This is by far my "FAVORITE" middle eastern restaurant! I eat here almost every Friday. I have eaten @ nearly every middle eastern restaurant in greater Dearborn/Dearborn Heights area over the past 20 years, & not 1 comes close to Beirut Gardens meat shawarma, "it is PERFECT!" Fottoush is the "BEST!" Toom (garlic sauce) is "GREAT" also. Bread is really good. Fried Kibbee is "GREAT!" The only negative that I have is that their hummus is inconsistent, sometimes it is not as firm as others. Do yourself a favor & go. "LOVE IT! "

Way overpriced. Their online menu prices are all incorrect. I thought my carryout order was going to be about $30 and when I got there they said it was $40. The 2 girls ringing me got an attitude with me when I questioned the total and told them what it says on their online menu directly from their website. They rudely said 'well the online prices are wrong'. Okay, and how is that my fault?!? The food was definitely not worth the price they are charging. The fried kibee dinner was $14.99 and it came with only 3 pieces of kibee and they were undercooked. The hummus was terrible. The falafel was burnt. The fattoush was mediocre. The kafta and tawook were good, but not good enough that I will go back. I guess I'll just have to drive to Dearborn for good Middle Eastern food.

Having been in Chicago for 10 years, I missed this place tremendously. Nothing compares, and their authenticity was even validated by a couple I met out in Chicago who had randomly been there. Long story, but this place is delicious, and awesome well before the remodel! Recommendation for the chicken shwarma.

Visiting from out of town and thought I'd stop by, based on other reviews. Chicken shawarma sandwich is only $3.49. The food is very very good and quite affordable. Tried the shawarma combo. A+ Definitely recommended!

Ordered the chicken shawarma lunch special,8.99. they would not add extra rice since I was passing on the soup and babaganoosh I did not think this asking much.. Since rice is cheap I thought this was pretty low. But when the chicken.came it was like boiled chicken . Not grilled n seasoned like Sharma should be. Left a dollar and walked out. Won't be back .

Excellent food. Beirut Gardens was the first Lebanese restaurant in the downriver area and still one of the best. Absolutely the best Raw Kibbeh I have ever had. Great, fresh bread too. Excellent job!

I have had a carryout from this excellent Lebanese restaurant 5 of the past 7 days! Excellent middle-eastern food, and that is saying a lot considering this is not far from Dearborn. Everything is prepared with the utmost.....I dunno....love? Truly delicious! I have had their Shish Tawook, Chicken Ghallabah, Fatoush, Hummous, Carrot Juice, and Lentil Soup.. It was all first rate, but the prices were very affordable, especially considering the very generous portions. I live nearly 60 miles from this establishment, but pass by it frequently as I travel to Ohio a lot. I will visit this place pretty much every trip, which works out to a couple times a week!!!

I've been here twice. The first time was fine. Quick service, good food, on par with other Arabic restaurants. The hummus was decent, the bread was great. Second time was less than stellar. Ordered the exact same thing, shish tawook sandwich, small lentil soup, small hummus. Soup was good, sandwich was ok, hummus tasted off and smelled spoiled. Gave back the hummus, didn't get charged for it. How do you screw up hummus? That's one of the main reasons to go! I won't be going back. There are better Arabic restaurants to choose from.

Went here for years. Moved to Cali and make this a must-stop when we travel back to visit. The garlic sauce is addictive. The chicken shawarma is fantastic. Wish they delivered to Orange County! Miss you...

I love this place! They are extremely affordable and their portion sizes are large. The service is always fast and friendly. We come every week and are not disappointed.

Generous portions and great food from what I've tried so far. I would highly recommend the meat shawarma. The fresh bread and garlic sauce they give you as an appetizer is addicting and delicious.

My mom suggested this little gem. The shawarma was awesome. The garlic dip is the best I have had in years. I'll be a regular :)

Our favorite Middle Eastern restaurant. Great fresh made pita bread served with garlic sauce. We like to order hummus, Greek salad, chicken or shrimp ghallaba, and the shish combo (1 lamb kabob, 1 chicken tawook and 2 kafta kabobs). They cook the kabobs perfectly.

