My go to Froyo place. The most froyo flavors than any other place I've been to. Couple that with their wide selection of toppings and free waffle cone/bowls, you've got a great spot to satisfy your froyo craving. It's the only place I've found that has all of my ingredients. Tarte froyo. Fresh kiwis and strawberries. Granola without any sunflower seeds (it's happened before), and cheesecake bites. Yum!! I need some now. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's always super warm in there.

Horrible service. So called manger McKenna was bad mouthing customers right in from of us and very disrespectful to her coworkers and us. We were not impressed at all. What a way to end a fun weekend. #uswirl

In some ways, this is your typical self-serve fro-yo situation. Cups stand at the entrance to a line of several flavors of frozen yogurt that you may mix and match to your hearts content. This is followed by an array of the usual toppings for you to top your mix-matched delight. There are a few things that, to me, make Yogurtz a cut above the rest: 1. All the self-serve toppings are in containers with a scoop for you to top with your desired amount. This may not seem terribly unusual, but some of the other places in town have these canisters on the wall where you twist a nob and your chosen topping is dropped into your cup. You have little control over the amount and I've had a ridiculous mountain of mini-m&m's descend on my poor unsuspecting swirl of fro-yo. This is annoying in 2 ways: a) The mini-m&m to fro-yo ratio is rendered totally unacceptable. b) Topping are heavy and now my fro-yo is stupid expensive. But, the point here is: Yogurtz doesn't have that system, so my fro-yo is always topped exactly how I like it. 2. The atmosphere is upbeat. It's large and there are always people enjoying their fro-yo in good cheer. There is even a party room and very often a party underway. 3. There is plenty of seating. Their yogurt is not as tart as some of the other places in town (which some will enjoy and some will not). It always seems to me to be a bit on the sweeter side--though not overly so. It's always clean and the workers are pleasant and efficient. I should mention (though I may be the only one who cares about this): They don't have mini-m&m's but rather the regular sized m&m's, which I don't like as well as a fro-yo topping (I don't know why this makes a difference--but, really, it does!). Other than that small snafu, a fabulous frozen yogurt experience. Get to it!

We went tonight and spent $30 and tipped the employees, then I handed them my punch card and they refused to punch it because I had already paid. I will never go there again! I have lots of grandkids who love frozen yogurt and there are lots of yogurt places with good customer service.

Love it here! The most toppings and yogurt flavors but more importantly, clean and pretty friendly service! It's bright and cheery with plenty of seating so don't feel bad if want to sit and visit. Love that you yourself can control exactly how much topping you want. Even the owner is great!

Delicious, lots of options including non-dairy, and tons of toppings!

I have seen many of this style soft yogurt self serve type of establishments and I have never been impressed. They are usually dirty & disappointing. Frozen yogurt these days is expensive, here at Yogurtz your money is well spent and you will not be disappointed. Yogurtz is clean, bight, colorful, organized, and abundant in variety of both the frozen yogurt flavors as well as the toppings. The plethera of toppings guarantees something for everyone! The employee team is top notch. Kids of all ages (3 - 93) will enjoy this place.

Love the raspberry pomegranate! They let you taste before you buy and the have lots of flavors and toppings. Yummy!

Customer service is where they are missing. One of the girls was a bit rude and the other was awesome. I wish I had her name so she could get some credit. She seemed like she really liked being there and made the atmosphere better. Balanced out the negativity. Aside from that the smoothies were ok.

Not the best frozen yogurt I've had, but ok. Lots of flavors and toppings. They don't let you get your own sample. The person working has to do it for you :( I get it, but it takes forever and is just stupid. Where the yogurt is, felt really cramped. It was busy and I wanted to get out of there, so I didn't get the samples a wanted. Don't think I'll go back. U-swirl is much better.

Wow...the most expensive frozen yogurt I've ever bought!! Good selection of toppings and several flavors of froyo..although I'm a fan of tarts and they only had one tart froyo. They have an employee get samples for you...which is just weird. I didn't like that at all. Waiting on someone to get it for you...have the frozen yogurt behind the counter if it's like that. Why have a self serve place if you can't self serve?? Anyways, they were charging almost $.50 an ounce, which is horrible for a frozen yogurt shop. I definitely will not be back!!

  • Dani L.

Good yogurt, crappy, creepy owners..I hear they only pay 4.25 to their employees..is that legal?? They dont make tips, its self serve. U-swirl is better

Great yogurt! Friendly staff! I like that even the toppings were self serve, unlike the other frozen yogurt shops. We were there for a birthday party, which they let you rent out the corner room for free!!

  • Krista P.

They charge 37 cents/oz. They have lots of flavors, I think like 15 or something. You get a free waffle cone/bowl with your ice cream if you want it. The staff is very nice as well. My favorite part is they have a huge candy, cookie and topping bar. You can rent out the space for free for partys. There's really nothing bad about this place. Its a fun place to go!

I was really impressed with their flavors and toppings - tasted delicious and fresh and there was a ton of variety. The store itself was very clean as well
