I know there is nothing that amazing about Starbucks... but I am totally addicted to the Chai Latte soy no water because I can be a bit pretentious. Although, I order the same thing from just about every Starbucks I go to. I realized that some stores make it taste way better than others. This Starbucks on Papillion is my new fave the people are perky and my Chai is made with love and happiness that makes it taste better to me then say the Starbucks in Bellevue. They try but it is somewhat of a drab experience there. So I don't really mind going out of my way for coffee and a smile.

While the drinks are good, today was the second time in a row that I just stood there awkwardly while no one took my order. No fewer than six people were behind the counter, and they were all standing around. Maybe the person who ran the register was in the back or something, but someone could have at least started on my drink or, you know, said "hello." The first time, I stuck it out for a little over three minutes before someone finally asked me what I wanted. This time, I just walked away. I just wanted to give you money in exchange for caffeination! Whyyyyyyyy

I always go to this place and never experience any bad customer services, but today i was very mad at "Kati". I order at the drive-through side, and when i get to the window, she told me a different order, so i told her that's not mine, i told her that i ordered a black tea. Then she closed the window, and talked to the other girl. After that she opened the window and just scan my phone while talking still to someone. And i told her that i have a free drink reward, and she was like "oh we have to press the button before we scan your phone." Then gave me my drink without saying sorry and closed the window. I been to several Starbucks for years, but rarely leaving the store with anger. Im very disappointed.

I recently went and sometimes their flavored lattes taste different, I find their not consistent in preparing coffees, I am disappointed after spending $4.44, and it tastes like burned coffee w / syrup. I give it this rating , because service is friendly and their food is acceptable, but I'll look else where for coffee

Whether I like it or not, I'll always be a Starbucks lover. Get an iced coffee and substitute the classic syrup with raspberry syrup. Add a little soy milk and you've got a great summer drink. PS staff at this location is super nice. They seem to enjoy their job and that makes it a nice location to walk into.

Quick service, drinks are usually pretty good. Have had a few made incorrectly but overall a good Starbucks. Sometimes the drive thru line is long but most of the time it moves pretty fast. One person here does not listen at all when you make an order, however. Always gets it wrong.
