and believe it's the best place for ice cream cakes as we've tried several. I should also mention the decoration was supper cute with a little princess house that had candles in it. Wow

Whether you are looking for a fun atmosphere to watch some sports or just a place to stop for a bite to eat, the White Horse Saloon delivers! This place is under new ownership and you can tell that the new owners have put a lot of TLC into the place and a lot of thought into the menu. The daily food specials are inexpensive, have large portions, and are far better than most greasy bar food. They also have a wide selection of both domestic and craft beer. It is my favorite place to watch away Ducks games, especially when they are on that elusive PAC-12 network! They even have a TV outside so you don't have to miss a minute of the game.

Always been one of our favorite places to eat especially breakfast. They have very good food and awesome service. They also remodeled and that was the one thing they needed. This is a place worth the drive from eugene and if you live in Springfield you should be here weekly like us. We drive from walterville almost every weekend to town and try to always eat our breakfast here. Very pleasant It is what you think of when you want a small town home made type of cafe.

Awesome food, Taste, portion perfect. Best staff experience i've had in a long time. Must see if come to Eugene.
The food is good, nothing spectacular. But it's a nice place to go for breakfast. I can honestly make the same thing at home. I do like the fact it's inexpensive and locally owned. My husband loves the finger steaks, which are pretty tasty. The giant pancake is obnoxious because it takes up almost an entire table. I ate there this morning and wasn't thrilled. I had diced ham and scrambled eggs. Unfortunately there was a pretty significant amount of egg shells in this, which I found about half way through my meal. I ended up spitting it up and having to rinse my mouth out several times to get it all out. So it wasn't a small amount. The owner took the meal off my bill, including the side of gravy, because I sent it all back. I didn't want a new plate because the egg shells just grosses me out. But she took care of it without a problem and apologized. So I'm impressed by that. I will go back because they do have decent food and take care of issues when they arise.
My husband and I were visiting Springfield for a job interview. After the interview we were hungry and decided to find a diner. Yelp lead us to Addi's and we are sure glad it did! The little diner was packed with patrons, we had to wait a few minutes for a table to get cleared off. To eat I had the bacon, eggs (over easy), hash browns, and an English muffin. My husband had the southwestern omelet. The portions of all the food were very generous to say the least. My husband enjoyed the southwestern omelet and my meal was as good as I expected as well. We had to wait a little bit longer than we felt we should have to receive our food, but the staff was obviously working hard and the restaurant was very busy so we really didn't mind the wait. My husband and I could not get over the prices! This restaurant gives a lot of food for an extremely reasonable price. We got both of our meals for $16 total. We would have definitely had paid more. The staff are very friendly here. The diner is cleaned and have a definitely have a "diner" feel. We will be going back to Addi's for breakfast again soon!

Great food and fast with good prices. I have only eaten here once but it was recommended by someone who knows authentic Mexican and he said it was about as close as we can get here. I'll totally keep going back, and it's a refreshing change from the cookie cutter burrito places all over town!
Good carne asada and pretty good prices too.
Food was very good. Both my wife and I enjoyed our dishes. The food came out very fast perfect if you need a quick lunch. They did need reminding to bring out two items for our party of 6.

When you are hungry, looking for good food at a value price and great service, you are looking for McKenzie Cafe in Springfield, OR. But don't try to get seated after 2 PM or on Monday or Tuesday. This little gem gastronomic perfection is only open for breakfast and lunch Wednesday to Sunday from 7 AM until 2 PM. The co-owners Isabel and Meddi have been operating this oasis of early morning culinary Americana for over twenty years. Both of the co-owners are trained chefs and have worked many years perfecting their recipes and the fun plating. The Chef owners have taken over the front of the house. Your order will be served by the owners along with a warm welcome and cheerful start to you day. The coffee is plentiful. This is a small friendly place with a high table turnover, and many loyal friends return like the salmon on the McKenzie River going home for a great meal. You will not find out sized overstuffed meals here, you will find right sized meals served fresh and hot with great flavor from a menu that does not go out of its way to confuse you with too many choices. I love the omelets and the ability to leave the carbs in the kitchen and have sliced tomato and cottage cheese instead. But then again they have the best tempura veg in the area and the home fries and hash browns are first rate.
Food is great! Usually full of more mature patrons- not loud at all!
Everything I eat here is great! Like another review said, the owners remember you and are glad you are stopping by! Staff is so friendly. Last time I had crepes with the fresh picked berries, they were excellent. The veggie omelet is my favorite and they have some of the best chicken fried steak around. Their food is REAL food, not that microwaved crap you get from IHOP or Denny's. Love this place!

