Bon Appetit is a full service caterer that will make you anything you want, even if it's not on the menu. I use Bon Appetit all the time at my meeting and event center in Newberg (Windrose Conference and Meeting Center) for weddings, events, lunches, dinners, etc. They are clean, they clean up after themselves, their food is fabulous, and they have OLCC permitted servers.

Chehalem Ridge Bed & Breakfast

Reviews:
Really special location and views. My wife and I were there for our anniversary and stayed in the wine country room - which in the evening feels like you are looking out at the city lights of Newberg as if you were in a 40 story high rise in Chicago. There were deer out around the home the next morning before we had a nice breakfast (poached pears and a compote of fresh rhubarb with bacon and home-made scones/jam). While the owner/woman was friendly she was a bit quirky....telling me that I hadn't been to a place when in fact I had....but it was a private event....Nonetheless - I'd go back to Chehalem ridge. Its only 10 min from downtown Newberg and they also have coupons/discounts for tastings at many local wineries.
I can't say enough good things about this B&B! Kristen was extremely friendly and helpful, even setting us up with a car service for dinner! The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds. And the view,... Best part of this place is the view. We stayed in the Oregon Trail Room which had a large king bed and a beautiful bathroom with a huge jetted tub! The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and everything was homemade. I will definitely stay here again!
It was the first time that my boyfriend and I have ever stayed in a B&B so we didn't know what to expect. To our delight, the whole experience was pleasurable! Chehalem Ridge B&B was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, tranquil, and the perfect environment for us to have a romantic getaway. We only had time for one night, but it was an unforgettable experience. The Rose Garden room had a lovely private bathroom with a claw-foot tub that I definitely took advantage of. After my bath, I felt so pampered to put on the soft bath robes they provide with your stay. The sunset and sunrise from the private patio was breathe taking, adding to our romantic experience. I will say that our bed was an ultra comfy memory foam mattress with a cute picket-fence head board with a sturdy build, so couples don't have to worry that they might wake the neighbors with a creaking bed, lol! The entire inn was very clean, and well appointed with all the amenities one could want. The inn keeper, Kristine, helped us with suggestions for local wine tasting spots, and she can also make recommendations for the best places for dinner. What was impressive is that I told her that I do not eat dairy, and she provided dairy-free snicker doodle cookies in the evening (which hit the spot perfectly ); as well as a dairy-free breakfast for me that was scrumptious. The starter was a perfectly seasoned baked pear topped with a soy yogurt, where you could garnish it with your choice of two home made preserves. The main course was that of locally sourced, free-range eggs which she poached perfectly, atop a bed of avocado, salsa, and toast. She also baked loaves of lemon and poppy seed bread, one of which was dairy and gluten free. The other couples who shared the breakfast with us were so lovely, and also commented on how wonderful their experience at the inn had been for them. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a great B&B experience in the Oregon wine country. I can't wait to return!

My friend got me hooked a few years back and there's been no turning back. Awesome, friendly, personable girls. Extensive menu with snacks, and drinks. My kids know when we pull up they get a small Dixie cup of gummie bears and therefore love to get mommy's coffee... 5 stars no doubt
This is my favorite drive thru place in Newberg. Friendly service, good coffee and their scones are excellent.
I love sip city!!! Great great girls! But mostly I stop by and get my drink because tara is so sweet and does a great job making the coffee I love!!! Keep it up girls!!!

Super nice employees, great service! More expensive than I remember Dominos being, but it's all good!
I messed up and ordered 2 pizzas with no cheese, I ment to order 2 pizzas with extra cheese. I also ordered stuffed cheesy bread with ranch. They forgot the ranch. My daughter then decides she wants wings, so the driver said he'd be back with the ranch and wings. They also delivered my 2 pizzas with extra cheese.... NO CHARGE! It was MY mess up, but they made it right! The best customer service EVER! I'm a customer for LIFE! I'm very pleased! (I did pay for the wings). But I should have paid for the pizza too! They went above and beyond, and it's REALLY good pizza!
They've made us great pizza. Requested a street sweeper drawn on the pizza box for my kid and nothing.. Maybe another place or another time. There are pictures posted online of similar requests. Had wanted to post our own!

