This is not the place to go if you've just started a diet! My son ordered the Honey BBQ with no spice. He dug in so quickly until I couldn't get a picture! He said that they were delicious. I had just started my new eating plan aka diet, so I ordered the Ceasar Salad. It was good. We ordered carry-out (wings-24) the next night to share with friends.

This is the second time I have been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was really pessimistic about it. Now I am just upset with myself for having paid for a second mediocre meal at this chain. When wings is part of your name you would think there would be a great deal of concern as to the quality of the wings and their taste. I am kind of old-school when it comes to wings and order traditional Buffalo style wings spiced medium. Som I am surprised when they are blistering hot, so much so that they mask any flavor the wings might have. My dinner companion ordered the boneless wings with garlic spice which should have also been a medium spicey sauce but this was also so hot it covered over any taste they would have had. Too hot to enjoy. We also had the spinach artichoke dip and we're kind of annoyed at the cardboard bowl these were served in. The waitress was fine and refilled the lemonade my companion ordered but went missing when it came time to bring the check and then to pick up payment. The wings on top of being overly spicey also tasted like they were re-heated, re-cooked. Food is really almost not edible and far too expensive for that to be the case.

This time I went in here and they were packed. There was already a line but my group had already reserved a large table for 15. It was the day seniors finally graduated and walked the line, since the school was right down the street I assumed it was packed. I get there. So I'm sitting there for about ten minutes and then a waitress finally comes to our table. She gets our drinks about 15 minutes later, but she asked everyone what they wanted to drink and totally skipped my aunt. Our order was large and took about 1 1/2 for it to get to our table, and the boneless wings have changed. There is barely any sauce on them and they were very hard to chew. But our waitress said I smelled good and she asked what cologne I was wearing, (Versace) and I thanked her. But overall I was not satisfied with the food here point blank. They have gone downhill for a few years.

Now I know why this place is such a low score. Watched a young lady get verbally abused by some d bag with a pubic looking beard. The mangers were ineffective puppets in stemming the abuse. I ended up paying not only my bill but the tip for the cock holsters that were being rude and disrespectful. I'm sad knowing the chubby blonde manager probably pocketed my excess. This is a franchise and I hope their corporate sees this. People don't quit jobs they quit managers. Her name was Sarah. I hope she leaves n goes straight to your competitor.

I've been here several times before but never really had anything to say about it, but my last visit was ripe for the negative yelping. I was met with the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant that I beforehand found mostly pleasant and enjoyable. The whole time I'm sitting there taking mental notes amidst my stewing anger and impatience. My wife and I stopped here to get a quick meal of 24 boneless wings and two pops. Total time in the restaurant for this simple meal: 1 hour 35 minutes. No, we weren't slow eaters; no we weren't sitting around talking; no we weren't watching a game. The service from our server was exceptionally bad. She was serving three other tables that included two parties of four and the corner booth. And, then there was the forgotten duo that consisted of my table. The two of us couldn't get her attention to save our lives. There was a 30-minute window where she did not acknowledge us at all, despite going around to her other more populated tables. It was very annoying. Then, a family of 8 came in to sit at the corner booth, and she literally dashed to their table and waited on them hand and foot (obviously sensing a good tip for the large group). I had to catch her as she walked by and asked for a box; she said okay. But, then she turned around to take the drink order for the family that hadn't even taken off their coats yet. Okay, what's quicker? Grabbing us a box so we can leave or taking a drink order for a large group that isn't even ready? My wife said we should just go, but I wanted to see how long it would take to get a simple box. It took over 15 minutes for her to bring us a box! As far as taking my bill, thankfully a manager came over with the routine "is everything okay," and she cashed me out. No, my server was not overwhelmed. Did I simply get a distracted or inattentive server that night and shouldn't take it out on the restaurant as a whole? It was rather quiet in the restaurant that night, but my god, the service was pathetically slow. I've worked in restaurants before, and I guarantee she had the "oh, those two aren't going to tip well, so let me give my attention to my larger groups." A routine meal that shouldn't have taken longer than 30 minutes to get in and our pretty much consumed out whole night. I will not be going here anymore.

My husband and I have ordered carry out from this location on several occasions. We have never dined in. The food has always been good. We usually get boneless wings and a side of potato wedges. We try a new sauce each time. My husband likes the mild and sweet bbq. I like the parmesan garlic. The potato wedges are really good too. The service is always good (again, we've only ordered carry out so I can't speak to the dine in service). They always open up everything and show it to me before I leave to make sure they got everything right. They've never missed anything. They're always friendly and efficient. My order is always ready in the time they say it will be when I order over the phone. I will definitely continue ordering carry out from this location. I prefer not to dine in because it is quite loud and crowded on most nights.

Guess I should have read reviews before stopping here. Service is poor and doesn't matter if there's a game on, or busy. My mistake was ordering at the window then getting a table. Guess if you don't order from wait staff they can pretty much ignore you. Yes food was good, atmosphere pleasent, and yes they missed out on additional sell. I sent a message to corporate website to suggest all wait staff greet anyone sitting at their table and introduce them self, and to see if additional service required. I came away with a very bad image of this BWW. I gave 2 star for food and fun, they lost the other 3 to first expression being poor

Don't bother. We went to celebrate St.Paddy's Day and the bartender couldn't even make an Irish Coffee. He sent out two short mugs of coffee with no whipped cream filled with Coffeemate and little else. We cancelled the nachos and hightailed it out of there when even the NTN boards didn't work. They were encrusted with food and were too disgusting to touch.

