Wow not only great burgers and fries but exceptional service. I was on the west side of town looking for a late lunch burger before my next meeting. Ordered one at a popular west Boise drive thru that went in the trash after one bite! Could hardly call it a burger or edible. Now running out of time, I decided to call Bad Boy and see if they would take my order over the phone and have it ready for me! Not only did they take my order on the phone, it was still hot by the time i got there 10 minutes later. Sourdough burger and tater totes to go! Can't beat the food nor the great service. Had lunch and time to spare before my meeting thanks to Bad Boy.

Not too shabby!! Stop by this place cause it had a cool name and it was pretty good. We got the Philly steak sandwich and cheeseburgers with tatter tots. Philly steak was cooked very well and the seasoning was amazing. Normally these kind of places taste a lot like grease, but not this one. Way better than stoping at a chain fast food. Always happy to support local business, we will be back again!

Excellent food and quick service. My first time here. Much better than traditional fast food places. I had the double bacon cheeseburger special and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming here again. Outdoor seating only so flies were a minor inconvenience hence 4 stars.

I visit Boise at least once a year, sometimes three times or more. I thing I like about the Boise Airport is that if you continue north from the airport you eventually run into Bad Boy Burgers. The flight from Portland is short and foodless and the small planes make for taking precautions not to have to use a bathroom on the plane because at my size anything you want to do in there is a hook shot. As such I usually arrive in Boise hungry and when The Official Brother of this Elite picks me up he knows now where to head. Its a small place, a drive in style with no indoor seating to speak of so I'm not sure what they do in winter but on this very warm summer night it was perfect to sit outside. I ordered a Pastrami Burger the Brother order the Colossal, each with fries. Remember the "with fries" part for later, okay? Okay, it's later. They give you an insane amount of fries with your order, remember to order them well done (not that I had a problem with them, but if you do that they always make you fresh fries). The fries were very tasty as you would expect in Idaho. Bad Boy is a great burger place, they have a lot of things on their menu and everything I've ever tried there has been top notch. I will be back.

This place is great! The best customer experience I've had in a long time, by far. Their burgers are huge and soooo delicious. And those fries... nom! nom! nom! My dad and I could not stop commenting on how tasty their fries are, especially with their fry sauce. They offer a different "special" each day, so if you're indecisive like me, then you can let the menu decide for you. You can either hit the drive-thru or walk up to the window and eat outside. Eating outside is fabulous, weather permitting. Oh! My dad got really excited about a scotch and soda being a drink option... pretty sure that aged him, but it's definitely worth trying if you haven't already.

I had the sourdough and it was awesome. Good flavor, cooked to order. Fries were crisp and golden brown. The fry sauce perfect with just the right amount of relish in it. Healthy portion of fries too. I've eaten at some of the other places with the same ownership and like this the best.

As far as drive-ins go, this one definitely gets five stars. Sadly, it even beats out my old favorite, Giant Burger, located in Lake Oswego, OR. In fact, I'll come close to blasphemy and say I might like it even more than Dick's Burgers in Seattle, WA. Bad Boy is another local institution, a great place for seriously quality burgers and, of course, that Idaho phenomenon known as fry sauce. For some reason, I like theirs so much. The fries are always crisp and delicious. I know that a bacon cheeseburger would probably taste good anywhere, given that it has bacon, cheese and hamburger, but Bad Boy just does it so much better than almost anywhere else. But don't expect something you're not; it's a drive-in, not a cafe. Visit the Fairview location for an odd, artistic experience. The place used to be a Greek restaurant, so the walls are painted with odd, mythical creatures from ancient Greece, adding to your burger-sperience.

First time I came to boise 3 years ago, bad boys burgers was the first restaurant I had been to. Their breakfast burritos are absolutely amazing! If you have a hangover, their burritos are heaven in your mouth! They restaurant is clean, with friendly staff and delicious, well quality food! Now that I live here in boise, I can eat here all the time!

I was a little bummed my bf wanted fast food last night, b/c generally ...ew... Bad Boy Burger was our choice, b/c literally we could throw things at it from where we live almost. BEST. Burger. Of my life. EVER. hands down. I had the bbq burger, which contained cripsy bacon and onion rings IN the burger. Hoooooooly epic sauce! THEN there were the fries. THey gave us both fry sauce and ranch. I'm picky about fry sauce, and it was soooooo good. Possibly the best I've ever had. I understand that their milkshakes are incredible also, but can't comment because I sadly didn't go on that flavor adventure yesterday.

