I had their pizza and I'm a fan. The crust feels like it's real wheat (I don't know if this is clear, but it feels natural rather than the crust you get with other corporate pizzas). I also really enjoyed their turkish creme brulee. I also don't understand the people who say they delivery was bad or terrible. It was fine for me. I did not like the baklavas, however. I think they need more honey.

I was debating whether I should give this place a 2 or a 3, I went with 3 because of the last thing I say. Firstly, it took the place 18 minutes to confirm my order from eat24.com , which isn't particularly ideal; however, it took them 30 minutes after confirmation to have the order delivered. 4 stars for that Secondly, I specifically requested plates, utensils, napkins, a straw, and red crushed pepper and parmesan for the pizza. There were no plates, no straw, no red crushed pepper, and no Parmesan. The delivery man's excuse is that they don't have packets of red crushed pepper or cheese. And I asked, what do people eating at the restaurant use? As it turns out they have shakers of each on the tables. One piece of advice, if you run a restaurant, be familiar with customer accommodation. It should be a priority. You can get a 2 oz container, a napkin, or aluminum foil if you have to, and you pour the pepper flakes and cheese in there and give it to me, but never upset your customer. When I asked about the plates, the man's response was "oops, I'm sorry." I worked in the food service industry for many years, and one of the main lessons engraved in my brain is: always verify and recheck your order before you give it to the customer. 1 star on that one. Thirdly, I ordered the mixed meze platter and a Mediterranean pizza. Refer to the picture to see the mixed platter and if the picture doesn't explain what's wrong with it, I will. Hummus and baba ghanouj should never be that watery and flavorless. Even if it is, find a way to serve me the mixed platter without having all of the food mix together, which in turn made the sigara borek soggy and disappointing. But I will credit them and say that their bread is wonderful. Coming from New Jersey, it's difficult to rate any pizza place in the DMV area anything over 3 stars, but for the area this restaurant's pizza is not bad (maybe a 2/3). I would actually order it again. 2-3 stars for quality of food. All in all, 3 stars.

Slow delivery service. Great place if only because they serve halal. The pizza was average, as were the kabobs. Baba ghanoush was not that great.

Review from a delivery -- Portions: I'm handed a HUGE bag and find a very generous amount of meats, vegetables, breads, rice, and even a surprise! Surprise: Homemade baklava dessert with a little note saying "thank you" on the container. Taste: Most of the food was tasty and moist, especially the chicken shish kebab. Delivery: Our food arrived to the minute - as promised. Happiness! They have a new customer. Thrilled to have another delivery option. Bon Appétit!

This place was awesome! I am completely addicted to their Lahmacun (like a spicy cheese-less Turkish pizza/taco thing) and the Kazandibi (Turkish flan dessert caramel OMG!). Such an adorable jewel of a place where I'm almost reluctant to share because I want it all to myself. I also just realized they do deliver so I'm so in trouble. Delicious delicious trouble!

They should stick to what they do best: Turkish food. Their pide, börek, kebap, etc are amazing. The other typical fast food stuff is just standard fare.

Food has always been excellent... HOWEVER, the restaurant regularly has issues with their online order system. Delivery is a train wreck. Last order took nearly two hours because they "didn't see it" until we called an hour after the order was placed to check status.

Aden Pizza = quality Turkish food for reasonable prices. So many places in this area overcharge for food, not Aden Pizza. The sucuk is amazing. So is the kofte. And the baklava is my favorite in the DMV. You should also try the sigara boregi :) I also cannot forget to mention the welcoming staff. Every time I go in, I'm met with smiling faces. Needless to say, I love this place and I come here all the time. You should try it for yourself.

I love this place! As a vegetarian, I think the Artichoke pizza and the greek salad are the best. My husband likes pepperoni and we both love the hummus and taziki. They're always pretty quick with delivery.

Just a warning - their "delivery" area on their website as well as on delivery.com is NOT TRUE. Called the restaurant directly after I was notified by Delivery.com that it had been cancelled by Aden Pizza. Informed the woman on the phone of the discrepancy on THEIR OWN WEBSITE. She was extremely rude and just kept repeating it had been cancelled. Didn't get to try the food and don't really want to after the horrible customer service I received.

Good but not great. I have made an order at 9:22pm and received the order at 10:22pm. Excatly in an hour(!) What I have ordered were red lentil soup, iskender kebap and rice pudding. Lentil soup was good however iskender was sent to me in abundance of pide and tomatoe paste and little bit meat. In addition rice pudding was so starchy. I hope you guys will keep improving :) good luck!