This place sucks. I've been there more than a handful of times and it's always the same crappy service. The waitress comes to the table, takes your order, brings your drinks, brings your food, then brings your bill. I've never had a server come and ask how my meal was, or see if I need a refill (which I ALWAYS do.) In today's economy, we choose carefully where to spend our hard-earned money, and the waitresses at this location do not try very hard to earn tips. Oh and to add to this location's charm, on my last visit in May I got a hair in my wings. And the server never came to our table because she'd already dropped off the bill, so I had to contact a manager. He took it off the bill but I was still annoyed I couldn't speak to my waitress first. I've never been to any other Bdub's locations and I DO love their wings, but I won't ever go back to this location. It's lacking in service, which is what I care about above all in a restaurant.

I am a girl who loves to eat. I could probably eat more than most men out there.. yes...men. I appreciate what BDubs brings to the table!! I am a frequent-goer of this buffalo wild wings, and it's a great place to catch up with someone, run into several other people you know, all over a drink and some wings! This is the monthly let-loose place for me and my fellow coworker friends! It's a sports-bar, yet kid friendly on wednesday nights when they have a clown entertainer! Heck, bring the kids anytime...there is a side wall with a big screen that separates the smoking section and the non-smoking =) Oh, and you HAVE to ask for Mark! He's my all-time favorite server. He probably graduated to bartender now, but if you don't have children with you, sit at the bar and order from him!! I would ask for him everytime, because he was THEE only one who would ever let me order a kid's meal. Okay, you're wondering why I would order a kid's meal when I just got done saying I could probably eat most guys under the table... well let me tell you why: my tongue can only take so much of the blazing sauce and I doubt Bdubs would like to run out of ranch dressing! So, I order a kid's meal, savor it up, alongside some celery and potato wedges kindly dipped in sour cream. Delish. Granted, it's a sports bar, so if you want to get a seat for a big game, UFC fight, or event....you better plan on being there early. People like to eat, drink, and stay awhile when at BDubs. Get sucked in while playing a game of poker or trivia on the handheld computers that correlate with the TV on-screen game. Great place for a casual date. And don't worry, there's no dancing!! They even have patio seating for the couple weeks that Michigan has nice weather. Don't forget to go on Free Wings Night [order 8, get 8 free] and 40 cent Boneless wings!!!

This was very average. In spite of the lomg wait the food was decent . What brought this review score way up was the fact that they still serve Pibb soda. A couple more Pibb and Meyers rum later it would be five stars.

Maybe I am silly, but not everything should be looked at as some great restaruant with great food. Some people love the simple life... some people even live it. For those people they make dive bars, sports bars, and coney island. I think these places should be rated as such as to how they fall into their genre. I do not fit in here, it is not my territory. My testosterone levels are normal, I have paid more than 10 bucks for a bottle of shampoo, and I have applied make-up on my sister once. I still have my moments though and those moments happen every time UFC announces another event. If you love watching a good fight and having a "cold beer", than this is your spot. The atmosphere is concurrent with any average sports bar, as is the decor, fair, and patrons. Budweiser is on the top of the charts, Ed Hardy is the T shirt of choice, and your arm candy should be equiped with fake Chanel bag. The wings are very good once you have found your sauce. The blazing and the hot are both a little spicy, the asian zing is a little sweet for me, and jamacian jerk is a bit peppery... just the way I like it. I normally order the blackened chicken salad which is nothing special. It is a premade salad with a blackened chicken breast on top. I was at 4 stars up until I hit this paragraph, I then went and deducted 1. The bar is just... blasphemous I think would be the word. How can you have a bar with no Johnnie Walker? To compensate one single malt scotch does not count for much. I am sure they have plenty of jager, but not everyone lives to crush redbull cans off their face. That is my only real beef with the place. So if you like sports, and UFC fights in particular, this is very much the place. For any big event you are going to want to get here quite early though. My group trys to get at least one person here around 5 or 6 for a 10:00 pm fight time.

Love the wings, but the lack of drink specials and extremely terrible service kills my desire to sit and eat. I usually just order take-out, less bros disrupting my hockey for their UFC crap.

OK, not the place to go to eat healthy. :). But, I am obsessed with one meal, and one that is not on the menu anymore, but they will make for me when I call, the Shrimp Queso Wrap with Caribbean Jerk sauce and tortilla chips. To die for. I always order carryout, and they are quick and get the order correct. The couple times I have eaten in, service was kinda slow, but friendly.

The atmosphere can be a little loud with the music blaring and football games on TV, but Buffalo Wild Wings IS a "sports bar" and a restaurant at the same time. The wings are delicious, but a little pricey. Be prepared to WAIT for a table on any day when a major bowl game, the World Series, or the NFL Playoffs are on! Great place for dinner and a movie - the MJR Southgate Cinema is just a couple minutes away from the restaurant. Visit buffalowildwings.com for additional locations.

