FOR OVERPRICED, SUB-PAR ICE CREAM...COLD STONE IS THE PLACE TO GO! This place is a joke! I took my daughter and niece in for a scoop and they tried to charge me almost $15 for 3-single scoop kiddie cones! I promptly returned their ice cream and left...what a ripoff! Also, they left a full garbage can and several boxes sitting in front of their business, right next to the outdoor seating...it was disgusting! The only reason I gave this place one star is because they have AC, and it was hot outside. Otherwise, I do not recommend Cold Stone unless you like being bent over for a cold treat! RIPOFF!

I only give them a 1 star because I am not sure if you can do a zero star review! We walked into the the door with 9 minutes until closing and due to the long line by the time I could order, the lights were being turned off and the cold stone was as well! I've never been treated that poor in my life. One of the ladies was too busy telling everyone they were closing instead if serving their customers. I will never return to a cold stone again!

Both my visits here have been positive. The first one was so great, I ordered exactly the same thing the 2nd time: Cherry Cheesecake Shake. So yummy! The 2nd visit here, I enjoyed my shake in the store with a friend. I would probably recommend against it, because there were some very noisy machines (and an even noisier owner/manager guy) at work while we were trying to catch up. Five bucks for a milkshake is pretty high. Not something I'd do often. But if any milkshake on earth is worth five bucks, it's the Cherry Cheesecake Shake.

So I like to come here every once in a while when I'm looking for something a bit better than the supermarket ice cream or if I want to treat my little girl. I really like the way they do ice cream. It's not too stiff (overly-frozen) and they have a bunch of toppings including fruit which I like. The only thing is that the service isn't great. It's adequate and they aren't rude, but they're not particularly upbeat either. I suppose an ice cream parlor isn't the ideal place to work, but if you work someplace that children frequent, it's important to at least feign a decent attitude.

I don't think the people working here could be any slower. I'm standing here like I have been for 30 minutes and that line was that long really. The girls are literally walking a quarter speed and staring at each scoop of ice cream as they put it in the blender for an extra 3 seconds. I'd consider actually hiring people that can move faster than a snail if you want to get this place thriving.

Costs more than it should but very delicious. Also, the customers are dumb messy animals who should be left in cages. Place was absolutely filthy when I visited but I blame the masses. And management for being greedy and not hiring more help.