Best burgers in Boise hand down! This is my joint! Burgers are juicy and topped with all the necessities. Onion rings are also bomb! Definitely try this place if you're craving a burger while in Boise!

Very bad experience. People there are nice just i am currently writing this while on the toilet. I have not left this seat after eating a burger from there. I have seen burgers constructed better at McDonald's. The bottom but was soggy as all get out. Everyone in my group that ordered a burger from there tonight is suffing the same fate. I will no longer eat there. 5 Guys or Smash Burger is a better choice.

Went for the breakfast burritos.. will go back to try other menu items! Enjoyed bantering with the gal at the drive up window. She provided lots of great information about Bad Boy and the menu. Breakfast burritos were tasty and filling- served up fresh and piping hot! YUM!

Great little diner and drive in. Cane here while my family and I visited Boise, Idaho. Great burger and fries. If your looking for a great place to eat a hamburger or just trying to avoid the golden arches, this place is where you need to be.

I want to love this place . Everything tells me to love it . But the burgers are just ok. The chicken they use for their chicken sandwiches is strange . The chili they use for the chili fries has always tasted burnt or something . Patty melts and shakes have not disappointed yet . Kinda pricey for fast food you can't count on to taste the same everytime . Quality control please

Delicious, cheap, fast food. One of our favorites! Best fry sauce this side of the boise river.

first of all I don't know who is relating this 5 stars but they must not eat quality food. When we arrived my first reaction was to walk out because it wss so filthy, but sometimes dives are good and with such good ratings I had to try despite the filthy floor, greasy tables, and hoards of flies. I order the basic cheeseburger with the works. The actually patty was tasteless and with the fry sauce was still subpar. The fries were so greasy and unless you added salt for any hint of flavor were completely discusting as well. The water tated as if it came from the sewer. I would NOT go backhere and have no idea why this place ranks higher than 5 Guys or Smashburger. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Here's my take on Bad Boy Burgers: You're paying fast food prices for food that is one step in quality above your average fast food place. Not several steps above, just one. But that's still a bargain in my book!

Would I come here again probably not. Why? Because to be honest, it wasn't really memorable. My dad and I ordered a cheeseburger (I had the sauce on the side), a BBQ burger, fries and zucchinis. It was nice because the burgers had shredded lettuce on them...the buns were soft..and the service was quick. The zucchini I thought were a bit greasy, the fries, nice and crunchy which was nice, tasted average, and the burgers were alright. Its a great place for a stop over quick meal at a good price. Worth a try, but if you want something memorable, try the Boise Fry Company.

Oh my gosh, this is the best fast food burger ever. Let me be clear, this is not healthy or organic or even probably very sanitary. If you have been chasing that classic memory of a big cheesy burger all wrapped up in grease-soaked paper with fries and fried zucchini on the side with gobs of fry sauce, Bad Boy Burgers is exactly what you've been craving.

The fries and fry sauce rock the Monkey! And the burgers are great with the shredded lettuce and special sauce too. Awesome burger joint up on the Bench!

Good old style burger and fries. The bacon cheese was good. Greasy and you will like it.. Fries are not the Mcd's style.. More home made and great flavor... Burgers were fresh and very filling.

I've been coming here for years, but haven't had anything else other than what's on the breakfast menu. Breakast burritos here are super awesome and going on for almost ten years (at least as long as I've been eating them.)

Probably my favorite greasy spoon burger joint - anywhere. Diverse menu, but I've only had the burgers. Mon-Fri there is a daily special with Tues. being my favorite, cheese burger with fries (huge) and a pop for $3.95. Good fry sauce too. The seating is outdoor, so the winter you'll have to eat in your car or live/stay close by. There are other interesting looking restaurants near by, but I can never bring myself to get that close to Bad Boy Burger and eat somewhere else.

I lived across the street from Bad Boy burgers one summer in high school and have been addicted ever since. It's really quick and inexpensive. Best of all they have fry sauce which always makes me happy. Be sure to get fried zucchini or mushrooms..delicious! Only downside is they close pretty early.. as most places in Idaho tend to do. I fly in tomorrow at 10:30 pm and I'm sure they'll already be closed :(
