A local chain. Reasonable fast food type pizza. Average service and drink selection. Very family and group friendly.

I feel like the kitchen ran out of Alfredo sauce because when I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo I got noodles with a buttery garlic coating. SO MUCH GARLIC. I will pass on eating here again. Hard pass. Oh, and the spinach artichoke dip should have its name updated to "cream cheese with strings of what might be spinach". Never again.

This location is way better than state Street

Menu is boring. Very. Service is subpar. Hospitality is very bad. Close at 10 pm on a Saturday. Their best menu item, cheese fries with bacon, has been taken off the menu.

We were given gift certificates so decided to try them again. A dish that would "always, forever" be available was not. The calzone had no marinara sauce with it and this was take out. They did offer to deliver in 45 minutes once I got home and let them know that the kitchen staff was not paying attention. The calzone also was missing the ricotta cheese, seasonings and taste. Menu items are disappearing and contact seems to be pointless, if not impossible. The web site says to complain here instead of bothering someone that can have an impact on corrections. I did not think that it was possible, but this restaurant continues to decline in quality, service and attitude. Perhaps a course in customer service would be appropriate for management and staff, especially headquarters staff from the VP level and up!

I keep coming back for the pizzas here. I haven't really tried anything else on the menu because I've been happy with my pizzas and I'm stuck in a comfortable rut! Since I only visit Boise on business, it's occasional that I get here. And I order what I like and have yet to be disappointed.

I was impressed by the quality of the food, surprisingly! I had the salmon salad and it was quite good

The Smoky Mountain folks reached out and sent a gift card by mail. I appreciate the effort after-the-fact which does remediate the issue somewhat.

The food definitely meets the criteria of "you get what you pay for." Reasonably priced but a little greasy even for a traditional hamburger and fries. The service is friendly but very slow. On the night we went it took nearly 5 minutes of us waiting at the front hostess stand before we were even acknowledged. The beer list is limited.

Caesar salad was gross and fries were like rubber bread was hard. Would have been better if I was high.

Just finished a quick meal @ SM Pizza.. Salad was limp and crispy chicken Thai roll fried in flour tortilla ? Pizza was good not memorable. Crust for thin and crispy was not crispy nor flakey. Service and wait staff the highlight. Very friendly

Came in during lunch time and service was polite and fast. Had the Brie kisses to start. Brie wrapped in puff pastry accompanied with a boysenberry jalapeño sauce. Divine. The pizza was good. Not great. There was something missing. Had a nice crust with an outer layer of crunch, fresh ingredients, but had a little too much cheese for my taste. I am intrigued by their Brie burger, though. I'll have to come back and try it out.

We usually take-out at the state street location since we live in the north end, and are always over-the-moon for the Teryaki Chicken Alfredo pasta. However, while visiting friends in southeast Boise, we ordered take-out from the Parkcenter location. A $60 order. What a dismal and very contrasted experience from what we are used to with Smoky Mtn! First, there was no sense of order between the staff, I was assisted by 3 different servers on my to-go order, including a manager. From witnessing this, I knew I would have to check every single dish I ordered before I left. Wouldn't you know it, the 14 year-old cooks left out the veggies in my pasta, and the portions were half the size of what you get at the State St. location. When I say 14 year-old cooks, I mean they did not look like seasoned chefs that should be cooking $15 signature pastas, rather, it looked as if this is their summer job, and they could really care less. And word to the guy running the pass (manager), your paramount task should be to check EVERY single order that comes through that window and match it with the ticket.. I'm not into wasting gasoline, and would've been very disappointed had I not checked my order by myself before I hopped in my car and headed home. Let the tourists and the soccer teams eat at Parkcenter, we're sticking to State Street!