We live one town over and this is where we always go when we want Mexican food. The shrimp tacos are to die for and the people who work there are very nice. It won't win any awards for the decor but the food is good and the price is right. To be blunt, there are nicer looking Mexican food places in Newberg/Dundee - but none of them come close to being as good.
Have you ever needed nachos? I mean like really needed nachos and just nothing else would do? That was me a couple of days ago after being out all day wine tasting. We found Taqueria Guererro on Yelp and were impressed by the positive reviews and also by recommendations from folks in the wine tasting rooms that we visited. What sealed the deal for me was the photo of the nachos. The restaurant sort of reminds me of a cafeteria; very bare bones sort of decor but the food is awesome. The chicken nachos were huge and was plenty for two people. They also have a really good salsa bar. In addition to the nachos I ordered a chicken enchilada with mole to go and had some of that this morning and it was really good as well. Next time I'm in wine country I can definitely see myself heading back to Taqueria Guererro for lunch or to pick up something to go for later. 2014 - Review # 93
Authentic food. Not tex-mex. good prices and pretty fast service. I would never have thought about trying, but I was thoroughly satisfied. Big portions and I would come again.

This is a hidden gem. I and my wife visited WIllamette Valley in search for the best Pinot in America last labor day. We decided to stay here because all the national chain hotels were full. We loved the place. The staff was very personable, attentively taking care of all our needs. The room is very cozy and well appointed, similar to a nice hotel. The breakfast was fabulous. We did not expect to get gourmet quality breakfast in this place. Agreed with the other review that the town of Newberg is not the most happening place on earth. We would have given this place 5 stars if it has better location.
Partner and I had a wine dinner and decided to try out the Lions Gate Inn instead of driving all the way back. This was an excellent choice! The minute we walked in we were greeted and shown around the Inn. It had a very warm and inviting feel to it. Afternoon snacks and wine were available. The room was very cosy and large. Seemed like everything we could ask for was there and available. Another pleasant surprise was the FULL breakfast. It was phenomenal and had several choices! We will definitely be back and staying there for the next wine dinner! Kudo to the Lions Gate for keeping customers happy!!!
We recently stayed here on our wine journey to the Valley. We networked into the Lion and glad we did. The renovation is top notch, really fantastic with great taste. We stayed in Summer and our shower was double sized with two separate shower heads! Breakfast was outstanding and the porch is perfect. They had wine and cheese for us in the late afternoon. They also gave us coupons to wineries, which we used at two places and saved $50. Nice touch on each count. The house manager is really personable. Wi-Fi was very strong to our room and we were able to watch a Netflix show on the iPad. Newberg is conveniently located just south of Portland in the northern mouth of the valley. It isn't much of a town, but we didn't care. We had our wine tastings and then dinner at Joel Palmer's. Nice way to cap off this part of our trip. The location of the Inn is suburban, near an elementary school, so know that fact. We are big fans, and you will be too if you cater to a top B/B.

Cute place, good lunch selection, just tried a mocha and one of their baked goods, both very good except I wish the whipped cream was real. Will come back to try sandwiches and soup, they ran out of soup on this rainy day.
I have been going to the Coffee Cottage for years! Everything they serve is yummy, especially their scone! They have just in the last week or so done some much needed redecorating with great new lighting. What a big welcomed change! You will be happy you stop by!!
This is the only café that I go to in town. Whether it's for chatting with the baristas, enjoying quality drinks or food, spending time with friends, or all of the above, this is where I go. The food is reasonably priced, but the drink prices are almost too good. One price for any size of tea? Can't really beat that!

I love this place. They have delicious food. Their burgers are good. I ordered a sandwich another time, and it was superb. Their waffle fries are very tasty. Best of all? The custard! I'd never tasted custard before I tried this place.. Now I crave it all the time. If you come during winter, get the peppermint custard.
So far I've had the Sloppy Jac, Waffles Fries, and the cinnamon bread pudding deal with the vanilla custard. All were amazing! I also tried the Mac and Cheese, I think it had been sitting in the warmer for a while as it was rather dried out. BUT that won't stop me from going back at all.
Really boring and mediocre food, sandwich was all bread the small mac and cheese for $250 was slightly larger than a shot glass. The chicken tender was dry and tasteless. We didn't try the frozen custard. I would try someplace else if I were you. The only reason I give it two stars was the kids working there were very friendly.
