Good, standard issue travel hotel. Moderate in price, easy to find, well located, quiet, clean, personable staff. Everything you want in a standard issue hotel. We stayed three nights, returned from our adventures each afternoon to find the room had been cleaned. The WiFi worked OK. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance. Dutch Bros. Coffee is next door. We thought it was fine! On our list the next time we're in Newberg.

Well the Wifi was good. You get what you pay for. The drag was it was a nonsmoking room but I guess the shared ventilation brings the other smoking room odor to your room. Standard issue I guess is a good way to say it. It was clean, easy to park. A restaurant is nearby. I wouldn't want to stay again even at the price.

Nice, clean, friendly. I found a great price on the internet. Everything was fine. Nice, simple continental breakfast. No problem parking. Quiet.

SPARE YOURSELF! DO NOT STAY HERE. Maid knocked on our door at 8:30 AM waking us up. We then went out for breakfast and got a call 15 minutes before check-out time asking if we were leaving or staying another night because the maids had gone in our room (even though there was a "do not disturb" sign on the door) and saw our belongings still there. We felt pushed out. There were plenty of rooms available, but apparently ours was important???

Roommate and I chose this Travelodge as a low-cost place to crash after spending the day wine tasting in Dundee, and weren't expecting much. The room was clean and the bathroom was massive. It would have been great if the door lock hadn't been broken, leaving us to stand outside for ten minutes every time we needed to get in. Single king size bed was only $60 a night..great deal! Unfortunately, the deal includes sheets one size too small for the mattress that pop off in the middle of the night. They add the nostril-searing scent of disinfectant and bleach for free! Overall, it's just fine, but don't forget to moisturize before and after bed, and be prepared to spend a while trying to rip that door open.

Pretty low rent. Light in bathroom 'strobes' before turning 'on' for several seconds. Lamp in room is missing knob, so you have to plug/un-plug it from the wall.

DON'T STAY HERE! They swindle you on the price and call you a liar afterwards. I called to get a quote on a two queen bed room for 3 nights. They quoted me at $87.99 plus tax/night (and $71.99 with AAA discount). My friend called later to book the room for us and they made a reservation for her for $90+ per night. When she got there to check in, they said it was going to be more like $120/night. They upped the price 2 times!! After staying there and finding out that they were not honoring the price they told us about, I went down to talk to the manager/owner. He called me a liar and said I was "blackmailing" him. He yelled at me (I have a voice recording of this) and it was the most AWFUL customer service I have ever experienced! He finally gave us a discount (taking the tax off basically) after I told him that the beds were horrible (which they are - hard as rock). Furthermore, the pool looked gross so we didn't even go swimming. The hallways smelled, the shower had no pressure, oh and did I mention the beds?! Even though it seems like it's the cheapest hotel in Newberg, I would rather pay the extra money and stay at a place that honors their prices and doesn't yell at you when you are dissatisfied.
