16 and some change. The large PadThai noodles with shrimp. Three chicken potstickers and a pale ale. You can absolutely taste the freshness in the over all dishes, but especially the veggies. The sauce on the noodles was very sweet, not over bearing, but I discovered that squeezing some lime on top balances the sweetness out and Telly gave the dish a boost. The chicken potstickers were delicious. I think it was a spicy soy sauce plated with it that was excellent as well. Only complaint, a dirty beer glass.

Noodles provides solid eats at reasonable prices. They are a great alternative to the more customary burger/fry faire of traditional fast foodish restaurants. Came here on a Friday night. We had a child in our party who enjoyed the Wisconsin Mac & cheese with much lip smacking delight. I ordered the small Mac & cheese, a caesar salad, and a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. It was all a-ok! The mac & cheese swimming in creamy, cheesy sauce and covered in shredded cheese. The caesar was decent and fresh. My dining companion (the grown-up one) reported their Pad Thai to be solid. The service was very friendly and efficient. To sum up: Kid friendly eats, beer/wine as an option, and fast and friendly service. I'll take it!

This was overall a disappointing experience. While my food was fine, my companion's meal was terribly prepared. The pad thai had what can only be described as an absence of pad thai sauce, leaving just the rice noodles and vegetables and tofu. It was bland, flavorless and overall a complete disappointment. The side salad she ordered was absolutely drenched in balsamic vinaigrette, and upon closer examination the lettuce did not appear to be washed at all. There were small insects in the leaves and some dirt apparent near the spine of the lettuce. My own meal was fine, I had an Indonesian peanut buff bowl with shrimp that was good, but overall the entire experience was tainted by the poor preparation and quality of the food. Will not be returning to this location, from prior experiences at different locations this has not been a problem.

Love that they have many Gluten Free options on the menu. Cut back on gluten without cutting back on taste! So many different options in regions of noodle flavor I always have something new to try. Doesn't hurt that they have one of the Come fountain machines where you have like an infinite amount of options. Top it off the staff is always super nice and never have to wait long.

Very friendly, great prices, gluten free options & everything can become vegan! Lots of great choices and add on are decently priced. We had the pad thai with shrimp and the pig in Fig appetizer both were very delightful, and nothing felt heavy on the tummy. Which is surprising because when I normally eat pad thai delicious as it may be I always feel very heavy and full afterwards and I didn't hear. For it being fast food it did not fill like a fast food place but your food came out quickly and hot and it was just great I will definitely be returning.

Noodles invited a few of us from my work to come over and try some of the endless delicious food combination! It was a foodies dream dinner! We were able to try a few of the appetizers, main courses, and deserts! The dishes that were served were all delicious and very flavorful. I was truly surprised at how much we all enjoyed EVERYTHING we tryed! But we all had our favorites! Mine was Japanese pan noodles, mac and cheese, and the cheese steak was pretty darn good as well. My dinning companions raved over pesto cavatappi, and the Thai hot pot which was a bit spicy!!! What a wonderful experience to go to a restaurant and get to sample most of the food! And to be served by such an enthusiastic host like Nikki.. 5 stares means we are all going back, and now have become customers! Great concept! Hope you all get a chance to stop in or get take out from this location! Clean, comfortable, fresh, flavorful, hot, and freindly! So give it a try! Sure glad I was able to!

Not a bad place to eat. The buffalo Mac n cheese was pretty good. Not a bad price either. I can see where they tend to cater more towards Asian style and Italian style dishes, unsurprisingly. They could offer more entrée options, as well as sides. All in all pretty darn good.

Healthy options on point! Very nice to have this as an option when traveling and forced to eat out. They post calories so that helps and their new buff bowls are awesome! I had the Bangkok Curry Tofu, "Packed and Powerful" is right! Thank you Noodles and Co. Always phenomenal service also. :)

I love the concept, and like other locations of Noodles and Co, but for some reason this particular restaurant doesn't seen to be able to pull it together. We've tried them four times (the location in the Target parking lot is very convenient) but we've been underwhelmed. To be fair, our last visit was the best yet, but the food quality just isn't up to their other locations. I also feel $10 is too much for fast food pasta, especially if it's not perfectly prepared. Bonus points for the customizable Coke machines--they 're popping up everywhere, but my kids still love them.

excellent!! excellent!!! excellent!!! Prices are good, food is awesome and there are many things on the menu to choose from and they have a lot of low calorie meals :) Its a great place and nice and clean!

I've been to a few Noodles restaurants and Dad is a newbie. We both had a great lunch today. Everyone on staff was enthusiastic & kind. Order was correct, though the temperature could have been warmer. Looking forward to trying the Japanese Pan Noodles next time.