We were on a job site and needed delivery. The online menu was quite convenient, and we were within the delivery range. The cost was about as expected, not unreasonable. Our food arrived when predicted. I had the Chicken Döner (I think - there was confusion regarding a gyro vs döner). The Chicken Döner had chicken, pickles, onions, and tomatoes in a pita. The chicken was well flavored, if just a touch dry on it's own. The sandwich a whole was plenty satisfying, the fries that came with it were ok. Overall, definitely not a bad meal at all, I'm looking forward to trying more of their offerings.

My family ordered a fairly large delivery order for North Bethesda. We have vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free eaters as well as your typical omnivore. Aden was able to cater to EVERYONE and oh gosh it was delicious. The falafel was some of the best I've had, and my family agrees their hummus is the best stateside we have had so far. The babaganus was fine, it wasn't superb, I prefer what I've had elsewhere in DC. But still quite tasty. Anyway, we ordered enough for 10 people and it was delivered nice and hot within 45 minutes, exactly how long they said it would take. Amazing! Definitely mucho appreciated. We spent about $100 and it was more than enough for all 10 of us. The baklava is FANTASTIC, and their sandwich/wraps are fabulous. I went back two days after our big meal because I just needed to have it again. I'm glad it did...it was still so good. :) Definitely a new go-to place when I need a quick fix of delicious Turkish cuisine. There isn't a TON of seating inside, feels like a pizza joint in that respect ;) I can't speak to their pizza; I've been too distracted by the tasty Turkish food. (Although the Turkish pide is like pizza and you should try it once if you want to live life!)

Great kebabs and will prepare the order the way you ask. The Turkish pizza (pide) is awesome. We order from there all the time and the staff is always very friendly. The kids prefer pizza and fries so it works out perfectly for my family. Highly recommended.

Aden Pizza isn't just Aden Pizza like it's listed here. It's Aden Pizza and Mediterranean Food. The Mediterranean Food part is mostly Turkish food, but they have pasta and many things recognizable if you're looking for Greek food. I particularly like the Turkish pizza which has the doner or gyro meat on it. The crust is amazing and they are quick. The menu also has a few pages of sandwiches and other foods that aren't pizza. My favorite of those is the schwamra (like gyro). The pide is also excellent. The real bonus is that they deliver all of it. Appetizers, soups, sandwiches, salads, pasta, pide, pizza, kebabs, and even drinks. So, if you want a sandwich or kebab or pasta or salad and your friends want pizza, they'll bring it all to you. It's a lot better pizza for me than the national chains that also deliver in the area and they have much more variety. Tip: You can order right from their web site. They are halal/kosher and make pizza without cheese.

Disappointed, food isn't bad but delivery took an hour and a half and was cold when it arrived...had to put it in the oven! The man who answered the phone was rude when we asked about our pizza after an hour of waiting.

We live in the 7600 block of Old Georgetown Road and have just discovered this gem of a true Mediterranean food restaurant. We've seen establishments come and go over the years and have been reluctant to endorse any thing overtly, especially on-line. This place is different. Let me tell you about the specifics that I've experienced: The Musaka is one of the best we've had_ever. It is just delightful_delicious and is a true flavor from the 'Old World'. The eggplant side dish is one of a kind and boasts a healthy olive-oil base with fresh garlic and potatoes and peppers infused with saucy tomatoes. The falafel is handmade. (Yes I saw it being made) The Greek Salad is just fabulous. It includes all the ingredients of a traditional Greek dish sporting its name. I really can't say enough about this salad. Kazandibi is light, beautifully flavored, melts in your mouth. The portions are generous and the prices are thoroughly reasonable. We have ordered on the phone and picked up the order and that's just our preferenece. The food has been consistently GREAT. A real treat. I would reccomend this gem to anyone living in our area.

i can't speak for the physical place as i order take out through grub hub while at work. also, i have yet to order a pizza from a place with pizza in it's name. i typically order their mediterranean food... and boy is it worth it. i looooooove their gyros and doners. their meat is delectable and flavorful. the lentil soup is to die for, especially when you add that squirt of lemon. the delivery arrives pretty quickly. the rice served with the falafels is a little bland though add some lemon and a little flavor it works. the dolmas were served ridiculously cold, when it is traditionally served warm with cool yogurt. though regardless the flavors are what keeps me coming back- savory yet light. love it!!

5 stars for the pizza!!! I was craving something yummy & I'm so over dominos pizza or Pizza Hut.. I came across this place on yelp & read some reviews so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a mediterranean pizza it was awesome!! Perfect!!! Thin crust, I ordered mine we'll done, olives, tomatoes peppers so delicious I have been thinking about it ever since. I also ordered the lamb gyro, it was a little dry ( I ordered it at 11:20 p.m. that could have something todo with it.) Overall this place will be on my personal late night delivery menu!! :)

Highly recommended! Great turkish food for a very reasonable price. I am a vegetarian and I really like the spinach pide. My half-Turkish boyfriend is always bringing me to places with pides, and I have to say that this is the best one that I've had. Delicious spinach, great dough, and a really good blend of cheeses. I usually don't love dolmas, but I really enjoy Adens' dolmas. I can't speak for the meatier items, but the half-turkish boyfriend is obsessed with the lahmacum and says it's the best one he's had in the states. I haven't tried the subs and pizza because the mediterranean food is just so good, but if the rest of the menu is any indication, I bet it's delicious.

