Restaurant offers a military discount, but would not honor the discount because the cashier had already pressed "total" button. Asked manager to void the sale and start over and was told no too late. The cashier was extremely nice and embarrassed and offered a complimentary milkshake for the mishap. Guess the manager needs my "discount" more than I do. Would come back for the nice cashier, but won't because of the poor customer service from the manager

Food you can tell has been frozen, soggy and tastes like something you would get out of the freezer section at Wal-Mart. The shakes are about their only redeeming factor....

My family and I love this place. the gyros have lacked what they used to be, the meat and sauce werent what they used to be and the onion were large cut. but awesome taste.

very disappointed. the burgers are very thin and have a weird, gross taste. the fries are barley cooked and not crunchy not have the slightest color on them. (color is flavor) ps: when they give you a milkshake they don't have milkshake straws. they just have tiny little normal ones. :(

Bad boys has always been a great food joint and iv been here many times! Awesome burgers, hot and fresh fries, and some of the best fry sauce in town! If you want a true "big and tasty" burger come to bad boys! They won't dissapoint! P.s. They do breakfast right too...huge breakfast burritos for about $4 :D aw yea!!!

Not a bad burger place. I've had their food twice now. The first time I got a double bacon burger... this time I got the bad buy burger ($5.35). It's basically the same thing, but the bad boy has chili in it - huge and messy. The burger was alright, but not the best I've ever had. I think the chili makes it all a bit TOO soggy. I remember having the double bacon burger and I think that one was a bit better. You get a HUGE mess of fries for $.95 - and they're not bad at all. For a quarter more, you can get some fry sauce which ain't bad, either.

Bad boys breakfast burritos are the best breakfast burrtios out there. I get the three meat burrito everytime. Add a little taco sauce and it is so delicious. Nothing beats it. The only problem... They only serve them til 11 am. There burgers are good as well but when I think of Bad Boys it is the breakfast burritos.

Both Bad Boy locations offer the same good food, but I like this one a little more with the enclosed seating area, and the conversations I overhear from the employees at this location crack me up sometimes. Bad Boy is my second-favorite burger joint to Big Jud's, but it's more like a #1 and #1A than a #1 and #2. The burgers are big and tasty, and I love how soft the buns always are. They have other sandwich options, but I go there for the burgers. Where Big Jud's has the advantage is with their hand-cut fries, which are some of the best in the city. That's not to say the ones at Bad Boy are bad. They're actually pretty solid, and you get a ton of them for a buck (there's only one size for fries). The amount you get puts the dollar value options at fast-food places to shame. You could feed three small children on the fries alone. Good burgers + good value = good burger place. One of the best in Boise.

I'm a big fan of dives but this was just dirty looking. I didn't even want to touch the doors to enter. Everything had a nasty layer of greasy scum. Food was good though.

Burned a Groupon to take the family for some cheeseburgers. Really more of a "gut bomb" sort of burger, like Five Guys. Also had the fried zucchini, which was excellent when hot and fresh, but not so good when it cooled off. Not bad if you're in the neighborhood, but not really worth the drive from Eagle Road. I can no longer say it's the best burger I've had in Boise.

Very good burger! Not sure why I ordered a double. If you like a big burger that your going to need lots of napkins than this is the burger for you. I like that is fresh to order and the fries are pretty darn good too. Burgers are served with fry sauce which I just prefer ketchup. . With that said very good burger stop. Not big juds but not bad either.. I'm still full and its the next day. :)

Delicious food, all made cooked to order. I've been coming here for years, and for the most part, it's always fantastic. Tip: order your fries extra crispy or if you really like them well done, then extra extra crispy. (To me, extra crispy seems like how they should normally be cooked!) Great service!

I ordered the Country Fried Steak, Girlfriend ordered the Jalapeno Burger. We received the order, the Country Fried Steak was small as hell for the price, then my girl's JALAPENO BURGER didn't have a Jalapeno on it. She went to the register and asked the brunette girl if she could have some jalapenos on the side because the burger didn't have one on it and she responded" They're over there next to the napkins etc. What kind of service is that? How about saying, "Oh really, no Jalepeno on the JALEPENO BURGER?, let me get a fresh Jalepeno from the cook". No, she basically says,'' go get a gross, soggy one from the side over there". We didn't even finish our food, just left. Waste of $18.00.

I had high hopes after reading all the positive reviews, but was sorely disappointed after my first visit to Bad Boy Burgers. I ordered the Colossal burger on sourdough with added grilled onions. The burger has pastrami on top of the beef patty. I was expecting thin, grilled up pastrami but this was not the case. The pastrami was thick, chewy, and not grilled. tasted microwaved to be honest. The patty was thin and not juicy at all. Looked similar to McDonalds patty. The sourdough bun was not a bun at all, but rather grocery store sliced bread. The veggies on the burger tasted fairly fresh. I was expecting something above average, and perhaps this contributed to my disappointment. Either way, my first visit to this popular burger joint left me wondering what all the fuss is about.

Bad boy burger on fairview is really good. I have had their burgers in the past and they are great. This morning I saw they were open on my way to work and stopped in and grabbed their $3.75 bacon breakfast. I am amazed how good it is and how little it cost. I couldn't of made this at home for how cheap it is. It comes with two eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, hash-browns and toast. You should really give it a try. The best part is I took it two work and my coworkers sent someone back out to order more for everyone else.

My wife and I have been going here for the past year and not once have we got a bad meal. The burgers are always big and tasty and you get a huge helping of fries and don't forget the fry sauce, amazing. The are easily the best burger joint in town and they are cheap, so bonus!!
