Had a strange layout...like it was 2 restaurants and one was under construction. Food was really good, seemed home made and made to order. Wish they were open later, seems like they close early most days, would go more often if they were open later.

I've been coming here since 2007, it used to go under the name Holmes Rd Diner. I usually get their delicious omelets with home fries, occasionally hash browns. Great food for a very reasonable price.

I transferred to a new location for my job in February of this year, and eat at this place in a regular basis since it's right across the street....so regular that the waitresses recognize my voice when I call! So far everything I've tried has been great! Every waitress I've dealt with has been awesome and the owners are very nice!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice little diner!

I've been going to the American Grille for quite some time now. It's an awesome little diner. The staff is friendly and the food tastes great. Their breakfast specials are awesome. My partner and I can both order breakfast and a drink for around $10 (their breakfast specials end at 11:00AM). I usually order one of their burgers with felafel patties substituted instead of a beef patty. Their felafel patties are delicious. The atmosphere is nice. It's rather casual, lots of regulars, pretty much what you'd expect from a diner. I'd absolutely recommend checking them out if you're in the area!

This restaurant is my favorite place. I love their food. Their home fries are out of this world! I had the hoagie for the very first time and it was excellent! They have delicious omelets also. The staff is very friendly.

A typical coney-like place. Stopped i here for some lunch...fish sandwich, fries, coke. These were done as best they can be, at least they were not screwed (over/underdone) up. On more positive notes, the restaurant was pretty clean. More positives were the prices and staff. The food was a great deal and the waitress, et al, were efficient and freindly. A good place for a good, inexpensive meal.

This place has been, and will continue to be my favorite diner. I feel so at home here! Though I'm a regular at this point, I remember it didn't take long for the wait staff to remember my drink order and have it ready for me as they brought menus. My favorite things about this place are their friendly wait staff, amazing breakfast specials, and their adaptability regarding my vegetarian needs. The food is nice and affordable; especially their breakfast specials. My partner and I can get two specials and one drink (I always get water) for $10. That's not bad at all. The menu options are what one would expect from a diner; American breakfast staples, burgers, fries/onion rings, a few other sides, and a few Mediterranean dishes including falafels and hummus. My partner and I are vegetarian, and they're always more than happy to make substitutions with our food. He'll get a burger with falafel patties instead of beef. I get the falafel wrap with hummus. The falafel patties are flavorful and have a nice texture. They've got shakes, smothies, soups, salads, and deserts. I think there's something for everyone here. Definitely recommended if you're in the area!