Ate here tonight for the first time. I was really impressed. The food was affordable and really good, the portions are not huge, they are just right. I recommend the Japanese pan noodles, they were really good. The dining room was clean and the service was fast.

Came here with my family last weekend, and it really exceeded my expectations. I got the Wisconsin mac & cheese with parmesan crusted chicken and it was heavenly. That chicken was so juicy and flavorful. Also, their touch-screen soda fountain has every soda I could ever want and more. The enormous drink selection is a reason in itself to give this place a visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bill was around $32 for my family of four. Amazing. Our bill is rarely under $60 at most similar quality restaurants. (Also, my 'regular size' portion was much larger than I expected, which I appreciate.)

I am a fan of Noodles & Company but this particular location has some major problems. More times than not, I have had to search for a clean table even during slow times. Twice I have witnessed health code violations. I have seen employees eating while working on multiple visits. This includes eating in the kitchen and up front. One time an employee even took my order with food in her mouth. I have notified management twice now and have not seen any improvements. I am convinced that this restaurant does not view basic sanitation as a priority. It definitely makes me wonder what goes on where I'm not seeing.

Hybrid noodle, Asian, Thai, italian, MidEastern menu w/ some choices for vegetarians.. They have a truffle (& non truffle) version of Mac & Cheese. But at nearly $8 &1200 calories, i figured i would pass on the fat calories. (they post calories on the menu. I like that.) Very cute decor/interior. They offer small plates (1/2 size portion). Good for budget & waistline.. Counter help here isn't the brightest.. They're not really waiters, so they should make some forks, napkins self -serve..or you cd wait awhile before you see/get help. Otherwise, nice mix of budget, fast food and healthier, tastier options for a meal. I like that the menu board shows you the dish..(a photo). Food & veggies were very fresh-- at least very fresh looking. Good taste. Not gourmet, but tasty. I would come here again..

Glad to see Boise has a Noodles and Co. now! What a fantastic little spot to get a bowl of yummy goodness - however your heart desires it. I was so impressed by the attentiveness at the MIlwaukee location. I notified the manager of my gluten allergy and they took extra precautions to ensure I was happy. Also, my sister ordered the gluten free Penne Rosa (even though she isn't allergic) and added the parmesan chicken. They alerted her that the chicken has gluten in the parmesan breading and double checked that was okay, even though she told them she didn't have an allergy and just liked their gluten free pasta. So thorough of them. Price: Very decent. For a salad (me) and the GF Penne Rosa, it was about $12. Thank you to the Milwaukee team for the attention to detail! We will continue to support Noodles!

Friendly staff! Food comes fast. Big selection! Order Mac & cheese with BBQ pork on top! You will not be disappointed! (It's not on the menu but a helpful tip from an employee there) Beef stroganoff was dry and below average but edible. Tomato bisque soup more like pizza sauce soup, blah I would go back for the Mac/BBQ pork. Cool pop dispenser!

  • Elaine G.

How is it that a chain can be relatively good at one location and totally suck at their other locations? My husband raved about the Milwaukee street location...we went, and I have to agree! Everything we had there was wonderful! We will return! Went to the location on Eagle Road - eh. Nothing to brag about. Will not go back. And just had lunch at the new location on Broadway. I'm sick. It was disgusting. The best part of the meal: the soda machine. The worst? Pasty parmesan crusted chicken. Dirty knives wrapped in napkins. Dirty tables waiting to be bussed. Pasty and icky noodles. Garbage tastes better. For 9 bucks, I deserved a far better lunch. Will not be going back to this location. And this location kind of put me off the Milwaukee location for awhile...got to let my tummy recuperate.

Okay, it's fast food pasta... That being said it's not a bad place to grab lunch. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and the calories for each meal option is listed on the board. But in all honesty the reason why I keep coming back is the soda machine! They have an automated soda machine that has drinks like peach Sprite. For a person that touts the unhealthiness of soda (me) this is the ultimate secret pleasure.

    (4)
  • Darren R.

First off, cooks should wear gloves, I watched the cook in the back separating noodles with his bare hands, not appetizing. Second, why put cold pork on hot noodles? Not as good as the one on Broadway in my opinion.

I've eaten lunch at Noodles & Company 3 times and enjoyed each meal. My favorite is the Truffle Mac. I like the clean atmosphere of the place too. I've had great friendly service and never had to wait long for my food. I like the touch screen drink dispenser and they have ginger aie which is my favorite but can never get at other places. I like that they have take-away containers at the drink fountain so you don't have to ask for a box if you need one. I'm a fan.

Terrible food. Nothing had any flavor. We let the manger know and he offered to remake us anything on the menu. We asked for the two most flavorful things on the menu. What we got tastes exactly like what we had before. Nothing. Wasted 20 bucks and threw all the food away. Gross!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
