Went there last night because we were too last after a weekend away. We ordered the crab rangoons, Kung-Pao Chicken and Ma-La Chicken. I was told the Ma-La wasn't very spicy so I ordered it. They were willing to switch out some veggies, I'm kind of picky. Overall the flavor was good was too spicy for me, Luckily my boyfriend likes spicy food. I ate his Kung-Pao, which wasn't spicy at all. The Rangoon's were too sweet, not what I am used to. Overall the food was fresh and tasty! We will definitely try them again.

I live very close to the Panda Garden and have eagerly monitored the restaurant's progress since they announced they would be opening. There are very few Chinese restaurants in South Meridian and I hoped desperately that Panda Garden would be good. After weeks of waiting, they opened and I was not disappointed! For my first take-out order, I asked for the Chicken Amazing (with a name like that, you have to try it) and Crispy Sesame Beef. I also got a side of pork fried rice. Everything was made to order and I waited about 15mins. for the food to be ready, I should have ordered online, which you can do! boisepandagarden.com/men… The food was great! The Chicken Amazing was surprisingly spicy but good and the Crispy Sesame Beef was also good. The fried rice was above average but not the best in town but that is me nit picking details and comparing it to other Chinese places in the valley. I will also say that while I waited, the service was very good. I was offered water and then a refill when I ran low. The waitress was very friendly and we talked about cooking shows on TV until my food was ready. I will definitely go to Panda Garden again and encourage anyone in South Meridian to swing by there and try them out. If your experience is like mine, you will not be let down!

Best Chinese food in South Meridian. We had the veggie fried rice, sesame chicken and spring rolls. The spring rolls were not great but the rest of the food was delicious and fresh!

Bland us the best word to describe Panda Garden food. Vegetables are limp and dull, not crisp and bright. Most meat is cooked way past tender. Eggs rolls are soggy and greasy. Soups are one area of promise. All three soups I have tried were above average. The sushi offerings are decent. Seared tuna was another good presentation, bordering on excellent. I keep hoping to see big improvement as they get over new place jitters. They are close to me for delivery. I hope they step it up.

Out of town visitor, Japanese food very good, friendly service, good sake, need to tone down music a bit, too raw for dinner. Prices reasonable. Will go back when in town.

Great location, very decorative atmosphere, friendly service, but it's NOT authentic Chinese food. Very bland, and Lo Mein noodles had a weird orange color.
