I want to say that I am super bummed to write this review. I was really looking forward to having a delivery gourmet pizza joint to order from. First I went online to order at about 2pm on Sunday, Dec. 7th. The website ordering system said the business wasn't open until 4pm so I waited and placed my delivery order at 4:01 pm. Come to find out later that they actually opened at noon so I could have placed my order two hours sooner. Next, my order was delivered at 4:57 pm. Fifty-six minutes after the order was placed. Both the calzone and the "hot" sub were cold. I literally live 3 blocks from the storefront. The calzone was subpar at best. For the $ 8.95 price tag for a small, I expected either that it was the best tasting calzone I've ever had or that it was generous in portion. Neither was the case. While I was disappointed at the calzone, I was completely baffled and dismayed with the bon mei sub. My description can not do it justice. There was literally I singular row of thinly sliced jalepenos, a sprinkle of peanuts, a bit of sauce and less than a tablespoon of pork.I can't imagine that any owner nor worker would try to pass that off as a sub. Please look at the pictures I will post to prove that it is not an exaggeration. I threw it out because it was little more than bread. I am giving it two stars instead of zero because the spinach side salad was edible though it was missing the cheese, and the hummus appetizer was ok. When all was said and done I paid $35 for the worst food in Plymouth I've ever encountered. I'm still shocked. I could have had pizza, BBQ ribs and chicken, salad and breadsticks from Main Street for the cost. And it would have been delivered hot within 30 minutes. Boooooooo! Never again.

We ordered some pizza from them because they sounded interesting and they're pretty close to us, we won't be making that mistake again. We ordered two small personal pizzas to get a little variety but both of them were a bust, it was lacking in all areas. I was really disappointed, it took forever for them to deliver and then we open the boxes to find those sad little excuses for pizza. Oh well, live and learn!

I want to love them. I really do. They have a great selection of toppings. But the pizza is just not very good. The dough is hard and tasteless. The wheat pizza is a brick. The boneless chicken wings are chalky and plain. The bone in wings are the only thing that I can say I really like.

Disappointed! We used to love Xtreme pizza. Excellent ingredients and crust. This last time they started using a premade crust! It is terrible, nothing like we had before! I am a firm believer that a good pie must have a great homemade dough! (Especially for these prices) Main street pizza here we come!.

This is how adventurous pizza is done! With pizza spots on every corner in the Plymouth-Canton area it's refreshing to find a place as uniques as Extreme Pizza. Their pizza menu is awesome, especially if you're in the mood to try something different. They have spicy tandoori style, shredded BBQ pork with fixings, gluten free and vegetarian options and my personal favorite: the Poultry Geist. It has (quality)chunks of chicken, some sort of ranch sauce (that for once in my pizza chain dining experience doesn't taste like cheap bottled ranch) , onions, broccoli, fontina cheese..I am probably missing some toppings but whatever. The best way to explain it is to tell you it tastes like broccoli cheese soup on crust! Seriously who can go wrong there? Get this, they also have a Detroit Coney Island pizza with sliced dogs, coney sauce and mustard drizzled on top. The whole pizza tastes fresh, from the crust to the toppings, no skimping. My favorite thing about this place though, they have a wide delivery area. the store front is in DTP but I live way out in Canton near Michigan Ave and they deliver to me! Beats the hell out of Jets and Pizza Hut ;) If you're up to trying something new you need to check this place out. One warning...if it's marketed as spicy on the menu I can promise you they deliver in that area. No whimpy stuff. Be prepared!

Not impressed with the pizza here. The crust did not taste fresh - rather it tasted like it had been shipped to the restaurant frozen. Service was good and friendly - but I was hoping for a tastier slice of pizza.

Unique variety of pizza toppings and their gluten free crust was awesome! I will definitely be back.

Today we tried the Detroiter and the Boar'der and we were not disappointed. The sauce on the pulled pork pizza was delicious. I wanted to finish the whole thing. The Detroiter is a must try. It's a spin on a coney dog and has (I think) National Coney Island chili and hot dogs on it. I've had a similar pizza at Cobo Joe's and this was just as surprisingly delicious. The pizza is a little pricey, so I'm glad we had a restaurants.com coupon, but the pizza was worth the price to me. Definitely a treat.