Hands down best Tom Kha soup in town. I get it every time I am sick because it makes me feel so good. Menu is extensive and just about everything is good here. Definitely recommended for Thai in Eugene.
I had the "pad kee mao" (not sure on spelling) with chicken and it was amazing. This place beats the other Thai places I have eaten at before. The service was extremely good, and our waitress was especially sweet considering we all arrived a half hour before they closed. Just keep in mind when you order hot they make it really hot so if you're not into super spicy food I would recommend that you order it mild and add your own spices later.
Wow. After years of knowing there was a Thai restaurant in Springfield, I finally ate here. Saw their commercial on Food Network and thought it looked good. That was six months ago. Has been a consistent staple for our family. I thought I hated Thai food until I ate here. I guess the one place I tried wasn't good...I don't know. Great service. Great food.

I absolutely love this place; I'm sad I didn't find it sooner. I love the extensive menu and the fact that I can get gluten free pizza for my relatives as well. The Coburg Colossus is my absolute favorite, but I also enjoy coming in for a simple and fresh salad. Today was even more enjoyable because of the fact that even though the employee, Cody, was working alone while others were on a break, he was very attentive and took care of all of his customers. I enjoy an establishment that knows how to hire great workers! If you are ever in the mood for good pizza and great attitudes then definitely stop by. Thanks for the great service, Cody!
This place is amazing. Very good food and very good staff. Had a computer crash and forgot our order but made it right. I look forward to giving them my business for years to come.
This is our favorite pizza place. We were excited when they decided to open the Springfield location - much closer to home! Pizza and service is consistently good. Lots of yummy toppings, which they're always generous with! Our favorite is the Cool California Club - SO GOOD!!! They also have 3 kinds of crust - thick, thin, and stuffed (personal favorite). They also have awesome breadsticks and the cherry crisp pizza is to die for!!!

Mezza Luna Pizzeria

Reviews:
My son & I finally tried their pizza today after walking by many times. I love that they sell pizza by the slice & have many options that change daily. The pizza slice was large & tasty. Very good pizza! We also we're able to add a salad for $3.50 which was a big mistake the dressing was awful!! I tried the ranch, blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette all were nasty!! I finally ate the salad dry. Next time I'll skip the salad and order a second slice of pizza.
Alright, so this Mezza Luna location definitely experience some growing pains (see my prior review). But I have been there twice since I wrote my first review. Once on the request of the manager, who kindly gave us a credit for a pizza in an effort to prove that they could do better (and they did) and a second time to make sure that my first visit back wasn't an anomaly. Both times the service was friendly and quick. Both times the pizza was excellent. I, admittedly, have not gotten a pizza with garlic on it because of the bad experience last time. But we did get a pizza with potatoes and they were fully cooked - thank goodness. I was very hesitant to try this location again, but I'm glad that I did. The Springfield Mezza Luna has definitely redeemed itself from my prior experience. Lets hope that it continues!
Same as my other reviews of Mezza Luna. This brand has the best NY style pizza in town. Of course in a Eugene based establishment you always get served by some dude with dreads named Rainbow -- but doesn't smell like a rainbow. 3-4 dollars per slice with about 4 pizza's in the window that they will take back to the oven to crisp up. Salads are pretty tasty and healthy as well, just don't bite down on the pitted olives like I have done on more than one occasion. Luckily their are a plethora of dentists in the area if need be. This location has a lot less foot traffic than the other 2 in town so the pizza turnover is not quite as great with the pies.
