The wings are always consistent and service is good... Its always loud and busy but its a place to watch sports, so that comes with the territory.

The bartender was not too friendly, and the artichoke dip was sad and watery. But as always, BWW is a fun atmosphere with good beer choices

Terrible service. We waited almost an hour for our food (salads and boneless wings). The place was not busy either! So disappointing.

Typical sports bar wing joint. Lots of TVs, a bar, and overpriced chicken wings. Buffalo Wild Wings (aka B-Dubs or BW3) has been doing it longer than most. Wings have gotten bigger. For a while it was looking like they were serving sparrow wings instead of chicken wings, but they've increased the size. Of course, that also means you now get 5 wings instead of 6 in a small order. My favorite sauce is Caribbean Jerk. Sweet but spicy. It has a good heat level where you can get a nice burn but still enjoy the flavor of the sauce and the chicken. D-bags order Blazin' to look cool to their friends. I am also partial to the buffalo wedges with cheese. Very tasty, but an up charge to their lunch specials. Your bill can surprise you here. Order some wings, order some sides, order some beers, order some more wings, and then get a ridiculously large bill. Food here adds up quicker than you may think. Order 10 wings, some wedges with cheese, and a draft beer and your bill is going to be pushing $20. So, don't eat here with the intention of having a cheap meal. It never works out that way. Jennifer is a fun waitress and we enjoy giving her crap when we dine there and she takes it like a champ. Service can be pretty slow when they're busy (I've waited an hour on wings before), but go at non-peak times when there's no major sporting event on (e.g. weekday lunch) and you'll get a decent level of service. This place is pretty sane for a weekday lunch. However, in the evenings and on the weekends it can get so busy that between obnoxious patrons and the televisions you cannot even hear yourself think let alone have a conversation at your table. This is a sports bar and a wing joint, but primarily it's a sports bar (i.e. a place where people come to consume copious amounts of alcohol while watching their favorite teams play). I wouldn't really call it a family restaurant. So, please do your kids, yourself, and your fellow diners a favor and do NOT bring children under the age of 12 here to eat. Yes, I am a parent of a small child too and I still feel that way. This is NOT a family restaurant. Don't let the kids menu fool you.

So I was in Omaha for the night and wanted a drink to watch the Cards game. Came here and the place was dead at 11 pm on a Thursday night. My food came out late and cold but the bartender was really nice. Prices weren't bad but it's a typical chain.

Food was ok but one of the staff seemed annoyed when we asked for water refills for the kids. She literally stood for about a minute dumbfounded about the request. She then asked another server to bring them over because I guess she didn't want to appear back at our table. Then we heard her talking about how we were needy and rude! Since when is asking for water rude??? Completely unprofessional!

Stopped in for dinner on a random Wednesday night. Staff was on point. Our server Ashlee was lightning quick with our drinks, appetizers and orders. It was busy for a Wednesday so I give big kudos to the entire staff and the manager swung by to check on everything. Having eaten at several locations this one has the best servers and service. Highly recommend!

Much less crowded than the cornhusker B-Dubs. Better service too. Foods been good every time. They just need to start playing SF Giants games here. They have a large fan base in Omaha, right?

I have had both great and horrible experiences here. All of the bad times were do to inexperienced servers. The food here is good, but the staff is not always attentive. I have stood in line waiting to get a seat only for my turn to come up and a group of a staff members friends to be allowed to take my turn even as my buzzer is going off in my hand. That has happened three times. Other than that the food is great. I love that they always have a new sauce to try. The place has a great menu and I challenge you to try non wing items because they are just as good if not better than the wings. This location just disappoints me 50% of the time and when they drop the ball they do it in a very dramatic fashion. I go here frequently just because it is so close to where I live and right across from my work. I prefer the one in 144th street.

Ranks good compared to other B-dubs. Service was really great, the manager was out helping the servers which is always a good sign. Plus I learned every night is mil discount night!

I've lived up the road for about a year now. As a date night for my husband and I, before moving to Papillion we ate at the Council Bluffs Iowa restaurant very often. To the point people/workers started recognizing us. So we order from this one to pick up, carry-out, a lot now and every time I am disappointed. The wings are sloppy. I ALWAYS have to ask for extra sauce on my wings, if I don't, I feel as if I am eating fried chicken. No sauce. The most recent time we ate in the restaurant for a date night. I ordered my usual. Medium size of hot flavored wings. They came out a different kind. It was like as a hot bbq. I was upset, and said, this isn't what i ordered. I asked if mine could be remade. They brought out another order. And still the one kind. My husband was done eating by that time. And we were ready to go. I asked for extra sauce, just so the leftovers I had. I could try the hot sauce they gave me. As I returned home I placed the leftovers in the fridge, leaving the sauce out. Dipped a spoon into the sauce to taste. It was not the hot sauce. I felt like I was eating franks red hot wings sauce. Gross. Needless to say, we don't order it anymore. Also, the waiters and waitresses, seriously need a ton more of training. Terrible training. My husband walked up to the bar to get a refill on his drink one experience. And if we do want buffalo wild wings, we go to Council Bluffs location.

I have eaten at BW3's all over the world and this is a first. Worst wings I have had. Little to no sauce on the wings my nephew's order was messed up. I was done eating before the correct wings were brought out. On top of it all when the correct wings were brought out they looked like ours should have looked.

This place use to have great service. But over the last year the teenagers have been trained less and less. Maybe it's just the piss poor attitude they have. I used to come to this location about twice a month sometimes more but now I'm lucky if I go once a month and when I do go I always wonder why did I go there. The last 4 experiences has ranged from rude hostess staff, food never being put in even though ordered, dirty celery, cold food and a dirty floor. Our table on this occasion after being sat had French fries, food and other condiments all over the floor. They were just to lazy to clean it up. The worst part is we waited 35 minutes and our buzzer never went off and we sat right in front of the hostess table, about 12" from her. When I asked how much longer she said oh we buzzed you but you never came up. Really? I was sitting right here and this never came on. Her response was "well we buzzed you and you didn't answer"

I do not know why one of my coworkers likes this place as the food and sauces are mediocre at best. I probably should have tried the wings, but for lunch during work I prefer to eat less messy food. I got the chicken sliders which is two dinner rolls with some Tyson chicken strips in them. The sauce I had with them was OK, but not as hot as I thought it would be off the chart they had on the menu. I did get the onion rings with them which were more the way I like, but not he best I have had. Atmosphere was different and noisier than I would have thought with the amount of people inside. Food did come in a reasonable time though. I also tried some of the nachos which I did not enjoy how they made them. Chips and toppings were not the quality they should have been. Overall a "Meh" experience as I have had much better food for the price at locations with similar setups. They do have decent onion rings and what seems to be a nice selection of sauces.

What is there not to like about Buffalo Wild Wings? Of course I ordered wings but I also ordered cajun fries based on a recommendation from my waitress. Wow those cajun fries were on point!

The wings aren't bad, for a major chain, although as any wing aficionado will tell you, they're far from great. This location's food is pretty much par for the BWW's course. Decent, though not great, bar food at an expected price. The reason I've decided to review this particular location, though, is the bartending. I'm not sure if the fault lies with the recipes they're using, or if the bartenders simply don't know what they're doing, but I've never ordered a mixed drink here that I made it further than halfway through. If you must drink with your meal here, just get a beer.

This BWW is as good as any other. Might be a little better cause it is newer then the one in Bellevue.