So super overpriced. I can go down the street and get food that tastes better and is affordable. The $4 lemonade killed me!

This place isn't half-bad, honestly. It's usually not stupidly busy, so you are usually seated immediately. The portions are enormous (a meat shawarma entree can easily feed two hungry adults with leftovers very likely), the food is very flavorful, & you get bottomless garlic sauce with warm, fresh-baked pita (be careful or you will fill up on bread before your meal comes; I do this EVERY time). My only real complaint is the service. Occasionally you'll get some really great people to help you out (there are a couple of girls there who really go above and beyond; didn't catch names, unfortunately), but sadly, more often than not, your waitstaff is going to neglect to bring you napkins or refill your drinks, and may seat you at a perfunctorily-bussed, crumb-smeared table. So...not outstanding, not worthy of five-stars, but it safely earns 4. I do purposefully make the drive out here (at least 20-30 minutes one-way) to come here, so that should say something. The food does make up for almost any hiccups in service.

TERRIBLE dining experience. HORRIBLE service. My mom, dad, sister and I went for a special occasion and arrived about 25 minutes before closing thinking they closed an hour later. The waitress wouldn't seat us. She said we could only order carry out. We were annoyed, but ordered our food. She got my dad's order wrong and put it in as an appetizer instead of a dinner. When we pointed this out to her, she said it was too late to fix it because they already started cooking it and the portion was larger than the dinner. I asked if she could still give him the soup and side that came with the dinner with it and she said "No" that she would have to charge full price for both. My sister and I ordered the "fresh squeezed" lemonades with a coupon, that retail on the menu for almost $4. My sister saw the waitress use a Countrytime powder and add water. It tasted terrible, like yellow water. I asked her how could they advertise it as fresh and she said they "ran out" of the fresh squeezed. We paid and got ready to leave and I told the waitress I was very unhappy with my experience and listed the reasons why. Instead of apologizing, she said "well, you didn't have to come here." I asked to talk to the owner. She tried to tell me the cook was the owner and thought better of it. I asked for his phone number and she gave me a card with the carryout number. I gave up and left. The food tasted fine, but I will never return here.

Food is decent but the staff give a strong douche bag vibe that made me not want to go back. Thankfully Taza Fresh opened pretty close to this place with much better food and service.

Not the best Schwarma I've ever had, but it'll do in a pinch. I can't travel back to my home country (Dearborn) everyday for lunch, but this place has a good enough middle eastern flair to remind me of it.

The food here is really good. I used to work in the area so I would frequent this place for lunch. The fatoosh is yummy and I love the majadra. There pita sandwiches are also very tasty and affordable. Very good Middle Eastern food and good smoothies as well.

I have never been into this establishment. However, I have had carry out various times and the food is top notch, and service is super fast. I send my staff to pick up food, and we do not even need to order ahead of time, they are quick with ordering on the spot. The lentil soup is AWESOME, and the hummous with pita bread and garlic is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

One of my favorite parts of going home is nummy and cheap Middle Eastern food. This place rocks, it's all hidden in a strip mall but has extremely friendly staff, delicious food. Authentic Lebanese cuisine, for a really affordable prices. The lentil soup is to DIE for.

I'm recently new to eating this type of food. What I've found is that some of it is great, and some not so much. This place falls squarely into the former category. I stopped in here recently with some of my coworkers, and the meal was amazing. The food is fantastic, it was my first time ever trying a chicken schwarma. You get soup, rice, a salad, hummos, pita bread and garlic spread all for under $10 on the lunch special. We had about 10 people, and were still served in a very short time. The place was quiet enough that we could enjoy our group conversation, but remained quite busy during the lunch rush. I'll definitely be coming back often.

Food is really good. We love their Shawarma and platter. Food has lots of flavor and perfectly cooked. I am not a fan of their service (knocked off one star). I was made to wait for 20 minutes for 4 Shawarma. I think there is a chance for them to improve on service. Its a must try for middle eastern food.
