I thought to write a review update for this place, because I decided to go and try their food again and see if I would get a different experience. And as it turns out, yes, my second visit here was a pretty difference experience. And after reading the other reviews, I wanted to try their tacos with the pork and pineapple and I have to admit, wow, this time was really, really delicious, was very tasty, so we ordered more. Then we tried the chips and salsa and this time the salsas were the real stuff, very good!!. Then we were offered a dessert, which was fantastic, a home made flan that reminds me of the desserts I use to get when I go to Mexico, so real stuff, the service was very good as always. I think I have to admit that this place really is authentic, and focus on the quality of the ingredients and details. Yes prices are still very high, but that does not change the fact that their menu has quality and is good, and they deserve 5 stars, next time I want to try their pizza, it may be a delicious surprise!!
I seriously don't know why they don't have info, but hands down this is the best upcoming Mexican restaurant. It's better than ochoa's and don chilitos which is down the street. They actually grill the meat outside so it is as authentic as it gets. They are really clean compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. In addition they're customer service is great they attend you right away and explain the specials and what they consist of.
The food here is fantastic! Tried every kind of taco and they're all delicious! The salsa is great and it's home made by the owner. The owner takes pride in the food he makes, you can just tell. All made fresh! Very affordable prices as well. My family and I have found our new go to Mexican Restaurant, one we will come back to again and again!

Sesame Donuts

Reviews:
In my origional draft of this review I called Sesame Donuts a "chain", which I was requested to change. Apparently there's a stigma around that term. I just meant to keep your eyes out and you might see one. For giggles, I looked it up. There's no official definition for the term "chain store", but New York City says 15 stores and the Independant Restaurants of America says it's 10. So, this is a family owned store that has *only* 5 locations and is definately not a chain. The donuts have never had a lasting impression and I actually thought they were purchased from a larger purveyor until I stopped in to this location recently. There's something about the donuts that just seems very unremarkable. The basic line is about on par with 7/11 or any grocery store bakery that has their donuts delivered every morning. I also had origionally said that the donuts were fried in a sesame oil blend, hence the name. I was corrected. The donuts are fried in palm oil. Shame on me for taking hearsay as fact and perpetuating rumors! So I walk into the place, after driving by a thousand times and stopping at the coffee kiosk in the same parking lot on the daily. The walls are riddled with multi-colored confections behind glass panels protecting the pastries from rogue sneezes. The dining room to the right is furnished with several booths intended to trick you into believing that this place has ever sat more than 5 people at a time. Not even KK manages to fill an 1/8th of thier seating at a time! The counters are clean, but worn from age, topped with the latest IPad POS system that seems kind of out of place in a strip-mall donut shop, like pearls on a hillbilly. The service is a no frills exchange. Which I actually appreciate first thing in the morning right after dropping my kid off at day care and before I've had my coffee. Let's cut the theatrics and get straight to donuts? I like it. The Old Fashioned is usually my litmus test to see if a donut shop can make good donuts. It's a way to check their dough when it isn't smothered in sugar. Well, traditionally the Old Fashioned has a glaze, but for whatever reason, Seaseme's does not. Sadly. It should. The donut is dry, like a cake donut, and the glaze could have helped with this otherwise fairly bland donut. Key Lime Pie was the "donut of the day"... Oddly enough it was the donut of the day both times I went. Not sure how that works. Do they rotate according to days of the week and I just happened to be there on the same day of the week both times? Anyway, this donut was their saving grace. They get an extra star because this donut is what brought me back. The key lime filling was tart, rather than sweet. With this recipie they allowed the key lime to carry the overall pastry without trying to weigh it down with absurd amounts of sugar. The frosting was light and minimal and the dough itself just served as a vehicle for the key lime cream inside. Hardly at all sweet which is a rare find and a welcome suprise in a donut. I came back because I wanted more of this... oddly enough, it was there when I returned. Seemingly, the permanent "donut of the day." Blueberry Fritter: I asked to see it before I took one. Fritters can, at some places, be almost literally the size of a football. Sesame's is equally as large, but much thinner. They could still cut back by 25% and it would be equally as satisfying for a stand-alone 500 calorie meal for one. This one is fairly bland. More or less, it tastes like the heavy layer of sugar glaze that it's coated with. It's got dried blueberries in it, which can be tricky as dried fruit can very easily not even be the fruit that you think you're buying. Like "cranberry", if you read the package, can be dried cherries rehydrated in cranberry juice, then re-dehydrated. Which could lend to the problem of why the bluberry fritter doesn't actually taste like bluberries, or if you get an actual note, it tastes of blueberry powder that the dried fruit was rolled in, rather than actual bluberries. The coffee: Not terrible. It's Boyd's Coffee, if you're familiar. There's two varieties. Dark and medium. Very non-eccentric which may not be a bad thing. While some cheap coffees are overly bitter, or heavy on the tanins, this brew is pretty smooth. Goes down easy, but hardly a refined product. My suggestion, if you want a spectacular cup of coffe and have 10 minutes to kill, head to Black Rock Coffee, outside in the parking lot. Otherwise grab one of the Sesame house brews. I'll go back for another reluctant attempt, because it's on my way to work. But there's also 2 more donut shops also on my way to work, that just aren't on my *favorite* way to work that are just as good or better. If I can't find that diamond on the shelf, the key lime isn't enough to keep me forever. This wouldn't be the first time I've updated my review on a donut shop after several visits.
This is my family's new favorite donut shop. The donuts are always fresh and tasty. They have a great variety and my daughter (3) loves the colored options. The lady at the counter is so nice and always chats with me. I love that she obviously loves her job and shows it in her donuts. I've bought a few dozen for co-workers and they always ask me where this place is and rave about the freshness of the dough. It's a very clean establishment, price seems about right for the quality and staff is super nice. We go every other Saturday for our family ritual. We used to go to different shops but I love this one so now it's our donut spot. Plus, black rock is across the parking lot so I can grab my fav coffee at the same time.
After moving from SFV in Los Angeles I've been looking for the perfect donut and sandwich place. Sesame donuts is both. I usually get the ham, cheese and croissant sandwich the croissant taste soo fresh! All there donuts look amazing. I feel like every time I go in they have a few new donuts. I never have. Problem with there pricing. The cashiers are always really nice too. The donut holes are the bomb I've never seen jelly filled donut holes and there's are superb. Everything taste fresh!

