Went in to order a cake. It was 5:45 pm and posted store hours are till 6. Was initially ignored by 2 young employees Another person, presumably the manager cam up from the back and I asked if I could order. Bid was rudely told for another few minutes. Really bad customer service which guaranteed that I won't return. Manager please keep in mind the spending money in your store is not a privilege. You should appreciate customers

I hesitate to write this review. The reason is because I only had 1 thing here so far. I think it is only fair that I try several things before I can really rate any place. I decided to go ahead and give it a rating. Just please keep in mind that I just had the one thing and on one occasion. Every place has its ups and downs. Every place has things that it excels at and things that are just ok. I had a small chocolate bunt cake. I found it to be dry and not very tasty. The icing on the top was very overpoweringly sweet. I would not try this one again, but I will come back to try others, When I do, I will be able to give this place more of a full review. I have returned here and bought another chocolate (I just had to give it another chance) and a lemon, which is my wife's favorite flavor. The chocolate was again dry, so I think my now I can give this a good evaluation of...... NOT. I highly do not recommend the chocolate. Its just plain not very good. In fact, if I had not known it was supposed to be chocolate, I would not have known it was chocolate if that made sense. I have never before had a lemon cake. Its just not a favor that does it for me. In this case though, the lemon bundt cake here is good. It was....well, in my wife's vernacular, a foodgasm. I hope I can say that. :) Based on this, I had to upgrade my rating from "Not a Fan", to "OK". I wanted to give this place even more stars, but one good cake out of two is not a very good ratio. I may go back here again and try more flavors on their cakes. My bottom line here is that the jury is still out on this place. I dont have enough data yet to give Nothing Bundt Cakes a thumbs up or down.

Some may think a 900th review (as this one is) might need to be more whoop-de-doo than for outpost of a franchise operation that specializes in bundt cakes of all sizes. But some may feel differently when I say if you are among the first 50 people in line here tomorrow (Saturday December 6) you will receive a certificate for one free bundlete cake a month for the next year. How cool is that! Now you know if you want to go. This the season...Ho-Ho-Ho! This 'Nothing Bundt Cakes' location is the first in SW Idaho, is right next to Bed Bath and Beyond in Meridian and has been open just a couple of weeks. Based on our first visit in my hubby and I are fans of the sparkling space, the friendly people, the free sample to try and the cakes that come in sizes from little mini's called Bundtinis ($18/dozen and a swell gift alternative to that box of chocolates) to little Bundlets ($3.99 to serve one or two) to 8 to 10 inch Bundt cakes starting at under $20 and feeding 8 - 20. All cakes come iced with a yummy powdered sugar, cream cheese and real butter made buttercream in generous amount of striping on the cake. (This also helps define single slices for those inclined to that measurement.) Those who prefer their cakes with less icing might like to know you can order them lightly frosted as option by asking to have the frosting "drizzle".. There are nine regular flavors and one seasonal option (this month it is gingerbread cake). We've tried the chocolate - chocolate chip and the lemon cakes so far and both were very good. Light texture, moist, perfectly baked, flavor filled and just sweet enough. Pecan praline, red velvet, marble, carrot, white chocolate, cinammon swirl and white chocolate raspberry will call out "eat me, eat me" on another day. The only thing that's missing is a good coffee place next door. THIS N THAT: 1) PARKING: In the big lot. 2) HOURS: Mon - Sat 9a-6p 3) ACCESSIBILITY: Level in and throughout. 4) GLUTEN FREE: Option or options available in some flavor or flavors. 5) GIFT WRAPPING: They have gift wrap options for the Bundlets in single size or in towers of two or three single sizes. Cute and only a couple of bucks to have it done.

I've been here a handful of times and always received nice, friendly service. My family and I have tried different flavors and different sized of cakes and have always enjoyed our treats. My most recent experience was with placing an online order for 11 individual cakes for a birthday party. The order went off without a hitch. My order was accurate and ready at the time I requested.

Pricey little round cakes of happiness . My favorite is lemon. So fresh . I grab a fork and call it my afternoon snack. Yummy.

The customer service was lacking. I ordered a cake for delivery and was told I'd have it at a specific time then later was told that there's no guarantee. The lady I spoke to was not pleasant but the cake was delicious.

I have been waiting for this franchise to come to Idaho. I ordered 7 bundtlets and 1 large bundt cake to give away as gifts to co-workers. The cakes were decorated and ready go within a short amount of time. The recipients of the cakes were pleasantly surprised! Great job!
