Man, this place is goofy-lookin'. If you sit inside the dining room, you'll notice there's a weird slope to the floor leading up to the kitchen. There's also a pull-up bar in that doorway. I guess the chefs work out while not grilling up burgers? Anyway, I had a bison burger that hit the spot after a long day of hiking. The bacon was ON-POINT. If you're looking to refuel after a day at Yellowstone, this is a good option. Note: To get to the restroom, you'll need to go outside the dining room. It's around the back.

If you're staying in Gardiner during your trip to Yellowstone, you have got to eat here! Hands-down best burger I've ever eaten. I ordered the bison burger which consisted of a 1/2 lb of juicy tender bison, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and red onion, all piled on a soft bun, grilled with butter, that was just dense enough to hold its own against the burger behemoth. Not to be outdone, the hand cut fries were thin and crispy, salted perfectly, and were probably fried with bacon fat. No ketchup needed on the burger or fries as everything was so delicious as is! Topped the meal with a tasty Graham Slam milkshake. The meal total came to roughly $20, but was worth every penny. We ate outside on the picnic tables, looking out over the breathtaking Gallatin mountain range. The only bad part of this meal is that we're leaving town tomorrow and won't get to eat here more than once! So sorry I can only give 5 stars, it's worth so much more.

This place is all around fantastic! I started with a Moose Tracks milkshake (which had mini peanut butter cups in the bottom) then a burger with all the fixings. The burger was the best I have had in a long time; perfectly cooked fresh patty topped with melted pepper jack cheese, thick sliced bacon and sautéed mushrooms on a toasted bun. The fries did not disappoint either- thin, crispy and delicious. On top of all this, the service was wonderful. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, even bringing me a to-go cup for my shake. The only downside is that I don't live close to here, I would eat here all the time!

Burgers are big and really good. Get the bison burger. Lean and juicy, and very well seasoned. All burgers come with fries that are the perfect accompaniment. Service is nice and patio is great for a summer's evening dinner, even had a deer walk up next to us while we sat there. Good cap to a long road trip tour of the national parks. A little pricey but for good food I can look past it.

Go for the burgers...bison, beef or elk and moose track shakes. Beautiful scenery. Service & decor nothing special (a little pricey).

Good food. Basic accommodations. Not a place for a big sit down dinner but the food is very tasty. I would eat here again if I were passing through.

Burgers so excellent we came back two nights in a row! I enjoyed the bison more than the elk burger. Side of fries were also good, as was the side salad. Meats are local and sustainable. Great stop into or out of Yellowatone's north entrance!

It's nothing special to look at but the joint is right along the river at the base of the mountain. Best burgers around

Good food. Definitely not the hateful delicious burger it used to be, but acceptable.

Excellent burgers, and the service was great. It sure looked like this was where all the locals get burgers. We had to look for a new spot to eat. On our previous stays we ways ate at the Cowboy Cafe in Gardiner. It's now been converted to an upscale nightspot. The Corral is definitely a find.

Good burgers but incredibly expensive. Burgers and shakes (actually 3 shakes, one sparkling water, and one glass of water) for lunch for a family of 5 = $86. Over the top pricing, if you ask me.

Delicious burgers and fries! We got a malted milkshake that was yummy also. They had some tasty looking salads on the menu also. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Nothing to boast about here. Burgers are big but over cooked even though requested MR. Really depends on your burger preference. If you like them thick and juicy, you will be disappointed. If you like your burger well done, eat here. Nice outdoor seating which is why they can charge you $15 for a bison burger and fries.

Loved this place so much, stopped in both ways on and out of Yellowstone Park. Great shakes, burgers, and truly nice people. Service with a smile, clean, neat... A true gem! I rarely write reviews but these people were just so hardworking And great I had to!

Not a bad place for burger in a small town, price is reasonable, girls work there are nice and friendly. We will go back again.

Good burgers, though not sure I buy that it's a half pound patty, but they're plenty big. Appreciate their locavore mission. Both elk and beef burger were good!

Excellent burgers, fries, and milkshakes; great service; lovely place to sit outside and have lunch (even during a hail storm, since there's a covered patio). I really appreciate that they offered to make a small burger for my son, even though there isn't a small burger on the menu. They also have a kids' play area outside with toys, which made our meal a lot more leisurely. We were in Gardiner for the afternoon, and this place was recommended to us for lunch. On a side note, for a burger joint, it was spotlessly clean.

Good food, Good people. Simple, yet genuine, and definitely worth the stop! Don't waste time searching for breakfast elsewhere as we we did, head straight to the corral. It doesn't look like it, but they do have inside seating.

The Corral was absolutely perfect. I can't recommend it highly enough. Simple food, done right. Massive, 1/2 pound burgers made with bison, elk, or Angus beef grilled to juicy perfection. We tried the bison and the beef; both were wonderful. The burgers come with a generous (but not overboard) pile of crispy, fresh, hand-cut natural fries. The ice cream milkshakes are thick and well portioned. Moose Tracks = chocolate ice cream with fudge and peanut butter cups. If you're in Gardiner at mealtime, eat at the Corral. You won't be disappointed.