Having lived in Houston Texas, I have enjoyed some fantastic Mexican/TexMex food. Unfortunately this restaurant does not compare to good restaurants I have been to before. The service is slow and the chips and tortillas are not freshly prepared. Overall, the fajitas were no better than we could make at home and our kids would not eat the tacos, chicken nuggets, or fries. On the upside, the Cadillac Margarita is really good...which made the wait a bit more tolerable;-) We have yet to find a really good Mexican food restaurant in Beaverton/Portland....the search continues....
My wife and I went there last Friday afternoon. Greeted by the owner Juan right away with a smile. Great menu with lots of choices and decent prices. Really fast service, the Happy Hour margarita for $2.50 was good and came within a few minutes. Three treat you just right! I had the Chili Verde and it was excellent. No less than four times they came by to see if i needed anything and to ask if our meal was good. My wife had the chili relleno with chicken, she loved hers too. GREAT happy hour!!! 3-6pm every day! These guys will make it for sure. Better food than the old Amigo's they replaced. I'm hoping they bring in live Mariachi music on the weekends. Amigos did and those were really fun times and busy too.
Went yesterday for lunch (1pm) with family and all agreed it was quite good. Service was good but the place pretty dead. I will definitely return.

been here a few times, and the food/pizza worthy of going back for. the large beers don't hurt either! The wait staff was good, but she was only one so while she was flying and trying, she was just over worked! but it was good broasted chicken, and a really nice pizza! What can you expect from a stripmall bar!
Went back three days after my first visit and spent quite a bit of time here. First, the waitress/bartender we had was super friendly and a lot of fun. Really liked her. Had a great time. Happy hour menu kept us very happy and the damage to my wallet light. Got there around 3 and it started filling up around 5. Bit everyone was mellow. Definitely looking forward to making this place a regular stop.
Great food and drinks. The karaoke is a blast and the atmosphere is good. I go there a lot and have never had a bad experience!