Enjoy going to a bdubds for some old fashion chicken wings and a beer while having several flat screen tvs have live sports (including spelling bee, which was on while we ate). The service needs some work but what do u expect with a waitress having abunch of tables and trying to make their tips. We waited alittle longer than I liked before someone came up and asked me if I wanted something to drink. The rest of the service was fine with our waitress being very friendly by sitting in the chair next to me while taking my order. However, I have never had that happen unless I was at a local hooters with a girl in something skippy trying to flirt with me to get a good tip. The food came at a decent time for being so busy and being there for happy hour was great. All and all the place is fine....just another place that has made its landmark and people go there for the food and atmosphere and not the service.

I tried really hard to find a reason to give this establishment two stars. I really cannot wrap my mind around how much this restaurant fails. The service is so terrible. Did the servers get their training from Piers Morgan? They're terribly rude and struggle with speaking to humans. I had a server once tell me that the table was still dirty, and then not wipe it down. I had to ask for a towel to wipe it down myself. The few times I've been here, the food has been awful. I feel like the cooks are trying to give me high blood pressure with all the salt they put on their meat. The wings are always unevenly covered in sauce. I've had wings with absolutely no sauce on them before while the other wings were dripping in sauce. I didn't think it was too hard to put sauce on wings. My suggestion is to avoid this place, go anywhere else.

The best service in this location is at the takeaway counter. Don't bother sitting at a table you'll never get your food or no one will take time to stop and even see if you want to place an order. I was sitting directly in the middle of the floor with managers and servers passing me by for more than 10 minutes and no one bothered to even stop and see if I was here to eat. Saddest restaurant service ever.

SPARTANS DO NOT GO HERE! This is a UM bdubs only! As always the food is good, I mean.. It's bdubs. But this particular day the MSU vs Nebraska game is on at the same time the UM vs Northwestern game is on. And although MSU beat UM this year and is ranked and UM is not... The restaurant manager chooses to play the sound on the UM game only. Regardless of which is a better game or more important game. MSU is contending for a B1G championship and beat UM in their matchup this year. This manager has zero regard for their customers and obviously is a UM fan. In the end, we left and too our business elsewhere. They missed out on 3.5 hours of beer drinking and food eating for 4 people. I'd say they missed out on over $200 of business and we will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out. Fellow Spartans, please don't waste your time trying to watch a game here. UPDATE: They sent us a $30 certificate to redeem at the same BWW. I'm sure we can find use for this at some point. We appreciate the generosity. Maybe they should have just let us listen to the MSU game, since ya know.. they are B1G champs and all. :)

Now, I've gone here many times over the years, and most people already know what you're getting when you go here, but this review is for a carry-out on Superbowl Sunday. I know, I was probably an idiot for thinking it was a good idea to order wings from here on Superbowl Sunday, but I had good intentions. We called a few hours beforehand and placed our order- 50 regular wings and 50 boneless wings, with celery and ranch'/blue cheese. When we went to go pick up the order, the line for carry-outs was wrapped around the hostess area. The hostess wrote down the name on the order, and told us to wait in line. Within a few minutes, we had made our way up to the counter. We cashed out, and dashed out of the store. Suprisingly, the seating area was very barren considering it was such a sports holiday. Our food was sitting on their table when we came to get our order, and the only negative thing was that one box of the regular wings was very soggy. It seemed like the bags of celery may have been wet and had been sitting on the table for a while (the wings were not hot, but I didn't fault them) Luckily, it did not do any damage to the food, which was great. It seemed like they were handling a very busy day to the best of their ability :)

Great food of course, but honestly the worst service possible. And it is consistently bad service. Every time I come to this bdubs or the one in Woodhaven, it seems like it is almost impossible to have a good dining experience.

Few months ago, I would've given BWW 4 stars but since my last visit, I knocked down a star because my wings were slimy and not crispy! Maybe it's my fault because I usually tell the waitstaff that I want my wings well done (crispy) but shouldn't they just make them that way!? Nothing worse then getting chicken wings and eating the skin all slimy. Gross. Well other then the one bad batch of wings, most of the time, B-Dubs is a good franchise place to go for wings and beer. My all-time favorite flavor is Asian Zing! Good amount of heat with spice. Mango Habanero is also yummy and I like Hot BBQ. I have tried all the flavors including "Blazing" (the hottest) and even their dry-rub. They are all pretty tasty. But I highly recommend Asian Zing!

Let's get NAKED!!!! Yeah!!! OK, really, let's get naked. BWW has naked chicken strips. After my mind got out of the gutter I thought I would give them a try. I wasn't driving so we ended up here for a business lunch. It wasn't that great, but also wasn't that bad. The strips tasted like they were frozen and heated in the oven. They were salty too. The fries were warm, not hot. The service was pretty good as she kept my drink filled and chilled.

He sent out two short mugs of coffee with no whipped cream filled with Coffeemate and little else. We cancelled the nachos and hightailed it out of there when even the NTN boards didn't work. They were encrusted with food and were too disgusting to touch.