Tested and proved.. They deserve 5 stars people! don't hold it back! Thumbs up!

LISTEN to warnings about delivery from this place. The guy showed up over an hour after I ordered online. When I answered the door, he told me that they cannot delver to my house because I am outside of their delivery area... then handed me my food. Okaaaaaaay... maybe they need to update their online ordering system? Chicken kabob was flavorful but a little dry (as other Yelpers have noticed). Their pita bread was nice and soft but SO thick and dough-y. Perhaps it's Turkish style and not Lebanese style? I really don't know. Their lamb was YUMMY and probably my favorite part of the whole meal. I think the rice was instant. Their hummus was flavorful, but their falafel was almost entirely un-spiced. They also need to forget about what looked like a Turkish taquito - it was as if someone stuffed some hummus in flat bread, then deep fried it. I'm sorry, have no idea what it is called. It came on top the Mixed Meze platter. We probably won't order delivery from here again - hopefully the restaurant is better!

Well we just ordered a large cheese pizza from this place. It was a disaster from the phone call to when the pizza arrived. First they had trouble taking the order. Second when trying to pay by credit card it was near impossible. They lady who took the call really had a tough time with English. So I gave up on the credit card and said I would just pay cash. She was so happy I decided to pay cash. The pizza arrived and it too was a disaster. The dough was not even cooked. It was pure white still badly baked . The delivery guy did not even know the name of the place when we asked him the name of the pizza place. I would never order a pizza from this place ever again. I would order a frozen pizza instead of ordering from this place. If I could give it zero stars I would. They should send me back my $20.

I drove by this place Saturday morning on my way to work and the sign on the window advertising fresh cut donner kabob caught my attention.. So I decided to stop by early dinner and try this place . I asked the lady behind the register about this dish and she explained that it comes with strips of meat ,grilled onion, tomato, and Tadzhikistan sauce. I was charged $20.14 for a donner kabob and a bottle of water. I flipped through the menus and realized I was charged for a platter versus a sandwich . Fine, let's wait and see what I get. After 10 minutes I get a plate filled with stale rice topped with dried pieces of meat, onion and tomato hardly cooked. I took a bite of that meat and I knew I should not continue. The meat was dried , no taste , and definitely not fresh cut from a meat rack. When I I asked to see where this spinning Ing meat rack is ,she said it was cut this morning and it is being warmed. I objected to the food quality and all she had to say was I,I am sorry. The fact of the matter is that I would not feed that food to my worth enemy.Shame on you for treating the people with such a low respect

I ordered from here this weekend. They delivered within an hour and the food was piping hot at my doorstep. The food was delicious. I tried the gyro wrap and chicken wings and both were fantastic! Definitely my new go-to place!

It's great to have a new place where I can have the combination of most of my favorite dishes that also taste great. The first time I saw their menu, I was so impressed by the variety of choices that I had which also made my choice a little difficult, but the result didn't disappoint me at all. They are professional and friendly. Besides their Pizza, their Kebab and LahMacun is my highly recommended dishes.

There are plenty of good pizza places in Bethesda and Aden holds it's own. They load on the toppings and use a nice doughy crust. The non-pizza options also looked awesome, although we didn't try any this time around.

We met Zaoc because we helped jump his car. He said, "Please come by the restaurant so I can thank you." I hadn't heard of Aden Pizza, but living right here, we like to find new places. When I came on Yelp, the reviews were really great, so we headed over last night. My daughter and I love Mediterranean food. The name of the place said Pizza so it was probably why we hadn't tried it before. We had falafel, Kiser Kebob, LaMachun, and dolmas. You have to try the hummos at each middle eastern place, it's sort of a barometer. It was GOOD! The falafel was crispy but soft inside, the hummus and the tangy chopped tomato salsa served with it was a perfect compliment. Different from Lebanese and Moby Dick. We then enjoyed our kebob, actually used some of the falafel sauce on it cause it was so good. The LaMuchun was lively, sort of a pizza with ground spiced meat. I think I would try the cheesy Pidde next time to see another version. The dolmas were also unique more subtle less salty than many I have had. And we did finish off with some amazing baklava, fresh and not overly sweet (which I prefer), melted in my mouth. Will definite go back, and tell all our friends, go visit them, you won't be disappointed. Great staff and very oriented to making your eating experience excellent.