SUNDAY BRUNCH: Always good and consistent in quality for 11.99. Besides lots of good Mexican food, Tapatio has one of the largest cut up fresh food bars anywhere. Today we had bbq basted pork ribs, omelets and for desert a huge waffle. Btw, Tapatio has really good chips and salsa.
The complementary chips and salsa were delicious. Nice spicy blend. Their super burrito was nicely balanced, with all the fillings complimenting each other. Love their rice and refried beans. Portions were very generous and prices were more than reasonable.
Dinner was very good ,well proportions - yummy margarita . We obviously liked it

I was introduced to Peppermill by a really good friend from bowling. He said I know where they have excellent salads!! He was right!! The salads @ this sports bar are Awesome!!! I will definitely tell my friends & family. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu!!
Absolute worst service I've experienced. Brought the wrong drinks, no water, hour wait time, and the server continually sighed like she was bored. We won't be back.
BE CAREFUL! THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU! I live in aloha, and thought I'd give this place a try. After ordering, the food came fairly quickly. The food was fairly good, but nothing really amazing. The service was awful. Beyond taking my order, I never saw the waitress again. She never bothered to refill my drink. When it came time to leaving the ticket, she just casually walked by and left it on my table without saying a word. She also did something extremely misleading. While ordering, the waitress asked "Would you like bacon or sausage?" Implying it was included in the meal. When I got the ticket however, I found an added $3 charge, saying it was extra. I really wanted to stay and complain to the manager about it, but I had other things to do.

Godfather’s Pizza

Reviews:
This location gets 1 star due to the dishonest delivery driver and poor management. While I was out of town, I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my teenage daughters. I paid for the pizza with my credit card. I instructed my 15 year old daughter to give the driver a cash tip, which she did. The next day, I noticed on that in addition to the charge for the pizza order, another charge for $2 went through on my card. My daughter naively had left the tip line of the receipt blank. Apparently, the driver (female with dark hair) felt that the tip given to her was insufficient and took it upon herself to take a larger one. When I discovered the extra charge, I called the location and spoke with the manager, John, who checked the receipt and confirmed that a $2 tip had been written in. He then told me that he "doubts the driver would have deliberately done something like that." So, I suppose the driver "accidentally" stole from me... The manager was unprofessional is the manner that he handled my complaint. Essentially, he blew me off. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location, and if you do, be sure to check your bank statement.
Typical GodFather's Pizza. Service was fast and professional. Pizza was good. Though I prefer my pinapple to be chunk rather than crushed. I have always liked their pepperoni. The place was clean and inviting. I noticed they even have a drive through which is a great idea for take out or calling in orders. I'd go back.
They are better than all the pizza places in my area. Delivery is always speedy & the pizza never disapoints. I have had a few errors on my orders but after a quick call to them they immediately fixed the issue.

Went through the drive through and it was quick, friendly and the food was hot, fresh and good. I had no issues with my experience here. Did like the cool statues of the fish outside near the drive through.
They ran out of soda. Twice. Out. Of. Soda. I hate short reviews, but this location deserves few words.
Yeah it's McDonald's but I'm rating it for what it is. This is a no nonsense drive-thru efficient location that will get you in and done within 5 minute or less. Plus, well, those Egg McMuffins are pretty tasty.

I go to popeyes in NE pdx all the time. Employees there are awesome, this place, I would not go to, poor poor customer service, cashiers working here should not be upfront representing this company and if you look for the blue shirt -The Boss.....this guy is even worse, no wonder this place reflects poor service. No greet, no hello, no thank you. What do you want dude? Im on my cell phone. Heres yo chicken, now gimme yo money!!! Dont think so. Also order was messed up, along with others in lobby, at least they do something good.
I haven't been here in months now, maybe a year? My rose-colored glasses have become quite clear, thanks. The double whammy of super salty, fried processed food combined with complete incompetency in the service department can huff a choad.
Poor Service, no attention to Customer Service. Its too bad. This place is in my neighborhood and I would rather drive to another Popeyes.

I live right next to this taco bell and have been going here since i was very young. These tacos have been a simple pleasure growing up. I came back yesterday during a busy time for them because the drive thru was backed up so i walked inside to order. After ordering i sat and waited...for at least 15 minutes, i was watching the only white kid making my food...i was falling asleep watching the speed of his hands slowly reaching the ground beef. Unbelievable how they hire people incapable of working at a decent pace. The mexican manager guy (im assuming) is extremely friendly though because when he hands out the food he always has a happy expression even when its clearly busy. I will keep coming back due to the convenience of location but they really need to work on effecient management TL:DR not very fast for being fast food
The food is pretty much the same. Once in a while, I feel the urge to try some and I had a bunch of errands and got to the point where I needed to do something in this area. The employees were pretty cool at this location and it was just what I expected.
Super slow for the food you order. Will not be coming back. Drive through customers first priority.
